Kristen Stewart versus Emma Watson (Flyweight Title)

Kristen:

(29, 5’6, 49:7 FCBA, Front Street Stable)

Emma:

(28, 5’6, 26:21 FCBA, VIXENs)

BEFORE:

It’s the FOURTH time these two are set to square off in their expansive careers, and at least one of them is still stinging from her latest lost back in August, when Stewart bested Watson in a no holds barred contest that, arguably, was the fight that pushed the Front Street starlet to the forefront of number one contender status for the Flyweight straps. The rest of course is history: Kristen blazed through a path of worthy opponents like Sarah Carter and Michelle Williams in her most recent title defences, and looks set to repeat history tonight by securing a third win over her dreaded rival.

“We just don’t like each other. I can’t explain it. Maybe it’s because we’ve shared a history of growing up in the same industry, and being constantly compared to one another. I’ve met Emma a few times outside of the ring, but I've never been comfortable with that outer British sheen she always projects. It’s all smokescreen and mirrors, you know?” Stewart smirking, stating her feelings quite plainly at the press conference earlier. “It’s our fourth fight in the ring, so I’m hoping to put this comparison between us to rest, and hopefully with the title belt still strapped around my waist.”

“Well, I just don’t know how to respond to that,” Emma later saying, looking a little flustered as she twists her lips into her best impression of a smile. “We’ve had our fair share of ups and downs, but I guess one thing I could never tolerate about dear Kristen was her better-than-thou attitude. The way she acts all aloof and uncaring. I’ve learned over the years, and after fighting her multiple times, that she’s just a vulnerable little girl, like the rest of us mortals.”

Well, this vulnerable little girl is hoisting the Flyweight title belt over her shoulser as the two fighters meet at the podium. Stewart setting her challenger with an indifferent glare, chewing a bit of gum as she dares Watson to elaborate on earlier comments. Watson trying to remain calm, but no doubt feeling a little nervous going into this fight. More to prove on the British side as both fighters pose for the cameras and then separate without further drama.

Later, in the ring, ladies are making their final preparations for this title fight. Kristen is wearing a black sports bra and white boxing trunks, red gloves strapped on either hand. Emma in a royal blue gym bra and grey trunks, bunching together her white gloves.

HERE we go with ten rounds of Flyweight action! This is for the Flyweight championship!

ROUND 1:

Slow start to this championship fight, with both ladies having already battered and bruised each other to kingdom come over the years, not that interested in taking another beating so quickly. Kristen and Emma are actually both measured fighters from the amount of tape we’ve watched, defensive options to the table first before any thoughts of rushing headlong into danger take shape. They trade lonely jabs each time they get in range, with Emma hitting her stride in the third minute when she lands a few lucky jabs to the face in quick succession. Kristen grimacing, getting the hell outta there, not looking too happy at the probability of her losing the opening round. She tries to land a late flurry to smug British face, but Watson safe and secure, blocking or dodging easily as they reset in respective corners.

ROUND 2:

Steady does it, according to Stewart, who’s had a track record of going slow in the beginning of her fights before fast blitzes forward shock her opponents. She beat the heavy-hitting Miley Cyrus this way back in July, and so too a heavily-favored Hayden Panettiere in May. She tries to same thing with Watson here, after a first minute of going nowhere barrels forward in a fast blur, shooting punches into the body and then going for heavy swings towards her head. But Watson ain’t your regular girl, having anticipated such a move because it’s what she would have done herself. She takes the stiff shots to her tummy, then times a right hook nicely just as Stewart comes roaring in - SMACK into the cheek BLOWS Kristen backwards, not knowing what the hell just hit her! The champ goes stumbling awkwardly a few steps to her right, before CRASHING down to all fours, in an embarrassing KNOCKDOWN in the second round of this fight! Good lord! Watson fans up in arms, roaring as they witness a round for the history books. Stewart catching her breath for a moment, eyes wide as she stares at canvas, but still very much alive, hovering her chest above ground and already testing her legs to see if everything is intact. No permanent damage to Front Street property, thank god, as Stewart rises slowly to her feet, shaking her head as this round continues!

Watson looking a little smug, eyeing her rival's recovery every step of her way back from the safety of her corner . If she knew it was going to be this easy, she would’ve called for a rematch earlier. One more minute left on the clock and it goes exactly as you’d expect: the champion now spooked, hiding behind her gloves, and Watson with a renewed sense of confidence as she charges forward, looking to strike gold twice. Kristen defending against a bevy of jabs fired at her head and body, taking particular care to protect her vulnerable face at the expense of the hard shots landing on her midsection, until the bell rings and Watson gets herded by the referee back to her own corner.

ROUND 3:

It’s only the third round and things are already looking south for the Flyweight champion, who opts to play to her strengths this time instead of rush in blind like a blinding madwoman. Emma on the other hand not learning from her opponent’s own mishaps, comes out of her corner much more aggressive than normal. She hounds Kristen with her right jab, putting constant pressure on the American by targeting her face. Stewart keeping her guard tight, feet moving, trying to control and contain the British blitz. Watson switches targets to the body once more, lets out another premature shout of victory when she scores a left-right buried into the paunch, only to get her face SWIPED across when Stewart counters with a fast and effective hook! UGHH. Watson’s turn to get shocked to her system, immediately lurches to the side, disorientated. Stewart methodical after, excelling in such an environment, slams punches into her face left and right, snagging the chin and chest between Emma’s wildly flying hands. It looks like a cruel reversal of fortunes for these two, as Emma EATS a hook this time, half her face disappearing as she goes FLYING off her feet, then crashing into the ground! Holy hell! Is this really happening?? Two knockdowns for the price of one admission ticket, and obviously there’s zero love lost between the pair as they take turns knocking the stuffing out of each other! Stewart’s turn to grin, an arm raised high as she walks over Emma’s upturned bum on her way back to corner. The Vixen is trembling on the floor, trying to push her chest off the ground and crawl back to her feet. Referee busy tonight with the back-to-back knockdown attempts, hits the count of 7 and waves for the fight to continue! Last thirty seconds has Stewart applying the pressure once more, slowly crowding Emma into a smaller and smaller space with her jabs to the guard. Emma survives at the end of three minutes, looking slightly relieved and more than a little flushed to the face, the sheer embarrassment of giving up her lead washing over her. I believe the phrase is, 'You smirked too soon!'

ROUND 4:

Now that these two lovely ladies are done playing nice, we start to see some real action being exchanged between the pair. Some people would say that it’s exactly because these girls have already had that much of a runway between them - that's why the knockdowns are coming hard, fast and furious. Emma back to counter-striking now, her guard fully up and blocking most of Kristen’s early jabs sent her way. Stewart still relentless, forces her right hand through the small holes in her defense, planting leather on British pale paunch, drawing painful gurgles from Emma's lips throughout the round. Third such poke to the tummy has Emma covering up in pain, walking backwards and looking paralysed - all Kristen needs to roar in to finish the job. She rattles her opponent with another right hook that crashes into her raised arm, the force of which makes Emma’s defences ever more flimsy. More jabs later, and Kristen almost has the challenger trapped on the ropes, bashing away at her guard over her face, but still finding a stubborn girl behind those closed walls. K Stewart taking a big round for herself when the bell rings, but we question how much damage she really managed to inflict there?

ROUND 5:

Case in point: Emma flies right back out of her corner in the fifth round, meeting her face to face with no sign of downtime, both girls looking winded and red-faced but still gritting their teeth and getting down to business. Kristen fires off a right hook on reflex, senses more hope when it slams into the side of Emma’s head. But what the champ doesn’t count on is Watson standing her ground and returning with a right hand of her own. Leather makes contact with face, bashing Stewart's head to the side, before Emma follows up with a series of chopping uppercut straight into the champion’s body, further wrecking her chances of one-sided dominance. At least not yet! Stewart not believing her luck, goes full on retreat as she deflects and blocks subsequent jabs sent in over the top of her arms, with Watson trying to go in for the kill one more time but not succeeding.

ROUND 6:

That pair of knockdowns in the earlier rounds appear to have the opposite effect of firing these two ladies up - you’d expect lesser girls to play it safe and hide their faces in shame, but not Stewart and Watson, who CRASH into each other repeatedly in the middle of the ring, exchanging violet, loud shouts of gritty antagonism as they hit their marks to the face. Then, Kristen snags British chin with one hella swing inwards and up, knocking Emma’s head into the sky and priming the Brit for another potential one-way ticket down to the canvas. But Kristen’s follow-up hook slams into Watson's raised guard, Watson also deflecting the followup move on instinct, as these two continue to go back and forth! Emma grunting, unable to predict when the next attack might come, from which direction, getting all sorts of bad luck as she raises an arm to block one way, gets stung the other, thrown backwards a few steps as Kristen lands another stiff cross to the middle of her forearms. Watson resets at the other end of the ring, unable to risk going toe-to-toe with the heavier-hitting champion any longer. Stewart stalking forwards after her, emboldened and jabbing fluently in champion-speak, but has to put a pause on her assault when the bell rings soon after. No matter - more than a nice round for the Front Street starlet to put on her resume as this fight crosses over into the last quarter!

ROUND 7:

Watson counter-punching early, showing all the skill she’s acquired recently. She blocks Kristen’s jabs or parries them awkwardly to the side, SHOCKS the champ back to the face more than once, as all the Vixens in the audience rise to their feet in support. But Stewart also knows how to adapt, backing away and then ROARS forward with another unexpected flurry to the face, catching Watson in her own blatant counterattack with stiff whacks to the nose. Kristen with that left hand working overtime, constantly poking at Emma’s head and trying to get her to back down. Emma letting out occasional shrieks of pain, not liking the idea of getting manhandled. But then, low growl from her lips, the Brit having had enough, grits her teeth and lets a right hook fly forward suddenly - it SLAMS hard into the side of Kristen’s head, throwing the champ off balance with a gasp! Stewart’s turn to have leather shoved into her lips as she’s the one being pushed back, and by the time the bell rings, these two have certainly put in equal amounts of effort to punish each other silly.

ROUND 8:

Emma getting some early licks in in the first minute, exploiting a tired-looking Kristen with short and snappy jabs to the middle of her face, using the American’s cute button of a nose for target practice. Kristen too tired to react at first, but a third such WHAP lands hard, jolts the rest of her body awake. The champion swings back as though in auto-pilot mode, and Emma has split seconds to raise her guard before the hook slams into her being hard. Stewart still determined to push her limits, spanks that toned midriff just above Emma’s trunks, prodding at British belly and drawing loud ouuffs from her lips even as the rest of her body jerks itself backwards in retreat. First two minutes see this kind of back-and-forth abuse, just like how that last round went. But Emma’s focus on exclusively targeting the champ’s face pays off eventually: Kristen groaning as her head gets whipped backwards for the upteenth time, Watson’s forward-thinking straight hands growing more and more powerful, enacting more and more punishment as the round draws to a close with no clear victor yet again. Bell rings and the champ is the one left holding onto the top rope for support, eyes blurred and hazy. Emma not looking much better, however, massaging her midsection with both hands as she stumbles gingerly back to corner.

ROUND 9:

Girls stumble forward, looking for another opening they can exploit. Kristen back in action, or as driven as she can be, bouncing from left to right in a clear indication of excess energy ready to let rip into Emma. Watson with steady breaths of her own from behind closed gloves, regulating her actions at this point in the fight so as to conserve her stamina. When the first blows come crashing in, however, Emma knows that she needs to do more than block if she wants to stay alive all the way to the end. Kristen with a methodical advance, jab-jab-jab sent in above the arms, then landing a hook to the side of the tummy, which bends Watson over in half with a grunt. Stewart goes in for the kill, swinging for the fences to the challenger’s head, but Emma’s STILL weaving back, freshly alert and evading the champ, even with both fighters almost face-to-face in the heat of close-quarters combat. Stewart not paying attention here, fires hooks away but doesn’t see Watson pulling back a right hand, winding up, then BLASTING that uppercut swing up into the champion’s jawline! OUCHH! The swing stacks Stewart upwards, the rest of her body ragdolling as pain jolts through her entire being. Emma keeping up the pressure, wailing away at the face with right hand after right hand crashing in, another swipe at trembling torso has Stewart crashing back into the ropes, before the Flyweight champ collapses face-first into the ground, her blood-red mouthguard shoved halfway out between her lips, the rest of her body completely LIMP! Referee starts the count above her amidst the ROAR from fans on both sides of the aisles, but there’s no recovery and no saving grace for Kristen Stewart, who’s knocked out COLD as the NEW Flyweight champion hovers over her!

Official Decision: Emma Watson defeats Kristen Stewart via KO9! Emma Watson is the NEW Flyweight champion of the world!

AFTER:

Good Lord - the rest of the arena erupting in a frenzied shout at this latest bombshell development in the world of the FCBA. No one thought that Miss Watson would ever be standing here today, in the middle of the ring, being handed the Flyweight championship belt by the referee. Even the modest actress is besides herself, bursting out into tears at the first sight of the golden belt in her hands, before hoisting it up high for her fans to admire. Emma surely having come a long way since her dark days with losing battle after battle. If this ain’t validating for all her efforts, we don’t know what is.

That’s not to say former champ K Stewart certainly had a wild run, doing much to elevate the prestige of the title. But in this fourth contest, it’s her turn to get laid out on the canvas, limbs sprawled outwards as she blinks up at the blinding lights. Who knows what must be going through her mind, as she registers the bruising pain all over her battered body, plus the fact that her coveted belt is now getting strapped around another girl’s waistline.

Emma being congratulated by her corner stablemates, patted on the back and warm embraces. Even after leaving the ring, she’s swarmed by fans and reporters alike, who barrage her with as many questions as she fielded punches tonight.

“Of course I’m ecstatic,” she says. “No one believed in me. No one thought this moment could come true. But here we are. I can’t believe I’m the freakin’ Flyweight champ!”

Stewart with no comments for the press, her head down and her stablemates pushing the cameras away, shoving invasive hands into reporters’ faces as they escort their teammate back to the locker room. Of course, win or loss tonight, it’s been reported many times that Kristen’s position at Front Street Stable solid like bedrock. We’re sure Stewart will land firmly on her feet in the future. After all, these two have notched two victories apiece under their belts. Call us impatient, but we’re already clamouring for their fifth encounter!
