This rematch was inevitable one day,such was the bad blood between these Eastenders starlets,their last meeting in 2016 ended with Melissa parading a sobbing Lorna around the ring by her blonde tresses in a crawl of shame,since that ignominious defeat Lorna had been bested by Maisie Williams and Lucy Fallon,Melissa meanwhile had been through intensive sparring and fitness sessions with her manager Tamzin Outhwaite,there was no doubting the vixen's power but stamina and concentration remained an issue,in her brief BBU career Suffield hadn't yet passed 5 rounds in a competitive bout,also she had a tendency to be cocksure and arrogant. Typically there was trash-talking prior to fight night Melissa promised to hospitalise Lorna,as for Lorna she simply retorted by stating"Slutfield i do my talking with my fists not my mouth but i will happily shut your filthy one".



Fight Night



At a secret venue in London before a selected audience the blondes would face off again.



Melissa strides out alongside her no2 Shona McGarty,clad in a grey tracksuit which she unzips to reveal a pink vest,matching grey bottoms and red gloves,her blonde hair is tied up in a ponytail,in contrast Lorna sported a tight black t-shirt and matching tight black leggings and gloves,this outfit displayed her flat midriff and toned legs,clearly Fitzgerald had also been hitting the gym,like Melissa her blonde hair was tied in a ponytail.Melissa's brown eyes met Lorna's green ones,but unlike the last meeting Lorna didn't flinch and maintained eye contact with the fiery Melissa"you're very brave or very stupid getting into the ring with me again"hissed Melissa poking her fingers into Lorna's chest,but this didn't intimidate the younger girl"i'm not stupid slutface but you will be soon"fired back Lorna pushing Melissa's arms away,if Katie Price had been in attendance she would have rejoiced for her protege,Lacey Turner was Lorna's sidekick tonight and she surpassed a grin,confused Melissa turned her back on Lorna a small psychological win for Fitzgerald.



Bout scheduled for 10 rounds of flyweight action



Round 1



Still taken aback by Lorna's newly found brashness,Melissa was surprisingly subdued as the younger girl controlled the round by simply jabbing and moving,halfway through the round a frustrated Mel flashed a strong right but her red gloves hit fresh air as Lorna easily ducked,and Lorna finished the round by scoring with a sharp jab stinging Melissa's nose.Lorna's corner delighted by her opening round,not so Melissa's she was getting a heated pep-talk from Shona but seemed more intent on staring daggers towards Lorna.



Round 2



Tactical round again edged by Lorna,who focused on jabbing and weaving her shots weren't damaging Melissa but she was scoring consistently and Melissa couldn't find her range,maybe rusty after such a long absence,Lorna's confidence increased as she nailed Melissa with a left-right combo that forced Melissa to retreat and cover up,Lorna's dancing feet weren't slowing and Lacey waved her prodigy forward,Lorna obliged and caught Mel in her abs winding the older girl luckily for Suffield the bell saved her as Lorna skipped back to her stool"great work Lo"praised Lacey,meanwhile in the opposite corner Shona wagged her fingers at a stunned Melissa"wake up start engaging"scolded a fuming Shona.



Round 3



Melissa finally finds her range as some good body shots weaken Lorna,the old Melissa slowly emerging as she backs Lorna into a corner,Fitzgerald forced to clench and she is caught by Suffield at the break,sensing an opening Melissa wades in and hammers Lorna's mid-section,Mel's greater power shows as Lorna defends desperately somehow reaching the bell.Much more like it from Mel as finally her trademark smirk appears,Lorna now breathing heavily and showing signs of fatigue.



Round 4



More even but edged by Melissa who just by her busyness and greater aggression stole the round,as she strides to her stool her eyes catch Lorna's and she mouths next round.Lorna receiving instructions from Lacey"jab and move remember use your speed"Lorna nods but her eyes are losing their earlier bravado.



Round 5



HUGE round for Melissa she explodes from her stool and nails Lorna with a vicious gut punch,a squealing Lorna drops her guard and Melissa tags her with a left hook and then a right cross, FITZGERALD HITS THE CANVAS dazed the ref starts the count as he reaches 7 Lorna somehow reaches her feet and the ref waves for action,Melissa wades in and again targets Lorna's hurting abs brutally hammering her red gloved mitts into Lorna's queasy stomach a fading Lorna slumps to her hunches again as the ref counts,this time Lorna scrambles to her feet at 8,ref closely checks her pupils,satisfied he again motions for action the rest of the round is all Melissa but somehow a game Lorna makes the bell,the younger starlet staggers to her corner her stomach doing cartwheels and sweat covering her t-shirt,Lacey frantically tends to her battered fighter trying to rouse her earlier spirit,Melissa was annoyed she hadn't finished this bout off but surely it wouldn't be much longer.



Round 6



Melissa bounces off her stool and lays into a weary Lorna,Lorna's guard is low and Mel smacks a left hook into her mouth bloodying Lorna's cute face,tiring of this bout Melissa winds up a venomous right clocking Lorna smack on the skull it was GOODNIGHT FITZGERALD Lorna crashed to the canvas senseless. KO 6 Melissa Suffield in typical vicious style.



A grinning Melissa punched the air before removing her gloves,now she approached the downed Lorna,Lacey wanted to help her companion,but Shona shook her head and Lacey decided to keep her distance.Melissa hauled the recovering Lorna firmly by her blonde locks and again completed a crawl of shame around the ring,but worse was too follow for a groggy Lorna,devilishly Melissa tugged her victim's tight black leggings down and the sparse crowd gasped"NO PANTIES"Melissa exclaimed raising her eyebrows"not little miss innocent after all"and Melissa proceeded too pummel Lorna's bare butt cheeks,soon Lorna was a sobbing wreck"i think you've had enough skank"and a smirking Melissa turned to the crowd"HEY FALLON YOU DUMB BITCH ARE YOU WATCHING".As Melissa exited after high-fiving a beaming Shona,Lacey rushed to Lorna's aid cradling her distressed fighter in her arms.



Post-fight interviews



Melissa:"I hope Slutty Fallon still wants to step into a ring with me,i will educate the Northern trollop in manners".



Lorna was unable to give an interview so her coach spoke on her behalf



Lacey:"Lorna started well but ultimately Melissa was too powerful we'll have too bulk Lorna up,she has the technique but can't finish opponents off".
