Emma Watson vs Chloë Grace Moretz

Emma:

BEFORE:

“I’m a little surprised by the fact we haven’t faced off before,” Chloe mentioning with a smirk when reporters ask her for her opinion of Emma. “All the fans have been clamouring for me to whoop her smug British ass, and I won’t lie when I say I’ve dreamed of doing it myself.”

“I’m not sure what Chloe is on about,” Emma replying with bemusement. “Once upon a time, this fight would have made sense, but after Chloe won that tournament years ago, she’s basically been an on-and-off fighter of sorts, not worthy of recognition, really.”

“The same can be said about you, Ems,” Chloe biting back from across the press table. “I look at your winning record and I wouldn’t say it’s something I’d brag about.”

“Hmph. We’ll see, won’t we?” Emma flashing back a forced smile, clearly a little bothered by the blonde’s remarks, but trying not to show it.

Square off at the podium is cordial enough, with both ladies coming face to face and even shaking hands after a little coaxing from the ring officials. Chloe with a little large frame to her name, blonde hair tied into a bun up high. Emma’s dark, dirty blonde tresses secured in a neat ponytail, grey sports bra paired with red bikini bottoms.

In the ring later, they’re all fired up and ready to rumble once the bell rings. HERE we go with ten rounds of Flyweight action!

ROUND 1:

Chloe gives the Brit some trouble early, blasting and blowing her about the ring like chopped liver as she picks her shots well and puts all her strength behind each of them. Emma shocked to say the least, face registering the pain she's in for the rest of these ten rounds when Chloe pushes her back with lunging hooks landing on her hasty guard and side of the body. Emma better known for adapting on the fly, takes a little more time here to get into the rhythm of her opponent, as Moretz uses that indecision, one moment strapping hooks into the Brit’s forearms, the next poking at Brit tummy with more stiff jabs driving her back. Watson in trouble after three minutes of getting messed with, left breathing hard behind raised arms as she struggles to crack this nut.

ROUND 2:

Chloe's unpredictability continues to serve her well in the second when the American rushes forward at the bell, hounding Watson to the head with a flurry of activity. Moretz quickly stops her assault, gleefully eyeing the newest Vixen bounce backwards in absolute shock, trying to cover up her head to save her own skin. Chloe's smile gets wiped off the face of the earth however when Emma picks a loose hole in her defence and lets her right hand riiiip through clean, smacking straight into lips for an equally shocking combination. Chloe suddenly paying more attention to her guard, fending off jabs that pepper the arms from afar. Watson-fans finally getting their money's worth as they witness their Brit phenom work up her appetite for destruction, slowly pushing Moretz back with an increased shower of punches. Chloe still taking the round when the bell rings, but left panting hard and wondering how she even managed it earlier with the amount of abuse she's had to fend off in the last minute alone.

ROUND 3:

Girls go at each other at center ring, in the most wild action we've seen so far tonight. Each blasting shots to the face draws a painful grunt, before one girl stacking the other upwards with snap uppercuts landing on the chin and knocking the head back. Moretz gets a taste of her own medicine when she’s shocked to the core, her own punches barely shrugged off by Watson and the Brit roaring back with a punting jab into the nose, then an upwards swing of her right hand snags the jawline and sends her flailing backwards. Watson receives another ROAR of approval from her eager Harry Potter fans out in force tonight, looking for blood, continues jabbing at Chloe's petite little face until she manages to cover up and flee to the other end of the ring. Watson still pressing forward, thumping lefts and rights sent into the blonde’s tummy as she drives Chloe all the way back to the ropes and bell, setting her up for a potential knockdown if the round didn’t end prematurely. Dishevelled-looking Moretz clinging onto the top rope to stay afloat, the tide suddenly turning against her.

ROUND 4:

Moretz still fighting back with all she's got, some more wild lunges at Emma’s head spooking the Brit as she plays back to her defensive roots once more. But Emma is soon back in the game and whacking straight hands to the middle of Chloe’s face, picking and timing her shots for maximum efficiency. Chloe seeing stars by the third minute, as she’s forced to try a different approach: by clinching up with Watson, trying to bully her in the middle of the ring. Watson wasn't expecting this! She's controlled for a good long while, with Chloe's arms wrapped firmly around her chest and back, and the blonde scoring points as she pops gloves into her flanks, and Watson just baring her teeth and trying to break free of her clutches. Watson shoving her own gloves into the shoulders, but bearing little fruit when the bell rings and the referee has to do her work and pull both girls apart. Watson still ahead by a small margin overall, but her future not looking too bright by the way she ended this round.

ROUND 5:

Chloe bunching her gloves together, a little of that smile returning as she strides forward looking to brawl with her more fragile foe. Now that she's gotten the strategy to beat Watson, she doesn't hold back any longer, punchy swings directed straight at the head, as Chloe attempts to hook the Brit in the face or thump her hard on the chest. Emma calm though, cool and collected, blocking and weaving as best she can, before snapping leather back into Chloe’s face whenever possible. Third such strike lands stiffly on the nostrils, and Chloe lets out a sharp YELP like she’s in a whole lotta pain! Cue Watson, who’s rushing forward, sending more punches inwards, toe-for-toe. Chloe suddenly battered left and right, even as she’s also the one dishing out last minute punishment, but the American still gets KNOCKED clean off her feet when Watson ducks under, primes an uppercut DRILLED into Chloe’s body, folding her over in half, then ANOTHER hook crashes into the side of her face! DOWN CHLOE GOES! Moretz landing on her side with a loud THUMP in the first KNOCKDOWN of the evening!

Watson’s chest still rising and falling, a little British smile on her face as she stares down at Moretz on the ground before heading back to neutral corner for the countout. Chloe scrambling towards the ropes with arms and legs, but her butt stuck out like a sore thumb when she works her balance one leg at a time, but still fails to make it back up before 10! She collapses back to her knees at the count of 9, and the referee has no choice but to WAVE it off!

Official Decision: Emma Watson defeats Chloë Grace Moretz via KO5!

AFTER:

“She’s got spunk, I’ll give her that,” Emma says with a nod post-fight. “I was a little wary of her power in the first few rounds, but once I figured out her timing, she just couldn’t compete with me.”

Chloe still sitting butt-hurt with her back to the ropes in the ring, looking forlorn as she is exhausted after going five rounds with a potential championship contender. Medics try to patch up her reddened face, completely ignored by Emma Watson, already celebrating with her cornerwomen and trainers, and sharing hugs all around before heading back to the locker room standing tall.
