Hilary Rhoda versus Christina Hendricks

(Girls Friday vs Punchaholics Anonymous)

Intro:
Hilary Rhoda looks to get back on a winning run against the hard
hitting Christina Hendricks, Christina looking to keep her own run
going after beating her bitter rival Sofia Vergara in a best of 3
series.
Hilary is 31 years old; stands 5'11 and holds 15 wins, all by knockout
and 4 defeats, she is a former FCBA welterweight champion.
Christina is 43 years old, stands 5'7 and holds a record of 16 wins,
14 by knockout and 7 defeats.
Both were interviewed at their gyms; Hilary smiling after wiping sweat
from her brow after finishing training, she says "I feel so great
lately, getting a month off for the first time in two years, I feel
refreshed and ready to get back into action"
Continues with "so Christina has been on my hitlist, while not young;
I have heard that she packs a punch, I feel I need to get back in the
ring with someone who'll test me"
Smiling; Hilary finishes by saying "but I plan on showing you all why
I am the best in this division" before heading off to shower and get
changed.
Christina meanwhile is sitting on the ring apron after sparring, she
says "I'm glad to have Sofia in my rear view mirror; now I can focus
on what I was doing before her, hunting down a title shot, whether
that is against my fellow redhead Cassidy (Freeman) or that leggy
Tanhee (Atkinson) I feel ready to step up my game"
On her opponent, she says "Hilary is of course a former champion, but
look at how she lost to Katy Perry, of all these models that flooded
the division, she is simply the worst and the one I know I can
definitely beat" smiling as she gets up to go cool down.
Fight night; out comes Hilary first, she bounces on her toes as Taryn
Terrell and Eva Carneiro come out with her, she waves to the fans as
she jogs down to the ring.
Her attire is a black sports bra with white trim, black trunks with
white trim and her white "Queenslayer" badge on her waistband, white
gloves with black thumbs and black shoes with white laces, her
brunette hair is braided.
Stepping into the ring; Hilary smiling warmly to the crowd as she
heads to her corner, before Taryn begins drilling her through her warm
up.
Now out comes Christina with Robyn Lawley with her, she looks in good
spirits as she jogs to down the ramp, waving to the fans herself as
she nods to them.
Her attire tonight is a flame red sports bra, matching trunks, gloves
and shoes that match her red hair, that she has in a ponytail.
Climbing into the ring; she nods over at Hilary as she heads to her
corner, pumping her fists into the air as she settles into her corner
then gets into her warm up routine.
Both fighters come to the ring centre for the referees instructions,
they looked each other up and down to measure up their opponent, this
the first real time they've faced off outside the weigh in.
Asked to touch gloves; the girls nod at each other and respectfully
touch them, heading to their corners ready to start 10 rounds of
welterweight action.

Round 1:
Both fighters look to impose their tactics onto each other; Hilary
moving around up on her toes, flickering jabs out at the high guard of
Christina, who is keeping compact and coming forwards.
Soon Christina parries a jab away and comes inside to force the first
heated exchange between the two, both striking hard and fast to the
others bodies and heads.
It becomes clear that Christina is forcing Hilary back when she nearly
rams her head under the chin of her taller opponent and pounds three
body shots in to test the abs of Rhoda.
Who gasps out and moves backwards with her guard up; Christina keeping
her pinned back by trying to work the body, which brings the guard of
her opponent lower, allowing her to change her target up to strike
across the face of the model.
The stunning redhead nearly gets Hilary pinned to a set of ropes, but
the longer legged fighter manages to use her footwork to escape back
into space.
Christina though wants to keep the pressure on Hilary as she keeps
stepping forwards, but Hilary has her feet seemingly full back on
under her as Hendricks starts taking counter punches through her
gloves to her face.
The remaining minute of the round sees Hilary start to get into her
own rhythm, knocking Christina's head back as she moves around her,
till Christina dips under a straight and lands a hard right under the
ribs of Hilary.
The round ending with both women letting their hands go at midrange,
Christina nodding over at Robyn as she knows that first round was
hers.
Round 2:
Out come the fighters with Christina looking to come forwards early
and pressure Hilary backwards, her punches banging off the gloves of
her opponent as she takes the ring centre straight away.
But Hilary looks happy with that as she works on the outside;
countering Christina with straight punches digging into the face of
the actress.
Christina dips a right and lands a right into the abs of Hilary;
missing with an overhand left that the taller fighter leans out the
way of.
The girls trading in close as Christina looks to shove Hilary back
onto the ropes, with the model using her left to nudge Christina back
and lands two cross punches across the top of the head of the Mad Men
actress to knock her back a step.
Hilary starting to drive Christina back towards the ropes, finding
gaps through to the face of Christina to knock her head back.
But Christina deflects a left and snaps her own left off the chin of
Hilary, allowing her to step inside and force a fiery exchange between
the fighters.
Christina working the body of Hilary to force her back; when she tries
to move forwards, Hilary counters with an uppercut that knocks her
backwards.
The last few seconds of the round sees Hilary controlling the action
as bangs away at the gloves of the redhead as she is forced around the
ring.
The round ends with Hilary smiling as she jogs to her corner, with
Taryn bumping fists with her, both chatting away as Hilary looks
relaxed.
In the Punchaholics corner; Christina getting her face washed down,
her and Robyn don't seem too worried as they talk through tactics,
bumping fists before the beginning of the next round.
Round 3:
Early on the fighters circle and trade single punches at midrange,
Hilary landing the cleaner punches due to her reach advantage.
The younger fighter looks the quicker fighter as she moves around
Christina, who keeps her guard up higher to deflect the punches aimed
at her head.
As a right comes towards Christina's head, she deflects it with her
left and lands an uppercut that rocks Hilary's head back, allowing her
to drive her opponent back towards the ropes.
Hilary having to cover up as Christina bangs away at her guard,
Hendricks throwing punches around the guard of the model, banging
shots into the cheeks of Rhoda to force her back onto the ropes.
Trying to fight back; Hilary gets caught with two vicious rights that
turns her head and sweat flies into the air, with Hilary needing to
cover up tightly as Christina throws a flurry at her head.
Hilary gives Christina a shove before clinching up with her, the
redhead punching with her right into the kidney area of the taller
girl to keep the pain coming till the referee steps in to break them
up.
Once apart; Hilary moves into space and works behind her jab when they
are allowed to resume fighting, Christina stalks forwards; knocking
the jab aside as she looks to keep smacking her opponent around.
The footwork of Hilary manages to keep her out of trouble as Christina
tries to swing a hook into the face of Rhoda, who leans and moves out
the way of them.
The bell rings to end the round just as Christina starts to target the
body of Hilary, who shakes her head as she heads to her corner.
Christina smiling as she heads to her corner, sitting and enjoying the
view of Hilary and Taryn looking heated in the opposition corner, it
helps that she knows she can hurt Hilary.
Round 4:
Christina is looking to pressure Hilary from the off; trying to
measure her up more from the end of the last round, with Hilary
looking to keep at range by boxing off her backfoot.
The redhead slams a right into the abs of Hilary, but gets caught with
a straight to her nose, with blood trickling from the nostrils of
Christina.
Who tries to slip under a right from Hilary; she is only able to land
a glancing left across the body of her opponent, before she gets
caught with a left off her nose and a right hook catches the side of
her head.
Christina stepping back with Hilary's punches finding their way
through the mitts of the older fighter to her face, till Christina
dips under a straight and bangs in a right and left to the sides of
her opponent's body.
That forces Hilary onto the back foot as she bangs away at the sides
of the taller woman, making her groan out with each hit as works away.
As she is about to get Hilary on the ropes, Rhoda shoves her back with
a left jab smacking her on her nose and an overhand right cracks her
on the temple.
Christina wobbling back as Hilary looks to have stunned her, the
younger fighter rifles her punches into the face of Hendricks to drive
her back now.
Covering up now; Christina tries to stop the assault she is under as
Hilary comes forwards by clinching up with, leading to both women
trying to shove each other around.
They are separated by the referee, as the action starts up again;
Hilary is the first to strike with a straight that knocks Christina's
head back and a left hook that stumbles her into a set of ropes.
Hilary pounds away as the seconds tick away and Christina covers up as
best she can, with punches still finding gaps to strike Christina to
her marked up face.
The bell rings with Hilary jogging back to her corner, Taryn smiling
as she comes back after a strong round, while she looks at Christina
shaking her head on the way back to her corner.
Christina needing her nose worked on, she winces as it is being
cleaned up, Robyn talking to her but she is busy staring at her
opponent, pissed off that she got hurt.
Round 5:
Hilary quickly comes across the ring, with Christina hoping to catch
her out with a right hook that misses as Hilary moves back out the
way.
Before the bigger girl lands a straight onto that bloody nose that
makes Christina cry out, a left smacks across it to wobble Hendricks
back.
Christina gets smacked to her bloody nose with several more strikes
that makes the blood flow more freely, A RIGHT HOOK CATCHES CHRISTINA
ACROSS HER TEMPLE TO MAKE HER FALL TO A KNEE THEN TO HER SIDE AS SHE
PUTS HER RIGHT HAND ON THE ROPES!
The referee begins to count as Christina wipes her nose and blinks to
try and clear her head 1...2...3 tears run down her eyes as she is
feeling it 4....5....6...7 trying to pull herself up, she is too
groggy and falls back to her arse, where she spits her gumshield out
8...9...10 she is counted out!

Winner Hilary Rhoda KO Round 5

After:
Hilary gets herself back into the win column; something she clearly
feels excited about as she rushes to her corner and mounts the bottom
ropes to shout to the skies "f*** yes!"
Christina stares up angrily as the ringside doctor comes in to make
sure her nose isn't broken, he gives her the thumbs up to say it isn't
but it doesn't stop her weeping when he touches her sore nose.
After settling down; Hilary comes over to check on Christina, who nods
in reply and the women leave it at that, some respect but definitely
not going to be friends after this.
Christina is helped out the ring by the referee with a towel full of
ice on her nose, Robyn telling her "hey you did great, just rotten
luck the c*** busted your nose, still time to be the best"
While in the ring Hilary gets her bloody gloves taken off and embraces
her corner crew, thanking both for their help as a few tears of joy
escape her eyes.
Getting her hand raised by the referee, she bows to the crowd
afterwards and thanks them for their support of her, before she
notices Missy Peregrym is standing on the top of the ramp mockingly
applauding her.
Hilary notices and stands on the sits on the middle rope as she waves
Missy to come bring it after their brawl after the Kendall Jenner vs
Kate Upton fight a month ago.
Missy waves her finger to signal not now as she turns and heads to the
back, clearly though these two want a piece of each other whether
their managers want the to or not.
For now Hilary leaves the ring and struts up the ramp with her arms up
in the air, her swagger seems back after this good performance, still
plenty to work on though.
