1. Zoe Duchesne vs Kim Cloutier (Lightweight)

BEFORE:
It’s December and the Vixens are on official holiday, taking a break to be with their friends and family. Still, that doesn’t mean our gym is collecting dust. 

After the success our first scouting mission, we’re happy to bring in six new Lightweight prospects to see how they handle the pressure in the big ring.

In our first match of the evening, we have a Canadian stand-off between girls in the same profession: both Zoe and Kim no strangers to the lingerie modeling world, having gone ten rounds previously for brands such as Victoria’s Secret and Triumph in their extensive careers. Entering the boxing ring at the threshold of 30 might be a daunting task for any girl, but these two have developed a healthy rivalry in their own right ever since they first encountered each other in the back alleys of the small modeling scene back home.

Now, they get a chance to put their hands on each other to determine who’s the better woman. Zoe and Kim already in the ring at opposite corners: remember there’s no press conference for our scouting missions. Kim bandaging her fists and looking well-set in her white lingerie bra and panties. Zoe doing likewise, red gloves being donned and showing off equally toned body in royal blue.

Referee goes over the rules and then asks both girls to touch gloves, and no surprise that neither of them complies, dismissing the other with a flourish of hair and a sly smirk of the lips as they ready themselves at opposite corners. Looks like these girls might already fit right in in the VIX locker room. The bell rings and here we go! Let’s see what these girls can do!

ROUND 1:
First round starts of with slow dance around each other, occasionally throwing out punches which rarely land, with both girls still testing out their arsenals. Naturally, if it’s the first time you’re in danger of getting punched in the face, you would be slightly hesitant too. Nonetheless, Zoe scoring mid-way with a couple of jabs that appear to land hard on Kim’s face from the sharp yelps from the blonde. Kim covering up over-excessively but Zoe doesn’t give chase either, and we’re back to the slow dance. Last minute sees more hesitation on either side, with both girls letting down expectations of a full-on brawl-fest, until Kim starts showing aggression of her own, firing punches one step forward at a time. Zoe surprised, backing away, takes some blows on her guard but then shoots a right hand right back and STUNS Kim on the nose again! A lucky punch if we ever saw one - Kim now retreating, holding her nose with one hand - did Zoe even aim with that punch? Still, it’s undeniably a good opening round for the brunette when the bell rings.

ROUND 2:
Both girls now looking more fired up with warm-up lap done - here they come with greater purpose, exploring tools at their disposal. Zoe coming forward confident, flurry of testing-jabs that score on cheek and into Kim’s body. Sultry brunette smiling as each blow lands, thinks she has this in the bag if it’s so easy to land leather, when WHAM - sudden right hook comes sailing into her face from Kim Cloutier, packing in the cheek and sending her sprawling punch-drunk! What a swing! Cloutier finally bringing out the big guns, striding forward and wailing away with more hoping to take advantage. Zoe still stunned and rookie doesn’t know what to do but cover up and hope for the best. Kim crowding her into the ropes: another double whammy into the tummy and then trying to stick glove up into Zoe’s chin, but denied when her guard refuses to break so early. When round ends Zoe is left panting on the ropes, belly reddened, leaving Kim beaming back to corner at a comeback round.

ROUND 3:
Agents in the rafters starting to sit up and take notice as we head into the third… Kim has the sudden lead and the punching power to boot - she’s storming out of corner expectantly throwing the first punches. Hook SAILS over Zoe’s head though as her foe ducks in the nick of time, and then repeats the weave over and over as though she’s back in the gym and going ten rounds with a dummy. Third time and Zoe gets comfortable, slaps a left-right into the tummy, adding salt to Kim’s wounded pride. Zoe ambitiously continues the abuse: another left jab into the mouth and then a right uppercut grazes the chin as Kim falls back from the onslaught. Here comes Duchesne, striding after her… RIGHT INTO A RIGHT CROSS from Cloutier, who powers back all of a sudden to catch her off-guard! Power blow shoves Zoe’s head back with a loud groan from the Canadian beauty as she’s STOPPED in her tracks. Back to Kim-dominance for the rest of the round as she hounds with precision punches, pounding on Zoe’s guard and then socking her in the belly whenever her arms reveal a hole or two ripe for exploitation. Good round for both women in a battle of push-and-pull, but money’s on Cloutier with that strong comeback mid-way to take the round.

ROUND 4:
Zoe looks like wounded animal at the start of the fourth, covering red patches that litter the extent of her body. Kim senses her hesitation and fear, and here she comes hoping to end it! Lefts and rights slamming into side of Zoe’s guard, big girl trying to out-power fellow big girl. Duchesne weathering well, however, shooting occasional jab or two into Kim’s chin but unable to deter the blonde’s aggressive advance. Cloutier snapping another deliberate SMACK or two into Zoe’s chest and THAT’S F*CKING* IT - Duchesne bending over as she covers up her pain-wracked chest, allowing Kim to shove her to the ropes for greater punishment. Zoe realises dangerous position she’s in, wraps arms around the back like she’s been taught, and both girls struggling with each other in the clinch. Kim getting pulled inwards with a foreign arm wrapped around the back of her neck, straining for release as she tries to bury her right hand into Zoe’s side over and over. Zoe more strategic though, targeting the Canadian’s chin with her own left hand, short uppercuts whap whap WHAPP snapping her head upwards and back… and DOWN. KIM. GOES!! Cloutier disorientated, collapsing on the spot, legs folding on themselves and arms just barely catching chin from crashing into the ground. It’s the first knockdown of the evening - will it be the last??

Zoe ecstatic in corner, small smile on her lips as she saunters to neutral corner to admire her handiwork. Kim squirming on all fours, still testing her footing, but manages to get back up by the count of 8. Bell rings soon after, giving Kim some precious time to recuperate. Zoe pulls the rug from under her foe this round with that last minute knockdown!

ROUND 5:
Uh oh - Kim’s still looking punch-drunk at the bell here as she staggers out of corner. Zoe hesitates for a moment, unsure about the rules of engagement in this situation, but when her trainer shouts from behind to ‘Finish her!’, she obliges. Kim barely raising her guard to absorb the blows that follow, with snap punches into her face barely blocked for the first minute as Zoe just proves herself to be too fast and fresh, whilst Kim’s confidence getting sapped by the minute, and by the time the big hooks drilled into her stomach left right left right, we’re wondering why her corner hasn’t thrown in the towel yet. But the big blonde is still standing, trying to defend herself with wild hooks flying into the air, hoping for a miracle swing to hit its mark. However, Duchesne focused, weaving out of the way, patiently burying fist after fist into Kim’s stomach but STILL she won’t go down… Final minute and Duchesne driven her back into the ropes, Cloutier looking wrecked, open mouthed and starry-eyed, clinching forward after another one-two hooks land on her tummy and shock her gasping for air. Girls grunting, one in exhaustion, the other in frustration, BUT Kim clings on to her life vest and lives to fight another round! That doesn’t stop Duchesne from hissing insults into the top of her matted hair as Kim’s lips pout on her opponent’s gleaming chest. A shutout for one girl and one wonders how the other is still standing!

ROUND 6:
We’re witnesses to the slow decline of Cloutier before our very eyes - can the blonde rally in the sixth? Let’s find out! Zoe fully confident about her chances, moves in for the kill as instructed by her corner, whilst Kim barely out of her own corner when she EATS a power-right hand straight to her nose. OUUGHHH! Groan reverberates throughout the auditorium like a giant slain - Kim flung back into her corner and ZOE GOES INTO OVERDRIVE! WICKED CHOPS into EVERY part of Cloutier as her breasts and belly serve as target practice! Her arms slowly fall apart as she gives up her guard but there’s no point in stopping it now… final BLAST of an uppercut SNAPS her head backwards and CLOUTIER CRUMPLES ON THE SPOT, sinking back into turnbuckle and onto her butt. Her eyes are fluttering but that’s the ONLY movement from her! Referee waves it off!

Official Decision: Zoe Duchesne defeats Kim Cloutier via KO6!

AFTER:
Zoe raising her fists and roaring with pride to no-one in particular, save for the bare-bones audience and spattering of applause at her dominant win tonight. There’s no doubt she performed well against an opponent coming into the match her equal but leaving devastated. Kim Cloutier being revived in the corner, her chest still heaving in and out, when Zoe decides to gloat, strides right on top of her with both hands on hips. They exchange sneers of contempt but Zoe sealing her victory with two hands tugging on blonde hair and a thrust of her hips into her victim’s face, just because she can. Duchesne raising one last fist to the audience (and agents) before heading backstage.

Now, both girls can only wait and see if they are offered more fights in the future. Regardless, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to both ladies, regardless of outcome. We hope that they will find representation sooner rather than later, and wish them every success in the ring!
