Shona impressed against Lacey Turner last time out but ultimately came up short.

She expected an easier bout tonight facing a woman a decade older.

Charlie's last action was 18 months ago a 3 round defeat on home turf to Poppy Drayton.

Extra spice to this bout as rumours were growing of Charlie's return too Albert Square.

Shona did the honours first the stunning actress in blue bra and panty set with matching gloves.

As the local girl tonight Shona was cheered to the rafters.

Charlie already panting with the pace and she buys some time by dancing round the ring and firing off a jab.

Shona now more circumspect she doesn't want to get drawn into a brawl ala the Lacey fight.

Again Shona's speed allowing her too clip the older blonde.

Shona content too jab and move the older girl looking sweaty even this early in proceedings.

She powers on Charlie grits her teeth and regroups.

Charlie again grimaces her breathing ragged.

Again Shona flying at Charlie the wily blonde not being drawn into a toe-to-toe battle though.

Instead Charlie used her height advantage to keep the brunette at bay.

And as Shona went in close Charlie hammered a right hand into the sternum of her younger nemesis.

Now Shona was winded and clenching herself.

Charlie caught Shona on the break also.

Now Shona more cautious as she eyed her rival.

Middle of the round and both girls were taking a deserved breather.

Again Charlie attacked first but Shona had recovered her poise now and easily blocked a telegraphed attack.

The crowd now becoming engrossed in the contrasting styles

Shona relying on her speed.

Charlie content to counterpunch for now anyway.

Charlie beckoned her younger foe to advance but Shona wasn't green enough too fall for the bait.

A stand-off ensued neither boxer willing too commit.

And there is the bell.

Round 3

Quiet round this one both girls prepared to bide their time.

Shona edged it by being busier.

Jill giving instructions in the Mauler's corner.

Round 4

Shona out of the traps sharp.

Catching the veteran with a great left hook.

And as Charlie backed off Shona following up with a shot to the ribcage.

Charlie sent to her knees.

Taking a 6 count.

Soon up again

And eager too retaliate.

Shona now confident.

Picking apart the blonde with some heavy body shots.

Charlie fading quickly her fitness clearly in question.

As the bigger blonde clenched Shona banged her gloves into Charlie's back.

A pained expression across Charlie's rouge lips.

Shona content too rough up her older co-star.

As the bell rang again.

Charlie wearily traipsed to her stool.

Shona slapping hands with Jill who told Shona to maintain energy as she towelled the brunette down.

Round 5

Shona now dominant her jabs hitting home.

Charlie's cute lips now swelling.

As Shona piled on the heat.

Sadistically Shona not going for the KO yet.

Charlie fighting at a virtual standstill making an easy target for Shona.

And there is the bell.

As Charlie trailed to her stool her corner trying too clean up the Blonde's face.

Round 6

Shona now ready too finish this.

A vicious shot to Charlie's ribs.

And another hook to the right side of her head had the blonde reeling.

Thankfully for Charlie the end was nigh.

Shona again hammering Charlie's skull.

The tired blonde collapsed to the floor.

And the ref started the count.

Don't think Charlie's got the heart too go on.

She is happy too wait for the 10 count.
