Vs.

Holland Roden (31, 5’3, 113 lbs, 1:1 FCBA, Free Agent)
Results: Lookout!; Story: Caspian & The Dollhouse

BEFORE: Another Flyweight match-up tonight, with Dollhouse firecracker Hayley Williams facing off against up-and-comer redhead Holland Roden. The Flyweight circle not that big to begin with, with Holland recently coming off a loss against Emma Watson and Haley Williams stepping in to take advantage as well today and extend her win streak to 4. Hayley with a chill, cool, friendly tone when asked by reporters at the press conference for comments on her opponent tonight, trying to show sportsmanship and not that interested in talking trash:

"I'm gonna be trying REAL HARD to get my 4th win in a row tonight,” Hayley laughs with a low chuckle. “I've been feeling good lately and learning more and more each day. I haven't really been fighting as much as I'd like to - touring with my band is pretty exhausting, but I've had enough time off recently and I'm definitely ready for tonight! I know Holland is coming off a disappointing fight against Emma Watson, so she'll probably be extra motivated to kick my ass and get this win, AND on top of that, she's bigger than me. BUT, I'm pretty sure I can handle everything she throws at me, so…bring it sister!”  Hayley issuing the challenge more playfully than with malice, but of course Holland interpreting things differently, scowling at her younger opponent.

“Oh you just *had* to go and mention that overrated bloated British beanbag huh? Yes, she won the match, but f*ck it - she just got lucky,” Roden intones to reporters. By contrast, she doesn't look as eager to play nice when talking about her opponent. “Hayley Williams is a HAS been - it’s the same sh*t she pulled when her band started falling apart. And now she’s trying a career in the ring? I’m sorry dear, but seeing you in person….that little idea is going to go downhill just as fast as your band did.” Hayley just shakes her head in response, preferring to stay quiet and make her fists do the talking in the ring as both girls leave the press conference to prepare for the fight ahead.

The pop-rock singer is the first to enter the arena, rocking her head up and down to the loud cheers of the fans and her own song, Paramore’s ‘That’s What You Get’ as she trots towards the ring, bright yellow dyed hair hanging lose, wearing her usual light blue muay thai trunks and blue sports bra, her white and blue gloves high fiving fans along the way. She quickly runs up the stairs and enters the ring, climbing all 4 corners of the ring with arms raised, thanking the fans for their support.

Holland Roden is up next and seems like the catty redhead is not a fan favorite in this house, gets greeted with mostly loud boos as she struts towards the ring, a cocky smirk on her face – the sassy redhead definitely enjoying playing the bad girl role here tonight. Holland is wearing a sexy dark green and black bikini covered partially by a black open see-through robe and matching black gloves, her red hair in a lose ponytail. That sexy bikini body on display definitely buying her some new fans in the arena as she flaunts proudly until the last moment before climbing the stairs to the ring. Once inside, Holland shoots Hayley a sly smile before walking over to her own corner and leaning casually against the corner post, arms resting on top rope, listening to her trainer’s last moment prep talk.

Roden’s brusque personality testing the limits of Hayley’s patience, especially when that forked tongue continues to spew nonsense into her face when both girls face off in the middle of the ring. Thankfully, referee orders them both back to corners before things get too out of hand. With a wave of his own, here we go with ten rounds of Flyweight action!

ROUND 1: In what looks to be a familiar sight, Holland seen striding forward, looking to exert her power over a defensive fighter like Williams. It’s reminiscent of her previous bout against Emma Watson, and it looks like a lion will always keep his mane: defensive tactics work for a while to evade Holland, but Hayley Williams is still quite new at this compared to Watson - she’s caught early by a pair of hard strikes to the nose, pushing her back over the defensive line, leaving a grin on Holland’s pale face as her power is validated and she knows it’ll come into play for this fight. Hayley needs to be more calculated and MOVE a hell of a lot more if she wants to play the cautious card here.

ROUND 2: That's exactly what the Dollhouse starlet does in the second, using her quick feet to stay away from Holland, with the redhead swinging and missing a whole lot more obviously this time. Hayley’s yellow hair a blur of evasion and quick strikes, managing to sting the face repeatedly throughout the round and then bob her own head out of the way of return hooks. Still, never underestimate a fiery auburn warrior princess - Roden surging forward with a flurry of jabs at Hayley’s head towards the end of the round, frustrating her efforts for total dominion. The girls slowly reach an even, balanced point as Williams also letting in a whole lot more punches to her face as she gets overambitious and allows Holland to pick up her own offense.. Close round for Hayley awarded yet by the end - she receives her own form of validation with a ‘Hell yeah!’ to acknowledge her screaming fans.

ROUND 3: Holland would be damned however if she lets another fight get away from her again, not interested in going under 50% to start her in-ring career. Roden pushing her brawling instincts away, forces herself to let Hayley come to her instead. It works for the first minute, with Williams falling for the bait as she comes closing in. Holland diligently swatting away her oncoming punches (much to her surprise), only to time a right hook and send it careening CLEAN into the side of the petite rocker’s face. Ughh! Williams is stunned, now weathering more of such hooks to the head whilst still trying to retaliate at the same time. Holland however in feeding frenzy, goes to town with non-stop lefts and rights as both these lovely ladies simply abandon defense and swing for the fences. At the sound of the bell, they’re both swaying hard, but both still standing. Amazing that little Hayley Williams has some brawling blood in her veins as she manages to stand toe-to-toe with the bigger Holland.

ROUND 4: Still, the little rocker can't afford to get too cocky - those punches from last round still hurt, and upon the warnings from her corner, Williams going back into turtling mode. Holland of course had other ideas - she barrels into Williams in the opening seconds, assuming she’s still winded. And the risk pays off! Hayley just not getting out of the way in time for that train wreck to crash into her, their bodies colliding in a loud SPLAT and shrill cries of panic echoing from one girl’s lips. Holland not really having a plan with that rush-move, but she’s not the one panicking here... Redhead uses the confusion to start banging punches off of Hayley’s body, hooks to the tummy as Hayley’s bod gets ravaged - it’s only when she hears her corner’s screams at her to “CLINCH UP!!” does she abide by the advice. Williams now clinging on to Roden by the neck and waist, keeping their bodies pinned together. It’s makeshift and crude, but it does the trick. Roden effectively paralyzed from the tight hug and she can't swing her arms as wide and powerful as before, only succeeding in growling her disdain and frustration into Williams’ ear “You little b*tchhh!! Get the f*ck OFF m-AGGH!”

Hayley breathing hard, but ventures her own gloves spanking off Holland’s lean body in retaliation, driving right hands into the belly button until the referee forces them apart at the bell. Holland’s turn to dominate this time, but not completely, as evident from Williams’ little smirk at Roden’s stumble back to corner right at the end.

ROUND 5: Both girls hurt but both girls wanting more. It’s testimony to how much they want this win to prove that they have a future in this division. Hayley establishes her continued presence with first exchange jab jab jab into Roden’s face from afar. For a while, it seems that Holland is just too far out of it that she can't put up an adequate defense no longer. But as the punches start landing, Hayley getting more confident, FIRES a right hook to the head which is PARRIED out of the blue by Holland’s raised arm. The force of the impact takes Hayley completely by surprise, rattling her to one side awkwardly. Roden takes a deep breath and HUFF - SWIVELS the American’s head to the side!! OUCH. She’s in trouble! Holland priming her right hand for one more knockout blow, but this time Hayley automatically surges forward when she realises she can't get away in time, again wrapping both arms around the neck in another tight body clinch! Imagine the frustration in Holland’s mind as she shrieks and growls, pushing and shoving at the singer’s tight embrace, unable to put her away despite being given multiple chances to. Attribute it to luck or whatever you fancy, but while Holland is distracted pushing back on Hayley’s chest and shoulders, sneaky Hayley BURIES a right hand firm into the her belly, folding her over with a sudden, strangled HUHHGGGH. A few more pops to the button has Holland paralysed in her arms and now the one sinking down further into Hayley’s clinch. A final BLAST up into the chin and the combination is too much for her! Holland CRUMPLES to all fours!!

3...4… Hayley can’t believe her fortune… one moment she’s getting shell-lacked into one corner, and the other finds her standing over a gasping Holland, who’s still clutching at her body in pain. 5...6… Holland though already on the rise, using the ropes for support, manages to make it up at the count of 8! Hayley clearly disappointed but she shouldn’t be - she has still managed to turn that round around by some miraculous luck.

ROUND 6: Nice girl Hayley shaking off that image once she’s in the ring, where she mercilessly goes after Holland’s body from the opening bell. It’s every woman for herself as Hayley displays the most amount of aggression we’ve seen thus far, now pounding away at the midsection and sides with straight hands, and Holland back to her paralyzed self, face awash with pain. She’s trying to make herself small and bring her guard low, but those two forearms just can’t protect every inch of her body and face combined as the lightning fast Williams stings mercilessly. And then, Hayley with ANOTHER right hook that CRASHES into the side of her face, knocking Holland down onto her side for the SECOND time this fight!

Crowd on their feet, as SURELY this must be the end?! Hayley certainly elated as she mounts the corner turnbuckle, her chest beating in and out from the final release of exertion. Dollhouse personnel also on their feet, already congratulating their girl with a big round of applause and shouts of approval from the apron. However, the audience lets out a gasp when they suddenly find Holland Roden back up on her feet, having recovered whilst Hayley was celebrating prematurely! The referee was on the verge of the ten-count, but now he’s already waving his hand for the round to resume, and believe us when they say there’s no one who’s more in shock than Hayley Williams herself, who thought she’d already had this cat in the bag. There’s still two minutes on the clock and four rounds to go, ladies and gents!

Hayley quickly snaps out of her stupor and charges, however, looking to make the most of the time left. And to her credit, Holland manages to hold off the attack for the first volley of punches, but after a third such blow disappears into her belly from just the sheer number that Haley’s throwing her way, and the third such deep grunt from her lips, the referee finally WAVES it off, not seeing any response from the anguished redhead! And it’s the right decision too - Holland sliding down the ropes, hugging her body in abject pain! It’s over!!

Official Decision: Hayley Williams defeats Holland Roden via TKO6!

AFTER: Good girl Hayley immediately makes a reappearance, FINALLY celebrating for real this time with a pump of her fist into the air when the blast of her victory music reverberates through the arena. She then makes her way over the Holland, hovering over her defeated opponent’s knelt form to check to see if she’s okay.

Holland, however, shutting her concern down and spitting on her goodwill with a shout for her to ‘F*ckkk OFF!” half in pain and half with malice, before moaning again as her forehead touches the canvas. Hayley glaring back down at her as she recoils from the rudeness, but doesn’t retaliate, instead allowing herself a small smirk at the sight of Roden still writhing about on the ground in pain.

“Suit yourself, b*tch. Good fight though!” Haley states plainly, before her theme song soars into the air once more. She retreats to her own corner, high fiving head trainer Kristanna Loken with fellow stablemates already waiting with open arms ready to congratulate her, before the Dollhouse entourage heads backstage to prepare for the next exciting fight of the night.
