BEFORE:

"Obviously, this is a big opportunity for me," says Melissa with a nod. "And, it's even bigger because of all the drama around her. THIS is the time to get this girl. And, I'm going to get her."

"Yeah," says Kristen with a shake of the head, "There's been some drama. But. This is the FCBA. There's ALWAYS drama. You have to shut that out and do work. And, that's exactly what I'm going to do."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside and that's 'Hanging on a Heart Attack' by Device you hear behind us..."

McCarthy: "Divide? What kind of a band name is that! Especially at a time when we need to come together as a country! I'm a UNITER, not a DIVIDER! And we ALL have to UNITED not be dividing..."

Cassie: "Are you running for president, Mac?"

McCarthy: "What...no...I...SHUT UP, SCABBO!"

O'Dell (sighing): "It's New Year's Eve. EVERYBODY'S going to be bombed, not just me. The band is DeVICE, not divide, and the lovely young lady coming to the ring to that song is Canadian beauty Melissa Roxburgh of NBC's 'Manifest'..."

McCarthy: "Now, THAT's better! Because we have a Manifest DESTINY in this country to be uniting and not dividing, to be bringing together and not splitting apart..."

Tess: "Mac, what are you TALKING ABOUT???"

McCarthy: "I'm TALKING about our Manifest Destiny!"

O'Dell: "Well, let's talk about BOXING as Melissa climbs into the ring and is helped off with the robe to reveal a white number and a body toned and ready for this contest, and that's 'Helter Skelter' you hear behind us, and here comes the FCBA's biggest Beatles fan, 'The Five-Tool Player', Kristen Stewart!"

McCarthy: "I'm liking this kid more and more and that idiot Weirdo is talking about dumping her! If he does that, I'm signing her to Sceej to be our first-ever flyweight!"

Tess: "Except, you don't have the POWER to sign fighters OR to fire them, now that Sceej is back in charge..."

McCarthy: "I do what I WANT. And, shut UP, Walmart!"

O'Dell: "Drink up boys, as Kristen climbs into the ring and is helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve. She's wearing that lime green number we've seen before, and the ladies are about ready. Time for some picks. Tess likes Stewart. Mac?"

McCarthy: "Like I said, Stewart is GROWING on me. Kristen."

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I agree with Tess!"

O'Dell: "Unanimous for the opener. Let's see if the ladies are right. Roxburgh not shy early. Melissa coming forward aggressively, getting in tight and brawling with Stewart. Canadian pushing, shoving, banging, getting very, very physical in there. This isn't exactly the safest strategy..."

Cassie: "But, what does she have to lose?"

O'Dell: "Good point, Cassandra Lynn. No one expects Melissa to win tonight, and a good performance could go a long way. In fact, Stewart, herself, started her career in a fight no one expected her to win. She lost to Michelle Williams, but took Mishy the distance and that was enough to get her signed."

McCarthy: "And, that signing was one of about THREE good moves Weirdo has made his entire career..."

O'Dell: "Roxburgh continuing to make things sloppy in there. She's at Stewart aggressively, brawling, shoving, almost charging her. Doing whatever she can to take the Front Streeter out of rhythm. And, it's working. Melissa is getting much the better of things, as she has Kristen ALL out of sorts. Five seconds left. GOOD right hand from Roxburgh and there's the bell. Melissa. Wide."

Tess: "And the Canadian takes the 10-9 lead."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Second begins with more of the same. Roxburgh forward aggressively, Stewart trying to find with that jab to create some space, but Melissa's not being overly deterred by it. When Stewart lands it, stops the Canadian, she can follow and score some points, but Roxburgh just keeps coming..."

McCarthy: "This isn't a bad fight plan. Just keep pressuring until something gives, because, again, like Scabbo said, the kid has nothing to lose."

O'Dell: "Stewart DETERMINED to get some space, snapping out that accurate jab and scoring with rights when she lands it. Roxburgh past it, inside, working body, levering, brawling, getting very physical. Kristen tying up, trying to slow this down, but the Canadian shoving her off and landing a solid right."

Tess: "This is good stuff from Roxburgh. If she can keep this up..."

O'Dell: "Down to fifteen seconds in a what's turned out to be a competitive second round. Stewart scoring at range, Roxburgh scoring inside. Five seconds to go. GOOD short right hand by Melissa forces Kristen to cover up and there's the bell. Closer this time, but it's Roxburgh again."

Cassie: "And, Melissa's up 20-18 after two."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "And the third begins with STEWART coming forward. Kristen changing the dynamic here, working her jab and stepping in behind it. Front Streeter dropping in hard rights and she's got Roxburgh moving backward all of a sudden. Wouldn't have seen this adjustment coming, Mac..."

McCarthy: "This is why I say this kid is the ONE real fighter Weirdo has. She's not going to get bullied around in there!"

O'Dell: "Stewart causing all KINDS of problems for Melissa with that accurate left jab. She's controlling the younger woman with it, setting her up for those hard follow on right hands. And, that quickly, the Canadian has gone from the offensive to the defensive, and she's not liking it a bit."

Cassie: "Give her credit, though. She's hanging in there, trying to bang back."

O'Dell: "Definitely no lack of 'want to' from Melissa. But, at the moment, she's not able to. Instead, Stewart just grabbing full control of this thing, using that precision boxing we've seen from her so many times before. Final seconds ticking off the clock in the third and there's the bell. Kristen. Wide."

Tess: "And Roxburgh's lead is down to one point, 29-28."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Kristen picking right back up where she left off in the third. Stewart's got it all working now, and when she does, it's going to be bad news for just about any flyweight in the FCBA, let alone a girl making her debut in the organization. Stewart continuing to back up her rival with flurry after flurry of accurate shot."

Tess: "Roxburgh needs to find a way to get off center here, because Stewart's squaring her up with everything."

O'Dell: "No question about it. K-Stew locked on and she's loading up the heavy guns, banging away with hard shot, backing up the Canadian again and again. Roxburgh plenty game, but, at the moment, she's got no answers for Stewart. The word you're looking for is 'clinical', ladies..."

Cassie: "This is the stuff K-Stew can do, no question about it, and it's why I lose patience with people who question her abilities. There isn't any question ABOUT them."

O'Dell: "We're into the final thirty seconds of the round, and it's been all Kristen from the opening seconds. HARD flurry right there forces Melissa to back and cover. Roxburgh trapped against the ropes now. Ten seconds to go. Another SHARP combination from Stewart and there's the bell. Shutout for Kristen in the fourth."

McCarthy: "And, we're even at 38."

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "Fifth begins with Stewart continuing to force the issue. Front Streeter's been in complete control for the last two rounds, and that doesn't look like changing any time soon. Roxburgh continues trying to fire back, but she's mostly being suppressed by Stewart's offense. And EVERYTHING is landing, Cassie..."

Cassie: "No more accurate puncher in the FCBA."

O'Dell: "Melissa covering up as Kristen lands another sharp flurry. Stewart stepping to and ROCKING ROXBURGH WITH A RIGHT HOOK! Canadian staggered with that short, sharp shot! And Kristen lets the hands go and DOWN GOES MELISSA at the one minute mark of the fifth round!"

Tess: "That right hook again. That's what did the damage."

O'Dell: "Kristen to a neutral corner. Roxburgh down on her right side. Referee's count at three. Four. Five. Melissa up to her hip and elbow, trying to shake this off. Six. Seven. Eight. Canadian to all fours. Nine. TEN! It's OVER! Roxburgh unable to get up off her hands and knees and it's OVER. And your winner by KO5 is 'The Five-Tool Player', Kristen Stewart!"

McCarthy: "Like I've said before, if Weirdo lets this girl go, and he's STUPID enough to do it, I WILL sign her to Sceej!"

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Cassie Scerbo!"

Cassie: "I have our winner, Kristen Stewart, and, K-Stew, she got after you early..."

Kristen (nodding): "Yeah. Give her credit. She came to fight, and she gave it all she had. It was never going to be enough, but, why not give it a try?"

Cassie: "2019 is practically here. What are your plans for the new year?"

Kristen: "I want another shot at the belts. My plans are to do what I have to do to GET one."
