BEFORE:
Another year has come and gone, and we're ending it with another huge fight tonight between two top tier FCBA Flyweights going at it for pride and glory! Avril Lavigne has been having the year of her life in the ring as she's coming into this fight with an impressive 20-9 record (20-4 since her comeback to the ring last year). But the blonde songstress is going to have her work cut out for her tonight as she faces veteran brunette hottie and former FCBA Flyweight Champion Lucy Hale! It's almost time for the opening bell here in the arena but the girls are still backstage giving some final statements before making their way to the ring.

Avril responding to the roar of her fans with a smirk, as the camera pans over to her backstage. She’s being interviewed by reporters before her big fight with former champion Lucy Hale, and boy does she have choice words for her opponent tonight:

“Yeah yeah, Lucy’s a former champion and all that. She’s SOOO scary!” the Canadian rolls her eyes with contempt. “Puh-lease. I easily wrecked a former champion just last month, b*tches. AND she was the one who beat Lucy for the title! Actually, she’s beaten Lucy twice already! So I’m sure I’m gonna do just fine tonight. Sure, Lucy beat Nessa last year - who the f*ck cares? Everyone gets lucky sometimes. Lucy is hella overrated...I think she’s actually a total creampuff and I'm gonna prove it tonight!” Avril looking straight towards Hale with a cocky grin. “You might be a former champion, but I'm a FUTURE champion, b*tch!" the Dollhouse Queen ends with a laugh as the room fills with cheers from both reporters and fans alike.

Truth enough, Lucy Hale is busy making ready for her own role in Avril’s destruction as she smirks at the cameras backstage. Most girls have failed in their attempts to destroy the Doll thus far, but maybe a former Flyweight champion will be able to break Lavigne’s mean streak tonight.

“I’m not worried about Avril, and definitely not scared of her. Honestly, nobody is.” Lucy smiling at the camera once it’s her turn to smile at the camera. “I’ve seen some scary girls, and Avril is definitely not one of them. Look - she’s pretty decent, I'll give her that. She’s beaten a few tough girls fair and square this last year. But what she hasn’t done much is take on the best of the best. And when you did…” Lucy turns her gaze towards Lavigne. “You got your fat ass handed to you. You think you’re all that Av? Why don’t you go after your so-called ‘bestie’, Hudgens. That’s right. You’re freakin’ scared, that’s why. I’ve beaten your friend Nessa TWICE now, so you BETTER be ready. I’m gonna beat you tonight, and then I’ll do it again if you come asking for more. Bring it b*tch!” A strong, confident statement from former champion Lucy Hale as both girls end up starring daggers at each other from across the room before being escorted backstage for some last moment preperations.

Lights go out in the stadium as the fireworks announce both girls’ arrivals. Guest Lucy Hale is out from the curtains first, a confident spring in her step as she strides out in a sexy black sporta bra and matching black yoga tights, her black hair flowing down the shoulders. She’s wearing dark grey gloves on her hands, and we have to say Lucy’s slim toned body looking in top shape here tonight and the fans definitely agree as they welcome the brunette hottie with plenty of noise! Avril’s entrance also due for an update of her own, especially after her recent self-coronation ceremony. The Queen’s escorted out in her usual pink and black sporta bra and tights, blonde hair up in a ponytail and matching gloves. Laivgne is being flanked on all sides by a posse of well-muscled male models, all dressed in blood maroon and is accompanied by head trainer Kristanna Loken and CEO Carmen Electra. And of course, she’s wearing a new version of her crown, after the original was rudely crushed under Camila Cabello’s boot a mere month ago.

In the ring after the spectacle’s done, both of them are finally ready to fight. Referee runs through the rules but we don’t think either girl’s really listening. That’s it - he waves for the bell and HERE we go with ten rounds of Flyweight action!

ROUND 1:
Avril has been showing signs of fighting more intelligently in recent matches, so we’re surprised as hell to see her make a dash for Lucy right from the get-go and barrage her with punches. Lucy as well kinda shocked - her corner equally perplexed and throwing the playbook out of the window in the first minute. Lucy struggling to put her hands up as the jabs come landing in danger close. She eats a couple to the side of the head and the body, but generally most of the punches taken on the hands. It’s a statement to be made by the Queen, no doubt about that - Avril wanting to demonstrate her dominance and do so as early as possible, folks! Towards the final seconds, Hale biting back through gritted teeth - by gosh she’s going to land a couple of her own in this opening round, or else she’d never forgive herself. She slaps a left-right combo straight into Lavigne’s body mid-swing, drawing a loud gasp from the Doll’s lips,, but the bell rings thereafter and both girls are as good as winded.

ROUND 2:
This is gonna be Lucy’s modus operandi from now on, especially with Avril continuing to charge blindly towards her and swinging: Lucy backpedaling and using her legs to great effect, anticipating a lunge forward from the Doll with a jump backwards of her own, showing good prediction skills. Furthermore, Lucy keeping her at bay with her hands straight out in front, as though saying to Avril ‘keep the f*ck away, or else...’, but of course that defensive stance serving dual purposes. She lands strikes on the singer’s face whenever she gets in too close, with Avril quickly realising that this strategy ain’t working too well by the second minute. But by then, it’s already too late to change things around. She loses this round by a wide margin when she fails to realise she’s dealing with a high calibre fighter this time who’s able to adapt to her war strategy.

ROUND 3:
Lucy locking in that defensive stance, keeping her distance and still anticipating Avril’s moves. What results is a sort of stalemate, however, when Avril decides to do the same for the first minute, keeping her own distance and circling left and right around Hale, looking for an opening to attack. Despite Hale’s vigilance, she doesn’t expect her opponent to also adapt so quickly to her own tactics. Avril striking like a viper this round, rapid punches landing all over the head and body before Lucy can react in kind, and the result is the brunette gets stunned repeatedly with blows to her ego more than anything else. She’s getting played at her own game here, and the round swings back in the Queen’s favour by the time these three minutes are up. Good god - these two are simply determined to win this fight by any means necessary!

ROUND 4:
Here we go with the fourth, and here’s to hoping that one girl manages to secure a good lead for herself soon. First minute sees no such luck, however, with the girls playing it safe and staying at a distance. Avril however showing initial aggression, suddenly breaking forward and sending flurries into Lucy’s guard. I think that earlier jab-jab to the face gave her sufficient confidence to go all-in, this early. Bad news for her, however, when Lucy plays possum, taking all those shots to her forearms before UNLEASHING a right hand straight down the middle, putting her body’s momentum into that release!! WHAP!!! Avril staggered, Head BLOWN backwards as her legs turn to jelly and the blonde COLLAPSES down to canvas, landing on her back HARD seeing stars! What a punch from Lucy Hale! And It’s one hell of a KNOCKDOWN!

OUCH. We did NOT see that coming, folks, and neither did Lavigne from the looks of things. Lavigne flat on her back and looking up at the lights, her chest rising and falling as though this fight’s already over. Well, if she doesn’t start making her way back up soon, it might as well be! Lucy taking the time to make a suggestive parade around her fallen adversary’s body, eyeing it hungrily as though she can’t wait for the decision to be made official. But she’s going to have to wait a while longer - Avril sitting up at the very last moment, then groaning as she takes one knee before straightening up just in time before the count of 9. It’s a close call regardless! Lucy still smirking in her corner when the bell rings thereafter, clearly thinking that the rest of this fight belongs to her.

ROUND 5:
Avril clearly continues to struggle in Round 5, that knockdown really screwing some of the screws loose in her head. She’s still shaky coming off her stool, groggy when the bell sounds off, and struggles to deal with Lucy’s blitz attack thereafter. Hale’s turn to fly inwards, bombarding her guard with rapid punches. The Doll tight with her defence, however, and even the camera angles can’t get a clear shot of her face when they zoom in to capture the action. No problem for Lucy, who switches targets to the Canadian’s body instead, drawing louder and louder oupphs and hhggghs from poor Avril’s lips as the round wears on. Avril’s chances at a victory are slipping a little further and further away here - she’s barely even fought back this round, giving Lucy a shutout victory this round. Her body and forearms also look pockmarked red as she stumbles back to corner, looking unexpectedly wounded. This truly might be Lavigne’s toughest fight to date!

ROUND 6:
Next round reveals some respite for Avril, however, with Lucy also looking more tired than before as she comes out of corner. Hale still trying to storm forward, of course, but moving with some sluggishness. Avril still on the retreat of course, thinking it’s better to play it safe rather than find herself embarrassed on the ground once more. But even then, she’s finding some success when her counter-jabs land stiffly on Lucy’s nostrils. Clearly, Hale’s reflexes are slowing down and she’s seeking some of her own breathing space. Last minute and girls exchanging shots almost equally to the face and body, with the crowds getting the most reward here from the rising level of action. Avril scoring off the body, and then banging fists into the head in alternate swings, but Hale also putting in her 100%, trying to beat down the Canadian’s resurgence to the best of her ability with gloves stuffed into the singer’s body. Mutual punishment being inflicted this round and we’re seeing the tables starting to turn for one girl.

ROUND 7:
This wasn’t what Avril wanted, of course, with the fight now going into the final quarter. But she’s surprisingly doing quite well for herself, when of course she wouldn’t have done so in the early steps of her career. Lavigne’s defensive approach these last two rounds have allowed her some well-needed rest and refueling while the athletic brunette has been busy exerting her energy trying to overwhelm the Canadian . And all that means is bad news for Lucy Hale, who’s slowing down here and struggling a bit to keep her defences tight. Punches hounding the brunette’s arms throughout the first two minutes, with Hale trying to punch back but getting overwhelmed by the sheer volume of blowback. Avril sending two gloves into her face for every single one she takes. End result is Hale ROCKED in the third minute when her face gets swiped left/right, before her body pounded on with more straight hands shot in from afar. Of course, Avril still red-faced and panting by the time the bell rings - she took some counter blows as well in there, but can be glad that she took this round for herself. It looks like Avril’s back in the driving seat!

ROUND 8:
Some early energy in the opening seconds as both women give it their all! Avril and Lucy exchanging blows to the head, rattling each other’s cages, before once more pounding shots into the ribs and belly. Avril suddenly appearing to clinch forward desperately, her bruised body not being able to take much more of this punishment, or at least so it seems. Lucy shoving her off of her brusquely with hands on shoulders, as if to say “Get the f*ck off me!” but doesn’t anticipate that sneaky UPPERCUT to the chin before it lands hard! UGHH. Her head snapped upwards and back as Lucy goes tumbling backwards, backpaddling in disarray before losing her balance and falling off her feet! BLAM onto canvas, head resting against the ropes! And just like that - it’s a KNOCKDOWN for Queen Lavigne!

Lucy Hale sputtering and choking as it’s her turn now to face the glaring headlights. But her attempts to sit back up are met with protestations from her body and will. Her head barely lifted off the rope before it starts swimming badly, and Lucy collapses back down to the ground with a THUD! Referee hits the end of the count and it’s all over!!

Official Decision: Avril Lavigne defeats Lucy Hale via KO8!

AFTER:
A painful looking smile breaking over Avril’s face right at the moment the 10-count is reached as she raises a hand in victory towards her fans as she weakly proclaims “Hell yeah bitches!!!”. She stumbles towards her own corner, embracing her team and then posing and waving for the fans, but it’s clear that this fight has taken a toll on her body, now gleamed with sweat and reddened with abuse all over.

Lucy still flat on her back, getting swarmed by medics in the middle of the ring. But they’re quickly scattered by Queen Lavigne herself, who decides to make an example of the former champion who dared resist her today. Lucy barely making a whimper as she’s grabbed by the hair, before being pulled up slowly to her feet by Lavigne.

“We’re going for a little walk, Hale!” Avril hissing into her ear as she wraps an arm around Lucy’s waistline before kneeing her in the back of her butt cheeks in order to get her moving forward.

Lucy groaning with each step, wanting very much to collapse back down to the canvas, fall asleep and shut out all the lights and roaring in her ear. But Avril’s not done with her!

The blonde surprises both Lucy and the audience when she abruptly stops mid-ring, grabbing a fistful of brunette hair and turning around, dragging Lucy roughly towards the ropes before sending the brunette FLYING THROUGH THE ROPES and out of the ring! Oh my! Poor Lucy hitting the apron hard, tumbling and rolling on the floor until she comes to a stop on her back, chest heaving, moaning in pain as she stares up at the arena ceiling. "Get the hell outta here biiiiiiitchhh!”, “You suck Lucy!” and “Worst champion EVERRR!" are just some of the choice words Avril has for the fallen brunette as she stares down at her handiwork from up inside the ring, attempting to break the former champion’s will completely.

But this former champion is still defiant even in defeat. Hale lifting her right hand and giving the victorious Lavigne a huge middle finger from her position on the apron making the crowd ROAR in approval!

Avril visibly riled now, her failed attempt at completely shutting Lucy up coupled with the crowd’s response here really getting under her skin, and the seething blonde has to be pulled away from the ropes by Dollhouse CEO Carmen Electra to calm her down! It’s not long however before Queen Lavigne is back to her giggly self, all smiles and celebrating again, high-fiving her crew and waving to her fans as she exits the ring and heads backstage to continue celebrating yet another impressive win - a perfect ending to a successful 2018 for her!
