Alessandra Ambrosio versus Cara Delevigne

Intro:
Alessandra Ambrosio and Cara Delevigne step back into the ring once again as neither entered the lightweight title tournament, so a win here could be the road to get a title shot after the tournament.

Alessandra is 37 years old; she stands 5'9 ½, her record is 28 wins, all by knockout and 6 defeats, she is the current BBU lightweight champion.

Cara is 26 years old; she stands 5'8, holds a record of 6 wins, all by knockout and 5 defeats.

They fought last August in the Victoria Secret tournament, with Alessandra coming out on top with a knockout on round 7.

The fighters were interviewed on the FCBA Network studio by Lucy Liu, with Alessandra all smiles as she sits down to talk about the fight.

As she gets asked about missing out on the FCBA lightweight title tournament, Alessandra answers "being a dual champion would have been awesome, I might have asked the ACB if I could have a shot at their champion to be a true undisputed champ"

After winking; she continues "while that would be a dream, Kendall deserves a chance to become a two time champion, so I will be supporting her all the way, go Kendall!"

The subject turns to Cara, with Alessandra saying "while me and Cara are not friends, I do respect her talents, she can be a champion if she learned to take this seriously, but I have already beat her and now I get another chance to knock her ass out"

When Cara's time is to be interviewed, she sits down and tells Lucy "god I can't wait to get in that ring with Alessandra"

Lucy asks about the first fight and what went wrong, Cara replying "I let Alessandra get in my face, this time I am going use my skills and out box her till she gets tired, then I'll knock her out when I feel she is ready to fall"

She finishes by saying "I am pissed that I was snubbed for the lightweight tournament, some of the girls there couldn't tie my shoelaces"

Fight night; out comes Alessandra with Taryn Terrell and Eva Carneiro, she gives the crowd a wave as she has her trademark smile as she heads to the ring.

Her attire tonight is a black sports bra with gold trim and an "AA" in gold letters on her left cup, black trunks with gold stripes down the sides, black gloves with gold thumbs and black shoes, her hair is in a ponytail.

Stepping into the ring; Alessandra bows to each side of the ring, before jogging to her corner so she can go through her warm up routine.

Out comes Cara now with her coach behind her, she struts down to the ring with a stern look on her face as she only has eyes for the ring.

Her attire is a white sports bra, matching trunks, gloves and shoes, her hair is also in a ponytail and she has red lipstick on.

Climbing into the ring; Cara doesn't bother with the crowd, she just heads to her corner as she clearly just wants to get started.

The referee brings both women to the ring centre, both look up for this as they shake their arms to keep them limber, their eyes burrowing holes into the other woman's.

They are told to touch gloves, with a bang they do hit them together, scowling for a moment before they return to their corners, ready to start 10 rounds of lightweight action.

Round 1:
Both fighters circle early in the round; trading single punches as they look to measure other up, Cara uses her speed to step in with two punches between her opponent's gloves, then moves back to range.
Cara showing off what makes her dangerous as she darts in and out of Alessandra's range to make her opponent miss.
But as she comes in to land a straight, Alessandra parries it and counters with a right across her cheek to open up her guard.
Alessandra now powers forwards; drilling Cara through her gloves to knock her head back, forcing Delevigne towards the ropes.
Cara tries to match the intensity of Alessandra, who keeps her pinned near the ropes with her punches landing more cleanly of the two.
Late in the round; Cara nudges Alessandra back and moves into space, both landing single punches as Alessandra stalks her around the single.
The bell rings to end the round, both girls heading back to their corners with anger in their eyes, Taryn telling Alessandra "keep the pressure on her, you've got her rattled"
With Cara shaking her head as she sits down, getting told off her coach to keep faith and take her chances.
Round 2:
Alessandra looks to do as told; stepping after Cara and trying to hammer her around the ring, missing though as Cara moves her head out the way.
The youngster dips under a straight and banging a right into the body of Alessandra, followed by an overhand left that lands across the cheek of the Brazilian.
Cara taking control of the action, forcing Alessandra to keep her guard up high as she fires her punches up top, then puts her head down to work the body of Ambrosio.
Who nudges Cara back with a left and landing a right across her cheek, with Alessandra stepping in close to force the action in tight.
Both women trading in close, heads rubbing as they work the others body, forcing groans out of the others lips as they try to bully their opponent back.
Alessandra gets surprised by an uppercut by Cara that knocks her head back, forcing her to cover up as Cara drives her onto the ropes.
The round ends with Cara looking relaxed as she heads to her corner, happy with her work that round as she sits on her stool.
While Alessandra looks over to her corner looking sorry for that mistake, telling Taryn that she is going to fix her mistake.
Round 3:
Both women come out quickly, with them throwing more punches in bunches now to try and take control of the round.
Early on it's Alessandra landing the cleaner punches with her reach advantage, several punches landing on the top of Cara's head to keep her back.
But the Brit dips under a straight and comes in close to land a left and right to the body, slipping back out the way of a left cross aimed at her head.
Cara again proves too elusive for Alessandra, dodging punches and countering to keep the Brazilian stunner on the back foot.
A jab smacks Alessandra onto her chin, with a right hook catching Ambrosio on her cheek to knock her behind her guard.
Cara driving forwards with a flurry aimed at the retreating Alessandra's head, Alessandra needing to keep her guard tight to make most of the punches hit her gloves.
Late in the round, Alessandra slips under a right cross from Cara, landing her own body shots to make Cara step backwards.
The bell rings with both women staring hard at the other, Alessandra shaking her head as she heads to her corner, Taryn pointing at her to sit down as both look annoyed at the way the fight is going.
The opposite corner sees Cara smiling as she talks to her coach, Cara getting sweat wiped from her brow as she looks a lot less marked up then her opponent.
Round 4:
This time Alessandra looks more defensive as Cara keeps on the move, the younger fighter punches crashing off the gloves of Ambrosio.
Cara throws a jab up top to lift the guard of Alessandra up, then switches to the body quickly as she puts her head down.
Driving Alessandra onto the ropes; Cara drilling away to the body and jugs of the Older fighter, till Alessandra pulls Cara into clinch.
The referee has to step in to break them apart; with Alessandra moving into space to work from, Cara looking confident as she keeps to her plan.
Only taking glancing blows around her head as she keeps moving around Alessandra, dipping down to come inside to work away.
Till Alessandra uses her left to nudge Cara back, then as Cara looks to move to the side, Alessandra catches her across the side of her head with a right hook.
As Cara tried to move to the side; Alessandra keeps on the front foot, banging her punches into the gloves of Delevigne to herd her back to the outside of the ring.
The bell rings with Alessandra looking like she wants to scream to the rooftops, Cara smiling and nodding at her coach as she heads to her corner, a big lead on the scorecards giving her confidence.
The Girls Friday corner looks more animated; Eva is washing down and reducing the swelling on Alessandra's cheeks as best she can, while Taryn keeps calm and is whispering into the ears of Alessandra about something to do with the fight.
Round 5:
Cara keeps on the move; keeping Alessandra off a sure footing early in the round as she stings her opponent's face with jabs and straights.
Till she goes to swing a right hook up top; Alessandra leans back out the way and counters with a straight onto the top of Cara's head.
Alessandra quickly steps in close and lands a left across the lips of her opponent, with Alessandra throwing more punches into the face of Cara, who covers up as she finds herself being driven back.
Cara tries to dip down to move into space; taking a straight to the top of her head as Alessandra steps back to keep her in front.
Forcing Cara to have to go toe to toe with Alessandra, both slamming vicious shots into the others faces as the angrily go at their rival.
Till Alessandra deflects a left and lands a left cross to the top of Cara's head to knock her to the side, the Brazilian banging punches into the face of the English woman to knock her into a corner.
Cara looks to clinch up; getting caught with a right hook that makes her cry out and cover back up, Alessandra uses her left forearm to keep the guard against Cara, while using her right to batter the body of the Brit.
The bell rings not long after with Alessandra striding purposely back to her corner, Cara holding her body scowling at her.
Both sit on their stools staring at the other across the ring, their coaches telling them to push hard as they enter the second half of the fight.
Round 6:
The early action sees both circling as they look for openings, Cara landing the cleaner punches this time as she moves her head more, using her speed once more.
But as she looks to move inside; Alessandra slams a left across the side of her face, then comes in with an uppercut to knock Cara's head back.
Cara looks to move back to create space to move in, but Alessandra is on her with a vengeance, slamming punches through the mitts of Delevigne to her face.
Alessandra leans out the way of a desperate looking right; A LEFT HOOK CRACKS ACROSS THE CHIN OF CARA TO WOBBLE HER, WITH AN UPPERCUT SENDING CARA TO HER BACK IN A HEAP!
Cara can be heard groaning as the count begins, 1...2...3...4 her eyes are glazed as she stares at the ceiling, 5..6...7 her gumshield is spat out and 8...9...10 she is counted out soon enough!

Winner Alessandra Ambrosio KO Round 6

After:
Alessandra keeps her run of wins going tonight, flexing her arms as she stares down at Cara, another stunning knockout added to her record.

The ringside doctor rushes in to check on Cara; who is helped with smelling salts to fully wake up and to sit up so she can be checked over more thoroughly.

Soon Cara is helped to stand up and over to her corner, where her coach works on cleaning her up, Cara looks dejected as she stares across the ring at Alessandra.

Who is all smiles as Taryn and Eva clean her, take her gloves off and finally giving her a hug as they are so happy that she pulled this victory out after a tough fight.

The fighters come to the ring center, with Alessandra getting her BBU lightweight title on her waist, blowing kisses to the crowd as she gets her hand raised.

Cara can be heard telling Alessandra "lucky bytch" before she storms out of the ring and up the aisle to the locker rooms, anger etched onto her face over this disappointing result.

In the ring; Alessandra leans on the ropes and tells the cameras filming her "I'm the best in here and this proves it" pointing at the BBU title around her waist.

Alessandra heads out the ring with her coaching team behind her, blowing kisses as she goes up the aisle, Taryn and Eva joke about how Alessandra just loves to play to crowds, excited for what the future holds for the Brazilian supermodel.
