(Foxfire Atlantic Boxing vs Lioness Club)

Intro:
The opening bout of tonights round of Contender 6 bouts sees Tiffany Mulheron look to continue her unbeaten run in the tournament, she faces Heidi Range who got her first win out of the first 3 fights last time out.
Tiffany is 33 years old, stands 5'4 and holds a record of 13 wins, 11 by knockout and 6 defeats, she is a former BBU flyweight champion.
Heidi is 34 years old, stands 5'2 and holds a record of 16 wins, 14 by knockout and 12 defeats.

Both were interviewed at their stable gyms about the fight, with Tiffany grinning as she admits "I honestly can't believe this, I am on cloud 9 right now with my comeback, Stephanie Davis, Mikie Hara, Jenna Louise Coleman and Lily Allen is no easy start, I've beaten them all"
She adds "I have my love for the sport well and truly back and if I can see out this tournament, then I truly feel ready for a shot at Cheryl Cole, I mean I have beaten the best of the best so far"
Taking a deep breath, she continues "but I know Heidi won't be an easy win, her and me have similar backgrounds in the BBU, except I've climbed the mountain top once before where she has failed, I am not going to let her ruin my run" looking serious as she finishes and heads off to train.
Heidi herself doesn't look too down beat as she smiles while saying "I have to say how great it feels when you win and get the jackals off my back, beating Stephanie Davis may have just extended my stay in the BBU a little longer"
Continuing by saying "now I have the pressure off me, it's time I start to rise up the tournament rankings and play spoiler as I fancy beating this overhyped bytch and then kicking Lily Allen to the curb in my final bout of the tournament"
She stands up and finishes with "I hope Tiffany hasn't bet on herself to win this tournament, because I'm kicking her arse when we finally get it on, no hiding bytch!"

Fight night in the BBU arena in Cardiff; out comes Tiffany Mulheron with Sophia Myles by her side, Tiffany heads to the ring with a big smile on her face and her arms in the air.
Her attire tonight consists of a blue sports bra, tartan patterned trunks, blue shoes and gloves, while her blonde hair is up in a ponytail.
Stepping into the ring; she bows to each side before she heads to her corner, chatting away with Sophia as she limbers up for the fight.
Now out comes Heidi with Mel B. By her side, she has a cocky look on her face as she struts to the ring, she waves and winks to some in the crowd as she goes.
Her attire is a black sports bra, matching trunks, gloves and shoes, while her blonde hair is up in a ponytail too.
Climbing into the ring; she jogs over to her corner and gets serious as Mel drills her hard through her warm up, still looking a little uneasy around each other after the public talking down of Heidi's results during the tournament by Mel and other senior Lioness staff.
Soon though both fighters are brought to the ring centre, looking each other up and down with smirks, clearly neither rates the other highly and show it through their expressions.
Asked to touch gloves leads to a simply quick swipe, both happy to jog to jog to their corners and be ready for 10 rounds of flyweight action.

Round 1:
Out come the fighters, testing each others reaction early on as they circle, Tiffany landing the cleaner punches due to her reach advantage.
A few straight punches catch Heidi to the top of her head as she tries to find a way to inside, allowing her to keep singer back.
Till Heidi manages to dip down and fires in two body shots with an overhand right that Tiffany blocks, but the main thing is Heidi has found her way inside.
Something she builds on by working by slamming a straight into the chin of Tiffany and begins to digs away at the body of the Scottish star.
With Tiffany stepping back and landing a counter jab to the lips of Heidi, before missing with a right hook as Heidi dances back out the way.
Both fighters get back to circling and trading single punches to the others face, with Tiffany looking to gain control of the action with her movement on the outside.
Heidi though times her attack, parrying a straight and slipping under a left cross to come in close to land a right hook to the ribs and a left across the chin of her opponent to drive her back.
The round finishes with Tiffany being forced on the defensive, Heidi looking confident as she nods at Mel, who looks happy with that opening round.
The Foxfire Atlantic corner not so much; Tiffany admitting "that wasn't my best work" as Sophia replies "big understatement babe, you need to show this bytch why you are going to win this tournament" with Tiffany nodding away.

Round 2:
Back out they step towards each other, Heidi wanting to continue to slip to the inside, she is digging away at the abs of Tiffany to try and open her up top.
But Tiffany is more focused it seems; working behind her jab to keep Heidi back, the bigger fighter fighting off the back foot as she catches Heidi to the face with her return punches.
Heidi tries to dip down to slip inside; she mistimes it though as Tiffany steps back and smacks a double jab off the top of her opponent's head.
This time it's clear Tiffany has control of the round; moving around the ring and drilling her opponent on her face with long range punches.
Heidi manages to parry a straight away and steps in with a right across the lips of Tiffany and two lefts to the face of the actress.
Tiffany tries to step back but Heidi keeps in close, leading to a more even exchange as the fighters catch each other to the face.
The Sugarbabes star tries to land an uppercut that Tiffany blocks and counters with a straight to knock Heidi's head back and stepping into space once again.
The round ends with Tiffany finishing the stronger by keeping Heidi mostly out of her range and working her face with punches between her mitts.
Tiffany jogging back to her corner looking relaxed as she heads back to her corner, Sophia washing her down and whispering into her ear the gameplan.
In the Lioness corner; Mel keeps cool and tells Heidi "it's OK, she took control of that round but you know you can get inside and hurt her" with Heidi smiling in reply.

Round 3:
Tiffany this time starts the quicker this time, landing several punches onto the face of Heidi, she keeps Heidi on the outside as she takes the ring centre.
While Heidi keeps looking for an opening; starting to bob and weave to dodge punches till she can slip inside to land several body shots in and slips back out.
The singer starting to fight with skirmish style tactics now to try to frustrate Tiffany, who continues to land her shots at range when she can get her punches to land.
As Tiffany goes to land a straight; Heidi dips under and LANDS AN UPPERCUT THAT KNOCKS TIFFANY BACK ONTO HER BUM!
The crowd roars as Heidi marches to a neutral corner with her arms in the air, the referee begins counting 1...2....3..4 Tiffany rubbing her chin as she stares at Heidi, 5....6....7...8 pushing herself up to her feet, the referee checks her over and let's her continue.
Heidi looks to finish this early; banging away at the guard of Tiffany, trying to break it open to finish the fight now, leading to Tiffany needing to use her footwork to keep out of danger.
That's till Heidi rams her shoulder into the body of Tiffany to get her onto the ropes, throwing her right over the top to the face of the Scottish fighter.
The bell rings soon enough to end the round with Heidi looking happy as she heads to her corner, Mel tells her "you've hurt her alright, I'm sure I can see her close to tears" both laughing as Heidi sits down.
Tiffany meanwhile shakes her head; disappointed at getting put down and Sophia tells her "you are not letting that beat you! You get in there next round and you take control back off her OK" with Tiffany nodding.

Round 4:
Heidi looking to finish this early, keeping Tiffany under pressure with her punches pounding off the gloves of the bigger girl to take the ring centre and herd her opponent on the outside of the ring.
She forces Tiffany towards a corner with several short sharp body punches that knock sweat off the body of Mulheron and makes her gasp out with each hit.
Tiffany pulling Heidi into a clinch; with Heidi struggling to break free to from her grasp, the referee needing to step between them as Heidi can be heard slagging off her opponent.
Who moves into space once they are apart and tries to work off the back foot again, Heidi though keeps on the attack, forcing Tiffany to trade in tight as the fighters go toe to toe.
A right catches Tiffany across her chin and forces her back onto her heels, with Heidi driving her towards the ropes with thudding body shots that open up Tiffany to shots to her face.
Once her back hits the ropes; Tiffany shows her toughness by coming back at Heidi, leading to a bad tempered exchange between the two women.
Sweat getting knocked off both fighters as the crowd cheers for both women, Heidi lands two more cross punches though to the face of Tiffany to force her behind her gloves and does her best to hammer away at her face but finds gloves or forearm now.
The bell rings to end the round with Heidi giving Tiffany a tap on her cheek that doesn't go down well as Mulheron gives her a shove, the referee in between the fighters as they snarl and exchange insults as they try to get back at each other, coaches needed to pull them to their corners.
Tiffany's face is marked up and her cheeks look a little puffy to go along with her body being marked, showing the work that Sophia has to do, she also has to try to keep Tiffany mentally ready as this has suddenly become harder then expect.
The other corner sees Mel tell Heidi "don't let her frustrate you! Keep your head and keep open from her clinches so you can win this" cleaning her fighter down as some marks are appearing on Heidi's face.

Round 5:
Heidi comes out looking to continue beating Tiffany back, the bigger fighter though is looking to take back control of the fight, leading to a slugfest between the two to start the round.
That looks to play to the strengths of Heidi as she works the body to back Tiffany up towards the ropes, but Tiffany shoves her to the face with her left and lands a right across the top of her opponent's head.
That leads to Tiffany getting Heidi annoyed and suddenly the singer is making mistakes, trying to charge straight on now and that let's Tiffany slam her punches into the face of Range to keep her back.
A right lands across the left eye of Heidi as she tries to swing a hook at the head of Tiffany, Heidi crying out and starts being backed up as Tiffany throws a flurry of punches towards her head.
Heidi tries to fire back, Tiffany though now has her chance that she was looking for, stepping out the way of a uppercut drive from the smaller fighter and lands a double jab to the nose of Heidi, causing blood to trickle from her nostrils.
That causes Heidi to cry out once again, her control seems to be disappearing as Tiffany back her onto the ropes as the Lioness fighter has to cover up.
The bell rings with Heidi looking down at the canvas as she heads to the corner, pissed off at the situation as much as Mel is.
With her coach working to clean her nose up and checks her eye, seeing that Heidi is blinking to try to clear her vision a bit on her left side.
Tiffany looking to Sophia to wash her down but knowing in her head that she has an idea of how she can finish this, Sophia tells her "that's it, now build off it and prove you deserve to win this"

Round 6:
Both women come out looking determined to take the fight to each other, leading to an early flyweight brawl with both women coming close to clashing heads as they wade into each other.
Heidi scores the first meaningful punch of the round to break the early deadlock, scoring with a right cleanly to the side of Tiffany's head that turns her head.
That leaves Tiffany open to two more strikes across her face that helps reel her onto the ropes, with Heidi landing cleanly with three punches to her face, the last one busting the nose of the bigger girl.
Who clinches up with Heidi to give herself a chance to clear her head, with the referee needed to pull the bloodied faced fighters apart.
Heidi looks like she is in predator mode as she charges to take down Tiffany, hitting glove though as she swings hard hooks to try and end this fight.
Tiffany though leans out the way of a right hook that looks like it would take her head off, landing a right to the eye of Heidi again, with a follow up opening a cut above the eyebrow.
Now it's Heidi backing up as Tiffany targets the cut, making the singer cry out as she is beaten towards the ropes, with Tiffany beating her on them across her face.
A RIGHT HOOK MAKES HEIDI FALL TO HER KNEES AND SPIT OUT HER GUMSHIELD, THE CROWD LOOK STUNNED AT THE TURNAROUND!
Tiffany widely doesn't gloat; heading straight for the neutral corner as the referee begins to count 1....2....3....4....5.. Heidi begins to move 6...7.. Moving to the ropes she begins to pull herself up 8...9.. She pulls herself to her feet and raises her gloves as she leans on the ropes.
The referee checks her over and let's the fight continue to Tiffany's dismay, before she can rush over to end this; the bell rings to end the round and make her howl in frustration.
Tiffany needs Sophia to calm her down as she complains "the bytch is finished! So why didn't he stop it?!" With Sophia simply telling her "finish the fight yourself, don't worry about the referee"
Meanwhile Mel has to rush over to help Heidi to her corner, the ringside doctor watches as Mel works on the eye of her fighter and the cut above her eyebrow, with Mel looking worried for her girl, who tells her "I can do this" pulling herself up and getting a fresh gumshield in.

Round 7:
Out come the fighters; Heidi tries to get back into this fight BUT TIFFANY SLAMS A RIGHT INTO THE BLOODY NOSE OF HEIDI, BEFORE THROWING A BARRAGE OF PUNCHES INTO THE FACE AND HEIDI IS KNOCKED TO HER BACK!
The referee begins to count 1....2...3....4....5 Heidi's head turns to the side and the gumshield falls out to the canvas 6....7....8....9....10 and Heidi is counted out without much movement to get back up!

Winner Tiffany Mulheron KO Round 7

After:
Tiffany jogs over to Sophia and embraces with her as tears of joy stream down her face, knowing that she has won the tournament as even defeat in the final fight won't affect her head to head record, meaning her 4 and 0 run has proven enough and more importantly wins over Lily Allen and Jenna Coleman.
The Lioness crew of course don't care one bit about that; they are with the ring doctor checking on Heidi, who splutters awake and looks around at first confused what is happening, till she touches her swollen left eye and says "f***"
Mel helps her up as she gets her over to her stool to clean her up, Heidi looks to have lost some of the swagger she had coming into the ring tonight, she stares down at the canvas looking depressed.
While Tiffany struts around the ring to a loud cheer; arms in the air as she celebrates this big win as Heidi stares up from her corner with real hatred, clearly Heidi is not wanting to celebrate with Tiffany.
"Just get me out of here" says Heidi as Mel nods and helps her up and out the ring, some who notice Heidi give her applause as she goes.
The majority though are chanting Tiffany's name as her arm is raised by the referee; she wipes her eyes as she can't believe this has actually happened.
Like Manchester City winning the league early, she'll have to wait for the trophy to lift as it isn't here, though that doesn't stop her celebrating as her sister Ashley rushes into the ring from the back to embrace with her sister.
Both tearing up as they laugh about how dumb they look, Ashley heard to say "maybe I should make a comeback, me and you for the title shot?" Winking as both chuckle.
Tiffany replies "you should definitely come back in this ring, I would back you as you have me babe" with both smiling.
Before the Foxfire crew all leave to celebrate this victory, a massive turning point in her career, Tiffany knowing she has Diana Korkunova as her final tournament fight, a tough test but the clean sweep is so close and the title celebration afterwards.
