BEFORE:

"Hill has simply gotten lucky," says a hard-eyed Cintia. "I was always a better fighter than her. Everyone in the modeling world knows it. But. Somehow, she got a lucky break and got management. Well. Tonight, I'll prove my superiority, and we'll see what happens THEN."

"Look," says Taylor without a hint of a smile. "Cintia isn't the ONLY jealous hater I have. Just the one I'm going to deal with NEXT."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside and that's 'Just Can't Get Enough' by Depeche Mode, and here comes Brazilian beauty Cintia Decker!"

McCarthy: "Play the tape of me saying 'No FCBA wins', truck..."

Cassie: "Then play the video of ME saying 'It's her FCBA debut, PINHEAD..."

McCarthy: "You LITTLE..."

O'Dell: "Now calm DOWN, Mac, and let's keep our eyes on the ring, where Cintia is helped off with the robe to reveal a tangerine number and a body that's got the crowd showing plenty of appreciation..."

McCarthy: "Skinny, but, we've got a REAL toothpick coming up..."

O'Dell: "And, that's 'Natural' by Imagine Dragons you hear booming through the arena, and here comes 'The Face', Taylor Hill!"

Tess: "Hill a girl who's had a great start in the FCBA, but, she didn't cash a big opportunity earlier this year, and that's left her still trying to nail down her spot at Front Street."

O'Dell: "Taylor wasting no time getting into the ring. She's helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve to reveal that azure number we've seen before, and she ALSO gets quite the reaction from the crowd..."

McCarthy: "Philly. Low standards."

O'Dell: "Ladies about ready. Time for some picks. Tess likes Hill. Mac?"

McCarthy: "I've been saying all year that this toothpick should be shown the door. Decker beats her tonight and Weirdo will kick her to the curb!"

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I agree with Tess!"

O'Dell: "First split panel of the night. Let's see who's right. Ladies quickly to gunnery range to get their respective boxes on, and this is no surprise. You've got two tall, long models with plenty of reach, so you aren't exactly bowled over when they want to use that to their respective advantages..."

Tess: "Decker showing that nice jab we saw in video of her lower-level fights."

O'Dell: "She's very accurate with it, gets it out and back quickly. That can cause problems for girls up here...question is, can Cintia put a package around that jab. If she can, well. If not, she's going to struggle to compete with FCBA lightweights. At the moment, though, she's holding her own against Hill..."

McCarthy: "Getting the better of it if you ask me."

Cassie: "Nobody DID..."

McCarthy: "Shut UP, Scabbo!"

O'Dell: "Final thirty seconds of the first. Nearly run thing the entire way. Lots of jabbing and not much else as the ladies do some ranged recon. Ten seconds to go. Nice combination by Decker and she follows quickly with another and there's the bell. Close, but, as Mac said, Decker gets the points and the 10-9 lead."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Right back to range to start the second. Brunette and redhead both comfortable on these terms. Fighters getting a bit more done this stanza, pushing a few more chips into the center of the table. We're seeing right hands follow all those jabs, and it's now more about scoring than recon..."

McCarthy: "Hill may have made a mistake here. She let Decker get comfortable in her debut. Even WINTER had the sense not to do that..."

O'Dell: "No doubt Cintia LOOKING comfortable. She's putting punches together, scoring with both hands. But. So is Hill. Taylor more effective this round, getting some offense going, giving as good as she gets in the exchanges. GOOD right hand there by Hill. Didn't hurt Decker, but got her attention."

Cassie: "Nice shot. But Decker took it well."

O'Dell: "Down around twenty seconds to go in the second. It's been close, just like the first. Sharp exchange right there and both fighters landed a good shot and ANOTHER big exchange and Hill backs Decker up with a right hand at the bell. Ref quickly between the fighters, but there's no attempt at post-round shenanigans. Hill nips Decker at the wire."

Tess: "And we're even at 19."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Ranged boxing the theme of this contest and that doesn't change as we start the third. There's a nice right by Hill and a SCINTILLATING right hand counter from Decker! That backed Taylor up! Brunette not hurt but she's in retreat and Decker working to keep her there..."

Tess: "Cintia showing a LOT more aggression all of a sudden..."

O'Dell: "And, like everything else, it looks GOOD on the redhead. She's forcing Taylor to back and cover with flurry after flurry of hard, accurate shot. Hill on the back foot, countering here and there, but definitely getting the worst of things as Decker's got the coordinates dialed in in the third."

McCarthy: "Yawn. Another failed Weirdo Welterweight..."

Cassie: "Um. Taylor's fighting LIGHTweight right now..."

McCarthy: "She was brought in to fight welter and ALREADY flunked out of there!"

O'Dell: "Down to fifteen seconds in the third, and it's been Decker in a big way. Redhead showing plenty of boxing skill as we near the bell, as she continues to find openings and fill them with hard leather. And, there's the bell. End of the third. Decker takes it wide and has the lead 29-28."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Decker looking to press her advantage, but Hill firing back now, holding ground, and backing DECKER up with a hard right hand. Cintia returns fire and then the ladies settle back into the ranged boxing that we've seen for most of the bout so far, with both again landing accurate shot in the process..."

Tess: "Hill got a talking to from Neve in the corner about getting backed up..."

O'Dell: "And has taken that to heart. Because she's making sure to hold that canvas now. And, the result is a third two-way round, with each fighter getting some of what she wants, but not nearly enough to gain any kind of advantage. GOOD right from Decker there and HILL responds with one of her own..."

Cassie: "Definitely some hard shots landing, but both fighters taking them well."

O'Dell: "Down the stretch we come, and not a lot in it. Hill a nice combination, and, again Decker fires right back. Going to say this, ladies. I'm impressed with Cintia Decker. Sure, she's had fights before, but, for an FCBA debut...she's handling things very well. There's the bell. Close. Hill."

McCarthy: "Even at 38."

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "Back to boxing to start the fifth. Neither lady seeing a need to make any changes here, and, frankly, there isn't one, because both are fighting very well on these terms. Decker landing a nice right hand there and HILL ROCKS HER WITH A REJOINDER! Decker staggered, clinches to stay on her feet..."

Cassie: "That was a SHOT. Cintia did well to stay upright..."

O'Dell: "Referee breaks the fighters and Hill going TO TOWN RIGHT NOW. Taylor throwing flurry after flurry at the redhead. Cintia wobbling, wobbling and then stumbling back into the ropes! Ref watching this closely and THERE'S A RIGHT HAND AND DOWN GOES DECKER!"

Tess: "THAT ought to do it..."

O'Dell: "Cintia dropping face first to the canvas, going right past Hill's left shoulder. Taylor to a neutral corner. Count at three. Four. Five. Referee showing the fingers, but Decker doesn't see them. Her face is on the canvas, eyes closed. Seven. Eight. Nine. TEN! It's OVER! And your winner by KO5 is 'The Face' Taylor Hill!"

McCarthy: "Lucky punch..."

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I have our winner, Taylor Hill, and, Taylor, tough third, but, after that..."

Taylor (shaking her head): "That was on ME. I've got to hang in there, not let her get me going backward. Neve reminded me of that. Then, I got it turned around."

Tess: "What's next for you?"

Taylor: "Well, first, I'm going to claim one of those remaining roster spots. Then? I'm looking to work my way into contention for some gold."
