Intro:
Bar Refaeli and Barbara Palvin step into the Saitama Super Arena in Tokyo to do battle, both wanting to get momentum as they head towards the new year.

Bar is 33 years old; she stands 5'8 ½ and holds a record of 15 wins, 13 by knockout, 22 defeats and 3 draws.

Barbara is 25 years old; she stands 5'9 and holds a record of 9 wins, all of them by knockout, with 4 defeats.

The fighters were interviewed in their gyms, with Barbara finishing up doing cardio, heading over to the press to tell them "hey guys! I am loving working here with these great coaches and getting to spar with an old friend"

Bar waves over said old friend; who turns out to be her former stablemate Jaime Alexander, who puts an arm around her shoulder as both smile.

"I can tell you that Barbara is ready to beat that bytch Bar up, I know I failed earlier this year, but I have shown Barbara where I made my mistakes, so she will be getting her hand raised" says Jaime as Barbara blushes.

The girls wave as they go off to get a set of gloves each, going to have their latest sparring session, while they joke about the looks on the journalists faces.

While Bar finishes jogging around the block and talks to the press outside the gym after taking a sip of water, her face doesn't look impressed by their presence.

"So I hear that loser Jaime is training with Barbara, I guess losers really do come together" confidently grinning as she wipes her brow.

"I'll be in the title hunt next year, I can promise you that guys, Mary Elizabeth Winstead better be watching her back" adds Bar before she heads into the gym.

Fight night; out comes Bar first with her coach by her side, she is looking confident as she struts down to the ring.

She is wearing a white sports bra with light blue trim, white trunks with light blue strips, white shoes and gloves, her blonde hair is in a ponytail.

Stepping into the ring; Bar gives the crowd a pose, flexing her arms as she grins before she heads over to her corner, she discusses her tactics with her coach as she warms up.

Now out comes Barbara with Jaime and her coach, she is smiling as she waves to her fans on the way to the ring, her demeanor changes though as she spots Bar and she begins glaring at her.

Her attire is a bubblegum pink sports bra, matching trunks, gloves and shoes, while her brunette hair is also in a ponytail.

Climbing into the ring; she heads straight for her corner and Jaime chat about what she is going to do to Bar, with Barbara nodding as she turns back to face Bar.

The fighters come to the ring center and Bar stands with her hands on her hips, a cocky smirk on her face as she eyes her opponent up and down, while Barbara keeps limber by bouncing on her toes.

When they are asked to touch gloves; Bar shakes her head and turns her back on Barbara, who stares with angry looking eyes into her, before they turn and head to their corners to begin 10 rounds of lightweight action.

Round 1:
The early action sees both stinging the others face with single punches, dancing up on their toes as they circle around.
Barbara tries to land a right cross that Bar steps to the side to dodge, countering with a straight to the side of the Hungrian's face.
It's Bar who has come out strong; dodging and countering her young opponent, digging punches into the face of Palvin.
Till Bar gets too arrogant and taunts Barbara, with the brunette catching her with a left cross and two straight punches to knock her head back.
Barbara starts to get her punches going, driving her opponent back towards the ropes, with Refaeli nudging her back with a left.
Both fighters go back to measuring each other up, landing their jabs through the others mitts to their face, marking them up.
Late in the round; Barbara swings a right that Bar slips under, the Israeli counters with two hooks under the ribs of the young fighter.
The round ends with both girls not looking worried yet, Bar grinning as she sits down, she chats with her coach on how she is going to enjoy Jaime's face when she knocks her little friend out.
Round 2:
Bar keeps looking to counter Barbara, slipping under a double jab from her opponent and comes up with an overhand right across the cheek.
The blonde pushing forwards with three punches knocking Barbara back towards the ropes, with Palvin leaning out the way of a right hook and moving into space.
When Bar looks to go on the attack this time, it's Barbara who sidesteps her and counters with a left cross to open up the older fighter.
Barbara now turns up the heat on Bar, forcing her opponent back behind her guard with punches slamming off her gloves.
Bar tries to dip down to dodge and move into space, but she gets caught with a jab/straight combo straight to the top of her head to keep her in front of Palvin.
With Barbara landing an uppercut that knocks Bar's head back, opening up the Israeli model to a right and left cross that turns her face side to side.
The bell rings with Barbara grinning at Bar, who turns quickly and heads to her corner, Barbara and Jaime nodding to each other as Palvin sits down, knowing that's her on the board now.
Round 3:
Both fighters are warmed up now and are parrying and countering, landing stiff shots to the body and across the others face.
Barbara leans out the way of a right cross, coming back with a straight, followed by a left cross that pushes Bar back.
The Hungarian pushes onwards with her punches slamming into the gloves of her opponent, Refaeli showing a staunch defence to take only a few punches to her face.
Barbara tries to land a left cross that Bar dips under, BAR USES HER LEFT SHOULDER TO BUMP BARBARA BACK, THEN LANDS AN OVERHAND RIGHT THAT SENDS THE UNBALANCED PALVIN TO HER BACK!
Bar pumps her fist at Jaime as she jogs to the neutral corner, 1...2....3...4 Barbara shakes her head as she sits up, 5...6 her eyes look full of fire as she begins to get up, 7.…8 beating the count and waving Bar back in.
The referee finishes checking Palvin over, allowing her to continue as both girls glare at each other, with Barbara trying to get back at Bar.
But she is too reckless with her attacks and Bar counters her with straight punches to make Barbara regret it.
With Bar finishing the round strong as she has Barbara pinned behind her gloves, driving her around the ring with a flurry of punches.
Bar whipping her ponytail into the face of Barbara to show a lack of respect, with the referee holding Barbara back as she looks to charge her.
As she sits on her stool; Bar looks full of confidence as she chats with her coach, taking on water and laughing as they discuss the fight.
While across the ring; Jaime has to help calm Barbara down, with the coach reducing swelling on the face of the brunette, while telling her to get smart and fight better.
Round 4:
As the action begins; Barbara doesn't seem to have learned from her mistakes at the end of the last round, allowing Bar to dodge and slam her punches into the face of the brunette.
The face of Barbara is reddening up from the clean punches smacking into her, with a right knocking her back a step as sweat flies off her head.
Bar drives her opponent back onto the ropes, where Barbara tries to fight back, the crowd are cheering as they get to see both going for it.
But two punches across the cheeks of Barbara put her back behind her guard, with Bar slamming an uppercut between them to open the guard up.
The brunette has to clinch up with Bar, looking angry at herself for having to do so, especially as Bar is taunting her, claiming she is weak.
Once apart; Bar keeps on the attack, while Barbara is boxing more on the back foot, sidestepping an uppercut from Bar to counter with a right cross.
Barbara scores a big left across the face of Bar, followed by a right hook to her chin to knock her backwards in the dying seconds of the round.
The bell though stops her pushing forwards, with Bar continuing to taunt Barbara, who takes a deep breath and tries to keep calm.
Barbara is happy to be getting a drink and patched up by her coach, Jaime telling her "you're falling into the mistakes I did, remember how you caught her this round, keep pushing forwards when you get a chance"
While across the ring; Bar knows that she has a comfortable lead, promising to finish this when she gets the opening she is looking for.
Round 5:
It looks like Barbara has listened as she boxes more on the back foot, continuing to get caught though by Bar as the older fighter continues to measure her up.
But as Bar swings a left cross in; Barbara leans out the way and counters with a straight onto the nose of her opponent followed by a big right across her face.
Momentum changing as Barbara starts landing with combos drilling into the face of Refaeli, backing her up outside the ring.
With Bar trying to get back in control with her jab, Barbara though parries it away and knocks Refaeli's head back with straight punches.
Bar was starting to show old frailties as Barbara puts her under pressure, she is a great front runner but Barbara is simply starting to shred her defences and score big punches.
After Bar misses with a right hook; she takes two straight punches to her face, followed by a left hook that sends her stumbling into a corner.
Where the action occurs as seconds tick away; Bar trying to fight her way free from the corner, is getting her face badly marked up by the punches of Palvin.
The bell rings as a right smacks Bar around her eye, already it is looking puffy as Barbara heads back to her corner with a smile for the first time in a while.
Coaches are working on getting both ready, Bar's is reminding her that she has the lead still, so don't do anything stupid is the advice.
Round 6:
Moving out their corners; both start off with their jabs, Barbara seems to have taken some wind out the sails of Bar, who isn't as in her face as before.
When Bar does try to dip down and move in close; Barbara lands a jab to the top of her head, followed by a right hook that knocks her back.
Barbara keeps the pressure on Bar with a barrage of punches starting to knock the head of her fellow model back.
When Bar tries to clinch up, a right slams into that swollen eye to make her cry out, FOLLOWED BY TWO HOOKS ACROSS HER TEMPLES THAT SHUT THE EYES OF BAR AS SHE CRUMBLES TO THE CANVAS! THE REFEREE KNEELS DOWN AND CHECKS ON BAR, WAVING THEIR HANDS TO SAY SHE'S KNOCKED OUT!

Winner Barbara Palvin KO Round 6

After:
Barbara with the come from behind win, showing her toughness to overcome a game Bar, who showed her own tenacity to collapse under pressure.

The victor quickly rushes over to Jaime; embracing her as she thanks her for all the support, with Jaime grinning and telling her how proud she is of her in a touching moment between friends.

While Bar has to be stretchered out of the ring, she comes around but is too dazed after the brutal knockout to leave the ring on her own.

That gives Jaime extra reason to smile as she sees the woman who beat and humiliated her leave the ring in such a state.

While Barbara is too busy mounting the bottom rope in her corner, blowing kisses to her fans as she looks like a kid at Christmas the way she is smiling.

Hopping down from the ropes, Barbara has to be told to sit so she can be cleaned up, Jaime and her joking her energy as Barbara says she could keep going all night.

Once they are happy with Barbara being cleaned up; she heads to the ring center to stand next to the referee so her hand can be raised, she raises her other arm in the air as her smile doesn't look like it's going anywhere anytime soon.

After thanking the fans as she stands at the ring of the ring and turns to each side, Jaime pats her on the back and tells her it's time to go.

Both have an arm around the others shoulder, with Jaime promising Barbara to get her a special gift for putting Bar down in such a brutal fashion, Barbara asking what it will be, which we don't find out as they go to the backstage area sadly.
