Sophia Bush versus Bayley(Words: ABC / Results: Lookout!)

Pre-fight:
Earlier this month, Sophia Bush made big steps, reviving her career again with a serious win over the dangerous Rita Ora. Things really kicked off in the post-match, when Bayley stormed the ring and gave Sophia a piece of her mind. After a brief exchange, where Bayley was left embarrassed and shocked, the two agreed to settle their differences at a later date in the ring.

Enter today. Bush in one corner, Bayley in the other. No love to be lost as the two fit beauties glare hatefully at each other pre-fight, fists clenched, teeth gritted, eyes focused.

Round 1:
Bayley getting off on the right foot, a few early shots in at the spunky vet, jolting Bush as her pretty face is smacked by Bayley’s confident leathery jabs. Bush trying to play defence, bide her time, read the younger athlete. But Bayley seems to have an answer for most of Bush’s blocks and dodges and feet shuffling. Bush giving up some ground to get a read on the youngster, and Bayley happy to use this head start to her advantage, smacking beautiful Bush face about, that left cheek looking a little red.

Round 2:
Bush seems to have learned something about Bayley after the first, and is getting struck a lot fewer times in this second round exchange. Bayley a little frustrated as Bush counters a few head-hunting attempts, and smarts leather into Bayley ribs. Lots of patience from Bush so far this match, and it’s starting to pay off as she edges Bayley out this round and seems to be winning the mind game at the very least.

Bayley sides both a little red as she winces in her corner after the second round and Sophia take a seat, still looking contemplative.

Round 3:
Bush might be starting to work Bayley out, but there’s no accounting for skill. Bayley sneaks a heavy shot into Bush’s left jug, and by the way she whimpers one may conclude it’s still a bit tender from her Birthday Bash against Rita Ora. Bayley smirking as she cruelly lights up the jug a few more times, leaving Sophia to wince and cover up, offense stifled.

Sophia forced to go on the defensive for the remainder of the round, and she does so successfully, but it’s Bayley who gets the better of her opponent this round, by a slim margin.

Round 4:
Sophia looks a little tentative as we open the fourth round, and she’s protecting that jug a little keenly. Bayley is wise to it, and she takes advantage straight away, faking a slug to left jug, making Bush tighten and flinch in anticipation, only for Bayley to rip a heavy left clubbing hook up across Sophia’s gorgeous right cheek. Bush grunts and stumbles backwards, but refuses to let go of the boob. Bayley follows, grinning, and slams right glove into Bush’s nose, getting a squeal as her head snaps back. Sophia is ailing, but Bayley keeps slamming leather into lovely Bush face, bruising it, splitting her lip, swelling left eye shut.

By the end of the round Sophia Bush’s beautiful face is a pulped up mess. She’s whimpering in her corner as Hilarie Burton looks distressed, trying to comfort and motivate her friend and fighter all at once. Bayley looks proud as punch, and ready for more.

Round 5:
Bayley hunts Bush, who looks a little tentative, defensive. Sophia guards, blocking a couple of jabs, but seems on edge knowing how defence worked out for her last round. She jabs back, the first bouncing off of Bayley’s chin, but then Bayley slams leather right back into the centre of Bush’s face, staggering her.

Sophia tries to hit Bayley harder, needing offence, but her desperation leaves her open and Bayley counters, sidestepping and cracking a hook across Bush’s jawline. Sophia yips as she is knocked right off of her feet and crashes to the mat!

Sophia looks a bit shocked as she slowly picks herself up, staggering, making the count easily, but looking super groggy.

Round 6:
Sophia looks a mess, and Bayley looks ready to finish things, rushing in and slugging at Bush jug, bouncing it across her chest and making her scream. As Bush grabs her bruised jug, wincing, Bayley launches a haymaker for Sophia’s head. But, Bush ducks, and counters with a chilling uppercut, right through Bayley’s jaw!

The crowd gasps in surprise as Bush’s counter launches Bayley off of her feet and onto her back. Bayley doesn’t move for a few seconds, shocked, groaning, holding her jaw. Even Sophia looks slightly surprised at her sudden turn.

Round 7:
The crowd are on the edge of their seats now, wondering if it’s game on, after it looked like Bayley had the older Sophia battered and beat. But, Sophia doesn’t look like giving up, and Bayley is swaying a little, that shot to the jaw having really rattled her.

Bayley comes in, trying to take Bush’s still pulped face, but Sophia blocks and smacks leather straight back into Bayley’s face. Bayley stumbles, but keeps her feet and raises the guard. Sophia steps in and hammers tummy until Bayley’s gloves drop, and then SMACK! Bush bangs leather into Bayley’s mouth, and she stumbles again.

Bayley takes shot after shot, and then she gets desperate like Bush did earlier, swinging a haymaker for sore Bush face. Sophia ducks, crushes fist into Bayley’s right breast, making her yelp and cover it. Then Bush straightens up and CRACKS leather through Bayley’s jawline!

Bayley’s eyes close before she’s even hit the mat. The ref calls it as Sophia stands there soaking up the cheers of the impressed crowd, and Bayley snoozes on the mat, sure to be shocked when she awakes.

Sophia Bush wins; KO7!

Post-Fight:
“Am I a bad b*tch now, Bayley?!” Sophia smirks, leaning over Bayley as the groggy boxer slowly comes to. “Maybe you’ll think twice about interrupting my celebrations next time.”

Bayley just groans in disappointment as her corner tends to her and the referee raises Sophia’s arm. The crowd erupts in approval as Sophia climbs the corner turnbuckle and blows kisses to the entertained fans, and Hilarie Burton joins her for celebrations.
