Results :Lookout Writing: Medallion & Archer
Lindsey: 28 YO, 5’5 (1.65 m), 0-4-0 since 2014, Medallion Boxing
Alycia: 25 YO, 5’5 (1.65 m). FCBA Debut, Unmanaged
Before:
“I am so excited,” THE 100”s Lindsey Morgan tells the press before the bout. “I want to prove to Medallion Boxing that they made the right decision in signing me.”
“Yes, she ought to be,” sniffs Alycia Debnam-Carey, “they are taking quite a chance signing someone who has managed to lose all four of her FCBA fights.”
“Oh, and you have such a great record in the FCBA. Oh, that’s right, you don’t actually have on,” snipes Lindsey.
“So this will be my debut, but folks, I have sparred with Lindsey when I was on THE 100 before I moved over to FEAR THE WALKING DEWAD. She did not impress me then and I am not impressed now,” the Australian Alycia retorts.
“It is going to be a real pleasure to spoil your debut,” Lindsey fires back. “You think I’m some cupcake of an opponent—you are in for a big surprise, toots!”
"More like a stake cupcake at that,” Alycia snickers, “and I am looking forward to making Medallion wished they had signed ME instead!”
The ill-will from their encounter at the press meeting is clearly present when the two fighters meet again in the ring. Lindsey is in a orange faxu kingerie string bikini with orange gloves and boots with whitelaces. Her hair in pulled back in a ponytail. Alycia is a black one piece swimsuit with white gloves and boots (black laces.). Her hair is pulled back in a ponytail. Two of them are scowling at each other, but referee keeps order with some stern warnings and soon enough Lindsey and Alycia are in their corners. The bell rings.
R1: Lindsey is all hyped about her first Medallion fight and wanting to get her first win. She comes out on fire at the bell. She comes out flicking her jab using her speed to keep Alycia off balance showing the rookie what the FCBA is about. The young Australian is being lead around by her more skilled friend. Lindsey starts trying to work more combinations going to the body now putting on a boxing clinic. At the bell, Lindsey is looking like a champion. Alycia looks frustrated her first fight not going the way she thought.
R2: Alycia is getting worked on in the corner she doesn't look hurt but annoyed. The Medallion team helping her for this fight lead by Amy Davidson getting her advice. Lindsey wants to get this round going her corner lead by Eliza Dushku trying to calm her down. At the bell, Lindsey comes out on fire again flicking her jab showing her skill a little smile on her face. THWACK! Alycia has sure went to the Davidson school of a punchers chance. She hits a huge overhand right to Lindsey's chin. The brunette staggers back but can't regroup getting slammed with a left hook and uppercut to the body. Lindsey is wobbly butt trying to get to the ropes. Alycia following her in using jabs and hooks to keep Lindsey on the ropes as she loads up bombs. Lindsey has to tie up. Alycia keeps hitting to the body before the ref separates the two. Lindsey only takes a step or two from the ropes then gets on her horse. Alycia following closely hitting the dazed and busted up American every way she can to the bell. Alycia is the one smiling and Lindsey looks like she needs a nap roughed up just like in all her previous four fights.
R3: Alycia calm in her corner getting a talking to by Amy though trying to get her to make her punches crisper and more controlled. Eliza screaming at the new Medallion Flyweight trying to get her back into boxing and not brawling. At the bell, both fighters come out slow. Lindsey trying to set back up her boxing but her speed isn't there. Alycia digging to her body ducking the jabs getting inside flaling away. Lindsey covers they moves away trying to set up again. This continues for most of the round, Lindsey getting pasted. LINDSEY GOES DOWN! It looks like it's from an accumulation of punches but the last one was a body rattling liver shot. Lindsey tips forward gasping on her knees forehead on the canvas. Alycia is lead to a neutral corner so the ref can count. Lindsey is in tears as the count begins. She's able to get one foot under her then another getting to her feet at eight. She is a complete mess but is clear headed. The ref has the round continue. Lindsey stays in the corner trying to become a ball grabbing Alycia as she comes in. The ref separates the two at the bell. Emily rushes out to get Lindsey to the corner. Alycia looks tired using so much energy in the last two rounds.
R4: Lindsey is hurt bad both Eliza and Emily talking to her in the corner trying to get her back together or the fight will have to be stopped. Alycia in her corner is getting a rub down seems very fatigued. It's a lot different boxing than training. The two come out at the bell slowly, Alycia wanting to do damage but decides to do so in short bursts trying to take the round off to recover. This strategy however has a large downside. Lindsey has a chance to recover as well. The brunette going into the last minute of the round comes to life. Lindsey starts working her jab breaking down Alycia's defenses. She lands combination after combination throwing as hard as she can backing Alycia to the ropes at the bell. Both ladies look hurt as they limp back to their corners.
R5: The two corners are frantically trying to get their fighters together for the next round. The two fighters seem in evenly poor condition. Emily forehead to forehead with her friend whispering to her. Alycia getting encouragement from Amy in the other corner as they try to get her body going again. At the bell they both walkout to the center before putting up their gloves. Alycia tries to incite a brawl but Lindsey uses her speed and skill to stay clear hitting from the outside to work inside. Neither lady backs down. Late in the round the damage is piling up on Alycia's body combination after combination landing home. ALYCIA GOES DOWN! Finally Lindsey finds her haymaker. Alycia is flat on her back eyes blinking as the American is lead to the neutral corner. Alycia never moves from where she fell. The winner by fifth round knockout Lindsey Morgan.
After: Lindsey naturally thrilled at her first FCBA win. All the pain and exhaustion seem to vanish as she hugs trainer Eliza Dushku and mounts a turnbuckle to wave to her fans. Then she sees Alycia Debnam-Carey being revived on her stool. Lindsey had her gloves removed and hurries over to drag the woozy Alycia to her feet,
“I have always wanted to do a Walk of Shame,” Lindsey gloats, “and it will be so good doing it to you!”
“Do what you have to—bytch,” Alycia mutters.
”You’re the bytch around here,” Lindsey snaps and gives Alycia a slap on the bottom that makes the Aussie jump.
hen Lindsey gets a firm grip on Alycia and lead her around the ring. Much hooting and cheering, especially when Lindsey pauses to give Alycia another butt slap to keep her moving. By the time they complete the circuit, Alycia is fuming, but can’t get away from Lindsey.
“I swear I will make you pay for this” Alycia declares as she tries to rub the pain from her now throbbing butt.
“I am really worried about that,” Lindsey scoffs and shoves Alycia into the hands of her corner crew. “I am about to start my REAL FCBA career and you’ll be lucky to get a second fight!”
Alycia tries to lunge at Lindsey, but is held back by her attendants. Lindsey ignores her, just sauntering back to the Medallion corner all smiles at her successful debut for her new management. Meanwhile Alycia Debnam-Carey clearly seething to avenge her spoiled debut (not to mention her now aching buns), though the immediate prospects for that seem quite dim for an unmanaged fighter like her. |
