BREC BASSINGER VS. VICTORIA JUSTICE

Tonight we're seeing yet another clash of two young, fit women trying to make a name for themselves in the flyweight division. Brec Bassinger is coming from a win in her debut match while Victoria's trying to finally break a loss streak that's been haunting her since 2018. Justice is the one with the clear advantage tonight benig 3 inches taller and having a lot more experience than the 20-year-old former Nickelodeon star. The two girls get into the ring, both wearing sports bras and shorts, and ready to knock the other down.

ROUND 1:

Justice is taller and taking full advantage of it, ripping straight through the younger girl's guard. Brec's only had one fight before and you can tell, she moves slowly, even clumsily at times, but she's keeping her distance from Justice. By the time the first minute is over, Brec is actually the one with the upper hand, ducking under Victoria's punches and countering with some of her own. A three-punch combo to the stomach knocks the wind out of the taller actress' lungs. Clearly hurt by it, Victoria slows down and her guard is not good enough to prevent the smaller girl from landing several punches to the face. Bassinger completely shocked the "Victorious" star.

ROUND 2:

Victoria coming out a bit more cautious this time around, Brec looks more confident. Justice is clearly trying a new strategy as she keeps her distance and jabs at the shorter girl, trying to enrage enrage her, Brec falls for it. A bold, strong hook is aimed at the temple of the taller actress, but Justice ducks under it and nails her foe with a cross to the ribs. Bassinger is hurt but Victoria keeps pushing her, jabbing at her ribs and then at the face. Brec can do little to nothing to stop her opponent. Justice made things even this round.

ROUND 3:

Bassinger is still recovering from last round. She starts the round with a hand on her ribs, but quickly puts up her fists and walks to the centre of the ring to start and a back-and-forth with her opponent. Justice, despite having more time on the league, is clearly not one of the top fighters. Her experience doesn't make much of a difference in this fight. Her exchanges with Bassinger are pretty even, but Justice keeps using her height advantage to get the better of them. The round ends with a nice uppercut to the chin by Brec, but it's not enough to make up for the rest of the round, which Justice barely dominated.

ROUND 4:

Brec comes out of her corner very motivated, very excited this round. She's trying to get back some control, but Victoria has other plans. A jab to the nose catches Bassinger and Justice tries to follow it up with a few hits to the body, but Bassinger defends herself, most of the punches land on her gloves. Bassinger is fighting back extremely well, surprising not only her opponent but herself. The round ends with the youngster winning by a wide margin.

ROUND 5:

Victoria begins this round by digging deep into the ribs of her opponent once again. Brec is forced to back down. After four tough rounds, both girls are clearly giving it their all, trying to outbox their opponent. Brec Bassinger is trying to outlast her foe, moving all around the ring and only trying an occasional jab, but Victoria's a fit girl, she follows the young blonde across the ring and punishes her with a right cross. Right as they approach the third minute, Justice manages to push her foe into a corner where she keeps working her body. The ring ends soon after and she's forced to let the blonde go.

ROUND 6:

Justice is confident, but cautious. She meets her foe midring with a smile and a high guard, she's looking to knock Brec down any second now. Bassinger is taking her opponent's punches, looking for an entrance, looking for a knockdown. Victoria goes for the ribs once again, the younger star takes it. These two young actresses are now locked in a final fight, both tired, both looking for a victory. Justice lands a hard right to the cheeck and goes in for the kill, but Brec dodges it and delivers a brutal right hook that slams the taller actress on the nose and sends her down to the canvas in the second minute! Justice tries her best, but she's not getting up.

"Yes! I can't believe I did it!" says Brec, excited about her victory, "Victoria was surely tough, but I guess I was tougher tonight. I'm really excited for my future here in the FCBA. I think I'm getting good at this".
