BEFORE: These girls have suffered from similar misfortunes just few months ago. Both were found expendable by former employers with Willa Holland replaced on the Foxfire roster by Natalie Alyn Lind and Nina Dobrev simply unable to match Demi Lovato's additional JMD value which forced Paris Hilton to show her the Lookout! Boxing door. Alas the 'Bulgarian Princess' quickly bounced back and emerged as the new Lioness Club of America bantamweight Alpha and remains well placed to sustain her challenge at the divisional title that has escaped her over the years.

Meanwhile Willa remains stuck in the free agency mud and only high-profile wins over opponents like Dobrev can prevent her from becoming one of these countless "go-to-girls" going forward. It's a tall order all things considered but Willa tells Erin Andrews she's ready to spoil Nina's Lioness honeymoon tonight and the betting odds seem to confirm that with the former Foxfire brunette riding the dark horse numbers.

She can't escape getting trapped on the ropes and Dobrev sinks her with a hooking drive to the body thereafter. Willa bends forward with a quiet whimper but her clinching efforts gets denied when Nina slams a left uppercut on the jaw and whips the fellow brunette against the ropes to close out a dominant performance with another drilling series on the exposed breadbasket.

Round 2:
Nina controls the early action with more methodical jabs that leave Willa dancing on her toes before a quick slant finally throws the Bulgarian babe off her stance. Holland abandons the defensive stance and lets it fly from the back foot; Nina apparently wasn't ready for such a sudden change and gets clubbed on the nose which bends her to the side and enables the free agent to drill her liver area with a quick double. Ugh! Dobrev circles backwards but eats a seemingly wayward hook on the nose and slides onto the ropes where Holland tackles her straight up the alley and clips the jugs a couple of times before a nasty uppercut finds the chin and sinks Dobrev into spasms right at the bell. Ugh! Willa yells out in delight and perhaps those dark horse odds can be justified after all?

Round 3:
Willa upgrades her mobility to rain punches all over Nina's high guard and outworks the Lioness in close range helped by another scything cross to the body. Nina's been through 'The Fittest' ordeal so she shouldn't be worried much about Holland's tactics here but several crisp uppercuts slice her guard regardless and she fails to establish her authority in a messy phone booth-like struggle. Willa bumps her onto the ropes and keeps beating for an overhand rally that slides Dobrev even further against the turnbuckle down the stretch. She tries to punch herself out of this hole but Willa remains committed to the aggressive attack and cleans out Nina's tummy during the closing seconds to nick the second round on the bounce.

Round 4:
New Lioness coach Eva Mendes warns Nina to drop the cutie pie approach that only works against genuine tomato cans which Willa is not. "Stuff like this makes people laugh at the Disney label, I thought Vanessa Hudgens taught you this much?" Reference about the former stablemate leads to Nina giving her coach that awkward look but also spells trouble for Holland who gets caught in a proper head-hunting barrage that prompts a full-scale change from the hitherto sluggish Bulgarian Princess. Willa's high guard crumbles in wake of the sustained attack but the former Foxfire member shows some nifty footwork to escape the heat even though Dobrev bullies her around the ring in fairly straight-forward fashion. Holland loops several single-handed shots from behind the guard but becomes woefully ineffective with Nina's pacey approach reigning supreme for remainder of the round. She fails to trap the free agent along the ropes though and doesn't really punish her which makes the artistic impression value somewhat hollow as a result.

Round 5:
Both girls tangle in the center of the ring again where Nina's precision allows her to smack Willa's cheeks into that familiar reddish shape and she outworks the younger brunette in close range before a belting hook against the tummy folds her into more trouble. Nina works the uppercut drill uncontested and drops Holland onto her heels while dropping single harpoons below the elbows to keep her in check. Willa struggles to mount a comeback and trips over her own feet which only allows Dobrev to pound her into the ropes and inflict more damage up the middle. She splits Holland's mitts repeatedly in the final minute and pierces her solar plexus and jugs to leave the free agent gasping for air at the bell.

Round 6:
Willa seemingly needs a dose of oxygen here as she's unable to match the fellow brunette's intensity and gets stranded in the middle of the ring while Dobrev keeps picking her off from point-blank range. Holland tries to swing some from the back foot but eats a piercing overhand on the lips and stumbles backwards while Nina sends in the harpoon menace to punish the ribcage and send the younger brunette rolling onto the ropes. Nina quickly pounces on the subdued opponent and whacks her belows the breasts to really push the oxygen supply into the red zone and Willa slumps against her waist with eyes closed and can do nothing bout these brutal hooks that shatter her midsection during the second minute. Uh-oh! The loud yelps tell their story here and Nina barks in her efforts to destroy Willa's womanhood; there's simply too much damage downstairs for Holland to hang on any longer so SHE SLUMPS ONTO HER KNEES and gurgles all the pain she can while the ref begins the count. Nina relaxes against the ropes while her opponent remains down on all fours and there's no last-gasp recovery present hence the 'Bulgarian Princess' is your KO6 winner!!!

AFTER: Nina heads over to the fallen brunette and gives her a warm hug once Willa gets back onto her feet. Hopefully no broken ribs there for the free agent and there's a genuine respect between the two which is rather uncommon around FCBA. This being said, Nina claims one of these days 'The Fittest' title will belong to her and wrecking Willa Holland to the body was a mere rehearsal before true elite challenges in the foreseeable future. Demi Lovato? "No comment on that mug!", response indicates the 29 year old still hasn't gotten over the fact that Lovato's cleavage made her expendable on the long run however the LCA bantamweight Alpha status elevates her into the thick of divisional title picture. That's one advantage the Bradenton-based stable has over majority of their rivals. Nobody can jump the queue on the likes of Nina Dobrev and Jessica Lowndes and that's essential considering how tight the championship picture looks across all four divisions.
