Before: Popular brunette sell out Staples Center—bout is SO important for both girls. Richards shrugging off her demolition at the hands of Rena Mero as basically a bad style match up, needs to prove that against the more controlled Carpenter. Charisma trying to build on recent momentum, absolutely needs to beat a Denise Richards if she is to have any chance of re-entering the privileged ranks. Denise in royal blue bikini top, grey draw string shorts. Charisma in black sports bra, red nylon jogging shorts.


R1: Carpenter known as a lanky limbed body puncher stands toe to toe and doesn’t much like Denise’s sturdy body shots-Richards busier, tidier with crisp punching inside has Carpenter backing up much of the round. CC changing up in the final minute, steps out to work behind her jab, splashing the punch hard off the left side of Richards’ face ad seconds from the bell, splashing the punch hard off the left side of Richards’ face and seconds from the bell drifts a crashing right off the chin to put Denise on her backside! D up quickly, more embarrassed than hurt as Charisma coos in triumph behind the ref.


R2: Carpenter making Denise pay for real estate, hammering that jab up the middle and making spanking contact with Richards too-available face. Denise doing a nice job of walking Charisma down, scores with competent combinations, working up Charisma’s ribby torso to finish with a clouting left hook on the chin. Close competitive round with both girls showing their wares.


R3: HARD one two in the first minute has Richards stepping in fence post holes as Charisma finally asserts dominance. Setting up over Richards’ right shoulder, Carpenter puts her head on Denise and goes to work, jamming the right into the pit of the stomach, hacking the double left hook t the ear and stepping with Denise as she wilts arounds the ring Richards keeps her back off the ropes, but she’s hunched over and hurt, just covering up and taking the withering beat down this round as Charisma pours it on with that lanky delivery.


R4: Carpenter committing inside—Denise trading effectively to the stomach and breasts with short side to side swabbing inside—but Carpenter takes over midway through and doesn’t look back. It’s Charisma with her weight moving forward, head on Denise, hands low, long arms licking up under the ribcage with thudding efficiency as Richards breaks down. D finishing up s tough round on the ropes, legs buckling as Charisma punches off her front foot—sinks in whip armed left hooks behind the elbow at the bell.

R5: Carpenter beating Denise along the ropes, steps with her from corner to corner, licking blows up into the belly and around the back—hard punches splash sweat off Denise’s back as she crumbles in retreat. Carpenter never leaving Denise’s side touching her over and over around the waist and posting a brutal bell to bell beating that leaves Richards foggy eyed. After 5 it’s all Charisma—Denise refusing to quit on her stool upon query.


R6: Richards showing backbone, squaring up to meet Charismas challenge and banging with the willowy brunette until Carpenter backs out of the kitchen with a shocked expression. Richards hopping forward, gets Charisma toppling with lunging lefts and rights—girls careen across the ring to hit the ropes hard—D on top Richards with her shoulder. Leans back to pull a hard hook across Carpenter’s chin and CHARISMA IS HURT! CCs legs lock and Richards outs punches together, uppercutting Charisma’s bosom with clipping left, chopping down with short right hands on the face AND DOWN GOES CARPENTER! Gutcheck for CC as SGE struggles to beat a count and it’s ON ropeside. Carpenter all covered up, trying to clip D with little counter hooks in between Richards swings—D loading up and digging to the hips and head with beefy left hooks and clouting right hands. Both girls soak up splattering blws flush in the grim give and take.—sensational round sees Richards pump her fist exhaustedly as Charisma grimaces at the bell.


R7: Carpenter relying once again in her boxing ability to regain control, uses those lanky limbs the way God intended, spiking the jab, stepping around Denise and leaning into right hands to send spasms down Richards’ legs. Crisp spearing blows from outside—measured, workmanlike pace bangs a groggy look of resignation onto Denise’s puffy face-Carpenter cruises to another shutout.


R8: Charisma going to the stomach with plunging overhand rights, sinking the blows in, then bodying up as Richards goes limp. It’s tragically Charisma as she walks Denise to the ropes and PLUNDERS the brunette’s midsection with scooping, digging lefts and rights. Richards helpless to prevent the destruction, lolling out over her feet, covered up and fading badly as Charisma just HEAPS on punishment with heavy, whipping punches. Carpenter punching as hard and as often as she ever has, works rhythmically, puffing through an open mouth, bending from side to side to heave her punches up into Denise and it’s too much. A badly battered Denise Richards collapses into Charisma, sliding down the brunettes body as Carpenter continues to lift little lefts and rights up into the girl’s torso. Richards pudding on her stomach—Charisma strutting with hands held high—KO8 Charisma Carpenter.


After: Pick em fight with no excuses—Charisma Carpenter consigns Denise Richards to journeywoman status with a savage, often side-sided pounding, Denise absolutely heart broken at the way she was used in this one fought well in spots, but once again gave up big bombs early and couldn’t make u the stagger. Carpenter finally separating herself from an opponent is as upbeat as she’s been in 2 years following the KO.
