BEFORE:

"It's long past time," says Bridget with a smile. "Long past time I get a shot here. And, I hope this becomes a much more regular occurrence."

"As good as it gets," Charlotte says with a nod. "No question about it. She's as good as it gets. So. I can't wait to test myself against her."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside and..."

All I want to eat is cherry licorice

I don't care if it sounds ridiculous

Even the birds and the bees

Eat how they damn well please

McCarthy: "What a STUPID song!"

O'Dell: "That would be 'Cherry Licorice' by the Felice Brothers, and that can only mean that 'Agent 00DDD' herself, Charlotte McKinney, is on her way to the ring!"

McCarthy: "And an even STUPIDER nickname!"

Cassie: "And, as always, Uncle Wiz showing class and giving the honors to Bridget, a former champion who is undefeated in fights against Front Street."

McCarthy: "Weirdo has about as much class as your average Kardashian."

O'Dell: "Charlotte into the ring and helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve, and the crowd showing appreciating for that admiral blue number we've seen before, and that's 'Night On Bald Mountain' by Mussorgsky..."

Cassie: "BridGY! BridGY! BridGY!"

O'Dell: "And that's one Bridget Catherine Regan coming down the aisle and this place has erupted at the sight of the three-time welterweight champion..."

McCarthy: "And, the only way we'll see a welterweight champion around HERE is if she's here to fight AGAINST Weirdo!"

O'Dell: "Regan into the ring and helped off with the robe and she's looking both very good and very toned in that blue and white bikini she's wearing..."

Tess: "And, in case anyone wants to know how hard she can hit, allow me to TESTIFY, because I've felt those punches personally. I think a shot with a baseball bat might feel better."

O'Dell: "Ladies about ready to go. Time for some picks. Tess likes Bridget. Mac?"

McCarthy: "Regan's a LITTLE overrated, but she's a REAL fighter. And, she'll BEAT this Dancing Hooker!"

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "You KNOW I agree with Tess!"

O'Dell: "And, there's the bell. Ladies setting up at range early and getting their respective jabs on. No surprise we're going to see some recon here, with the way these two, especially Bridget, can hit. Regan, as always, very athletic, moving very well. Charlotte showing excellent feet herself."

McCarthy: "That bimbo can't even SEE her feet."Cassie: "At least what's blocking her view is natural and not some cheap industrial grade silicone!"

McCarthy: "CHEAP! I'll have you know this is TOP GRADE silicone!"

O'Dell (sighing): "Ladies continuing to get their box on early. A lot of feinting, moving of head and shoulders. Hands high. Both fighters clearly aware of the power the other possesses and how quickly same can end a night. Lots of jabs being landed, but not many power shots at the moment."

Tess: "That will change with Regan in the ring. She's going to use that right hand, and when it hits you, you'll beg to get run over by a truck."

O'Dell: "Down to the final thirty seconds of the first stanza. Not a lot in it as the ladies have spent the time doing recon, looking for openings that can be used later. Ten seconds to go. GOOD exchange right there and both ladies send sweat flying with right hands at the bell. Close. Bridget."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "More ranged action to start the second. Ladies about equal in reach, so neither NEEDS to close or angle, and, neither seems interested in so doing. Instead, they seem content to stay outside where they can extend on punches and make those power shots even more dangerous."

McCarthy: "And, frankly, this plays to Regan. If this over-inflated bimbo has ANY chance, it's with a lucky punch."

Cassie: "Again, not inflated. NATURAL. Unlike YOU..."

McCarthy: "Listen, you little..."

O'Dell: "Now, calm down, Mac and let's keep out eyes on the ring, where we're watching some excellent welterweight boxing at the moment. Sometimes fights in this division are slugfests, of course, but not this one, at least not at the moment. Instead, both fighters moving the feet and boxing."

Tess: "And, I actually agree with Mac, here. If this thing comes down to points, McKinney's not going to win it."

O'Dell: "Coming down the stretch in a relatively calm second. Both fighters working the left hand, looking to create openings for the right. Fifteen seconds to go. Quick flurry by Bridget and Charlotte responds with one of her own and there's the bell. Very close again. This time, dead even, I think."

Cassie: "And that leaves Bridget ahead one, 20-19."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Third underway and the pattern set. Ladies working at range, using the jab, looking to set up right hands. Both showing cautious aggression as they have the entire fight. Regan a NICE combination ending with a SOLID right hand and DOWN GOES BRIDGET!"

Tess: "Straight right hand from McKinney and Regan's flat on her back!"

O'Dell: "That came out of NOWHERE. Charlotte quickly to a neutral corner. Referee's count at three. Four. Five. Six. Bridget sitting up. Seven. Eight. Regan to her feet. And no hiding the look of disappointment on Charlotte's face. She was definitely hoping that punch would do it..."

Cassie: "Yeah. Well. How'd that work out for her?"

O'Dell: "Referee gives Regan the mandatory and waives on McKinney. And, NOW you're seeing that aggression from the Front Street blonde. She's letting her rival have it with both hands. Bridget, wobbly, giving ground, now forced to the ropes. And, now Charlotte getting off with some SERIOUSLY hard shot! Regan definitely in trouble here, but she's hanging on as the clock runs down. Referee looking in, but he's going to let this continue to the bell. Wow. Huge 10-8 round for McKinney."

McCarthy: "And, the bimbo is on top 29-28."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Charlotte after Bridget to start the fourth. Regan still unsteady and McKinney knows it. Younger woman letting the hands go in a major way. Veteran Bazz beauty playing defense, keeping the hands high, giving ground, playing for time. McKinney, meanwhile, playing to WIN and win right NOW..."

Cassie: "Smart move, because she does NOT want to let Bridgy back IN this thing."

O'Dell: "Again, McKinney works Regan to the cables. And, now she's going to work some body! Charlotte THUMPING the midsection and RIPPING shots into the ribs, working to bring that guard down. Bridget, though, taking the licking, continuing to tick, and continuing to keep the gloves high."

McCarthy: "She just needs to ride this out. If she does, she'll be fine."

O'Dell: "And, that's what Regan's doing as we roll into the stretch. McKinney back upstairs, banging hard leather home. Bridget rolling with, blocking, playing defense. Charlotte determined to find the 'off' switch, but unable to locate it. Ten seconds left. GOOD right from McKinney but there's the bell. Charlotte. Shutout."

Tess: "And, McKinney's up 39-37 after four."

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "Front Street blonde on the attack again to start the fifth. She's had Regan on her heels for some time now. Hasn't been able to finish, but she HAS been able to pile up points and punishment and she's continuing to do that in the fifth and DOWN GOES MCKINNEY! OH, WHAT A RIGHT HAND!"

Cassie: "THAT is Bridget Regan right there..."

O'Dell: "Right hand counter as pretty as you please and McKinney now lying on her back staring up as Bridget goes to a neutral corner. Referee's count at three. Four. Five. Six. Charlotte rolling to her belly. Seven. Eight. McKinney pushes to hands and knees. Nine. Charlotte to her feet! She beats it, somehow. Referee going to give her the mandatory..."

Tess: "He may waive this off..."O'Dell: "Not going to. Instead, he waives Regan ON and Bridget needs no further invitation! Bazz beauty on a MISSION now, letting Charlotte have it with both hands, battering her back into the ropes and REEFING punches to head and body. Blonde in deep, deep trouble. Ref looking in closely. Bridget ALWAYS one punch from ending things, but it may not have to be a great punch now. Ten seconds to go. McKinney holding on and there's the bell. Regan. 10-8."

McCarthy: "And, we're even at 47 at the half. Not that I think this is getting to the cards."

ROUND SIX:

O'Dell: "Second half begins with Regan on a roll. Bridget has Charlotte wobbly and she plans to keep her that way...up until she finishes her. And, the Bazz beauty going about doing all that with determination. She's stepping to Charlotte, letting the blonde have it with both hands."

Tess: "And, again, I've FELT that power and you do NOT want to feel it."

O'Dell: "McKinney feeling it plenty, getting backed up and touched up as Bridget gets off lusty. Regan clinical, setting up punches, punishing the younger blonde to both head and body. Nothing sloppy. Nothing rushed. Just textbook cleanup stuff. Charlotte managing to stay on her feet, but that's about all she's doing..."

McCarthy: "And, she's doing well to do that much."

O'Dell: "Into the final seconds. McKinney on the cables. She's throwing back in spots, but mostly taking more heavy leather from Bridget. Five seconds to go. One more big flurry from the former champion, and there's the bell. Regan via shutout in an impressive sixth round."

Cassie: "And, Bridgy Regs back on top 57-56."

ROUND SEVEN:

O'Dell: "Bridget coming forward, walking Charlotte down. McKinney trying to hold canvas, but still unable to do so. Regan has taken complete control of this thing following that big right hand in the fifth round. McKinney's been able to do very little since then. And, Bridget's been able to do just about anything she wants to."Cassie: "That's the thing about Bridgy. She can END a fight with one punch and TURN a fight with one punch."

O'Dell: "Regan putting together a nice flurry. Charlotte fires back with the best combination she's landed since the turnaround and Regan firing back and now Charlotte throwing a big combination in response and HERE WE GO! Firefight in the middle of the ring and the crowd on its feet!"

McCarthy: "There are some BOMBS being traded in there!"

O'Dell: "No question about it and neither fighter is taking a step back. BIG right hand, Bridget and there's a BIG right hand in response from Charlotte! Those punches would have sent half this division to the canvas, but both blondes shipped them and kept on firing and they'll KEEP on trading right to the bell. There it is! Close. Regan."

Tess: "And, Bridget extends the lead to 67-65."

ROUND EIGHT:

O'Dell: "Ladies have settled down a bit as we enter the eighth. They're back to ranged warfare now, working the jabs, looking to create spots for hard right hands. Both moving hands, head, and feet well, playing sound defense and THERE'S A RIGHT HAND FROM CHARLOTTE AND BRIDGET IS HURT!"

Tess: "Beautiful straight right landed on the BUTTON and how Regan is standing is beyond me!"

O'Dell: "And, if McKinney has anything to say about it, she won't be standing for long! Charlotte going all in to end this thing now. She's blitzing Regan with everything in the arsenal. Bridget giving ground, keeping the hands up, definitely wobbly here. McKinney VERY aggressive, sitting down on everything."

McCarthy: "Even THAT blonde bimbo has to know she's BEHIND. She needs something big."

O'Dell: "And, she's going all out to get it. Regan rope bound again, as McKinney hammers away. Charlotte ignoring the fire sale on the body that Bridget is running. It's all upstairs all the time as she's trying to turn the lights out for good. Ten seconds to go in the round. Not going to happen. Regan hangs on to the bell. Charlotte. Shutout."

Cassie: "And, not only does Bridget survive, she still leads 76-75."

ROUND NINE:

O'Dell: "McKinney after Bridget early. She's determined to press the advantage and try to end this thing right now. Regan giving ground, trying to work the jab for some space. Still doesn't have the legs back, though, and McKinney KNOWS it. Charlotte POURING fire at the former champion."

Cassie: "Bridget doing a good job on the defensive. Blocking, slipping, rolling with."

O'Dell: "Indeed, she is. Definitely making Charlotte's job tougher, as is the fact that McKinney MUST be wary of Bridget's power at all times..."

Tess: "RIGHT HAND!"

O'Dell: "AND DOWN GOES REGAN! McKinney drops Bridget with a straight right that absolutely DETONATED on the chin! Regan splashed to her back in the middle of the ring!"

McCarthy: "I think she's OUT. That would have put ANYone out."

O'Dell: "McKinney to a neutral corner. Referee's count at three. Four. Five. Regan rolling to her belly! She's NOT out. Six. Seven. Bridget shoving to hands and knees. Eight. Nine. TEN! It's OVER! Bridget can't get off all fours and it's OVER! And your winner by KO9 is 'Agent 00DDD', Charlotte McKinney!"

Tess: "Wow. What a fight. I'd pay to see the rematch, that's for sure."

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I have our winner, Charlotte McKinney, and, Charlotte, what a fight..."

Charlotte (nodding): "Best I've ever fought. No question about it. She's the best I've ever fought. Nobody hits like that. I'm going to be feeling some of those for WEEKS."

Tess: "But. You found a way to win."

Charlotte (smiling): "Yeah. Just kept coming at her, throwing bombs at her. And, she took waaaaay more of them than I expected. Some of those would have stopped just about anyone and she kept coming. Like I said. She's the best I've ever fought. And it's not really close."
