(Girls Friday vs Free Agent)

Intro:
A battle of experience vs youth here, Alessandra Ambrosio and Wallis Day do battle here tonight, can Wallis add another champion to her growing reputation.

Alessandra is 38 years old; she stands 5'9 ½, her record stands at 40 wins, all coming by way of knockout, with 11 defeats, she is the current BBU lightweight champion and former FCBA lightweight champion.

Wallis is 25 years old; she stands 5'8 ½, holding an impressive record of 8 wins, all coming by way of knockout, with only 1 defeat, she is the 2019 New Blood lightweight tournament winner.

The fighters posed together at a photo shoot for this fight, both in bikinis; yellow for Alessandra, White and red candy cane stripped for Wallis as they stand back to back, then posing with fists up facing each other.

After the shoot is done Alessandra is the first to speak to the press at the event, she is smiling as she poses with her hands on her hips.

"Hey guys, as you see me and Wallis have gotten to see what we are up against, honestly she certainly has a fit body, all those years training for swimming certainly shows" says Alessandra with the press surprised a little by her compliment.

Till Alessandra taps her own abs and continues "but even a few years older then her, no snickering (laughs at the presses reaction) I am as fit as she is and I have the boxing IQ crafted from years of fighting here, she will understand what the difference is between what she fought and me"

As she goes towards the changing rooms, Alessandra jokes "oh guys, take a look at this toned booty, best you remember what a good one is before you see Wallis's flat butt" winking before she heads off.

Wallis then is in front of press wearing a white dressing gown, she looks in good spirits as she jokes "I heard Alessandra comment on my body, so will you guys judge whose got the better one?" Pretending she is going to open her robe before adding "you can tell me after I beat Alessandra up in the ring" closing her robe with a chuckle.

Getting a little more serious, Wallis tells the journalists "OK I know I am the underdog coming into this bout, when have I not been so far, I hear the pundits around here keep saying I'll lose, I keep showing them why I am going to be a champion"

Pointing at the changing room; she finishes by saying "the person I can't wait most to prove wrong is Alessandra, seeing her looking up at me stunned when I knock her down will be a hell of a feeling to end the year with"

Fight night; Alessandra gives her customary belly dance for the fans, with Taryn Terrell and Eva Carneiro behind her, she struts down the aisle looking confident she will be getting her hand raised later.

The Brazilian model is wearing a yellow sports bra with a green "AA" badge on the left cup, yellow trunks with green trim, green shoes and gloves, her brunette hair is tied up into a fighting ponytail.

Climbing into the ring; Alessandra blows kisses to her fans as she jogs to her corner, stretching while listening to her coaches instructions on what they expect from her tonight.

Now out comes Wallis with her eyes locked onto the ring, she is smiling as she fist bumps a few people in the front row, not looking worried one bit about the task in front of her.

The English actress is wearing a navy blue sports bra, union jack patterned trunks, blue shoes and red gloves, her blonde hair is braided back.

Getting into the ring, Wallis bows to each side of the ring, then heads to her corner to begin her warm up routine, with her coach giving her a rallying speech, Wallis thuds her gloves together before heading to the center of the ring.

Where the fighters meet up with the referee standing between them, neither says a word as they simply glare at each other, the importance of a win on a personal front can't be understated, one wanting to remind people why they are an elite fighter, the other wanting to break into that class of fighter.

They slam their gloves together when told to touch gloves, returning to their corners with their supporters cheering them on, the bell rings to start 10 rounds of lightweight action.

Round 1:
At the bell they come out their corners with an ice cold stare, trading jabs and straights as they move around the center of the ring, Wallis looking the more mobile fighter though as she steps out the way of punches before countering.

Drilling a double jab into the abs of Ambrosio, Wallis steps back out the way of an uppercut, already an annoyed look crosses the face of Wallis as she stares at the English lass.

But the Brazilian is struggling to close the gap to land her power shots, mostly landing single punches to the cheek of the actress.

Wallis slips a straight to land a right to the ribs of Ambrosio, then a left hook to the jaw to knock back Alessandra, who looks a little surprised that she is getting outboxed by the less experienced fighter.

At the bell Alessandra curses herself as she turns back to her corner, Wallis on the other hand is relaxed as she sits on her stool, getting told off her coach to show why she is going to be a champion.

Round 2:
As they come back out; Alessandra is more aggressive, looking to close off the ring for Wallis, leading to more punches being traded by them.

Stepping in when she has Wallis near a corner, Alessandra lands two hooks to the body, taking a left across the side of her head though to make her back up a step as Wallis moves into space.

The footwork of Day is allowing her to keep out of Alessandra's firing line through the middle part of the round, snapping in some crisp jabs and straights through the mitts of the model.

But going into the final minute, Alessandra lands a left cross to the jaw of Wallis, that opens the actress up to an uppercut that sends her onto her heels.

Wallis getting a taste of the power of Alessandra now, with the BBU champ putting her head down to work over the body of Day, trying to sap some of that seemingly boundless energy away.

At the conclusion of the round they turn back to their corners with a nod coming from Wallis to her corner, she admits she got caught too easily and will do better in the next round.

Round 3:
The experience of Alessandra is on show now, she is leading Wallis into more corners, trying to cut off the ring for the younger fighter to stop her mobility being a factor.

To the credit of Wallis though she is finding ways to escape being cornered so far, happy to fire at range with Ambrosio it seems as they both land stinging shots to the others face.

Alessandra though manages to land a nice left cross/straight combo to knock Wallis back towards the ropes, punches start flying as Wallis seems to know the danger of being pinned down against someone like the Brazilian.

She needs to clinch up though after taking a hard right across her face, the crowd cheering for their favourite as they exchange a few kidney shots before the referee can step in to break them up.

Once apart and off the ropes, Wallis lands more as she sidesteps an overly keen Alessandra, landing more hooks of her own to give Ambrosio a taste of her raw power.

Making Alessandra cover up more tightly as the round comes to an end, the Girls Friday crew hoping that was enough to win the round but looking a little worried by how Wallis got back on the front foot there.

Round 4:
Thudding her gloves together as she comes back out, Alessandra is trying to close the distance early with her jab, finding it hard to land though with Wallis's head movement.

The Brit slips a straight to rifle in a right to the body, then a left hook to the ribs of Alessandra to make her hiss out, she ducks a left hook as she retreats back to further frustrate Alessandra.

Who can't seem to land more then glancing blows this round, Wallis showing a mixture of great movement, defence and timing with her attacks to force the model to have to reevaluate her strategy.

Wallis doesn't simply counter punch though, she also is firing nice combos that Alessandra can't block all the punches for, blood dripping from a busted bottom lip of Ambrosio's.

With Alessandra showing her temper by swinging in a right hook that finds air, the counter straight/left hook combo sends her back behind her gloves as she is knocked near the ropes.

The round ends with everyone at ringside stunned by the shut out nature of it for Wallis, who is happy to be getting cleaned up as her coach massages her limbs, telling her to keep on top of Alessandra and she'll crumble.

Round 5:
The confidence of Wallis is firmly on show, she is outboxing Alessandra out the gates, with the Girls Friday fighter looking tentative at the moment, especially when her lips keep getting clipped by Wallis's pin point punches.

The Day fans are screaming for her, loving the sight of her double jab smacking back the head of her opponent, sending blood and sweat flying into the air.

At the middle stage of the round and Alessandra has only landed most rangy shots, not a lot of those as she is being outworked by the actress.

But as they enter the final minute, Wallis loses some of her discipline, stepping in with a left hook that Alessandra ducks under, AN OVERHAND RIGHT SMACKS WALLIS ON HER TEMPLE, WOBBLING HER!

The crowd are stunned as they see Wallis stumble backwards, A RIGHT HOOK SENDS WALLIS FALLING INTO THE ROPES ONTO HER SIDE! 

Alessandra raising her fists as she stares at Wallis, 1...2...3.. Blinking while shaking her head, Wallis is trying to clear her vision, 4...5...6.. Wallis uses the ropes to start pulling herself up, 7...8.. Getting up and raising her gloves up.

Maybe the referee gives her the benefit of the doubt as she still looks a little stunned, but Wallis is let to continue as Alessandra rushes in to finish the job.

The bell rings not long after they exchange a few punches, Alessandra looks to have the bit between her teeth though as she returns, the tentative fighter gone after what some see as a lucky punch to hurt Wallis.

Round 6:
Stepping out their corners; Wallis's feet don't seem to have the spring in them like before, she is firing out jabs but Alessandra is walking through them now to smash in her punches.

A left cross knocks Wallis onto the ropes, WHERE AN UPPERCUT SENDS HER HEAD BACK, GUMSHIELD FLIES OUT AS WALLIS CRUMBLES BACK WITH HER RIGHT ARM UNDER THE ROPES! THE REFEREE CHECKS AND RULES HER CLEAN KNOCKED OUT COLD!

Winner Alessandra Ambrosio KO Round 6

After:
While the Alessandra fans find their voices, the Wallis fans are stunned into silence, seeing her out cold as the doctor and her coach rush into the ring.

Alessandra meanwhile just heads over to her corner, fist bumping Taryn as she says "maybe I am too old for this stuff" winking as Eva gives her a hug.

A few moments later Wallis stirs awake thanks to smelling salts, she is helped from under the ropes to sit up on her stool, where she has her head down as the crowd still look worried about her.

The coach apologizes as they admit they probably should have threw in the towel before the round begun, with no one quick to disagree with that assessment.

Heading over to check on Wallis after getting her gloves taken off, Alessandra is told off Wallis that she'll be OK, the doctor though wants her out the ring and taken to the back to make sure she didn't pick up a concussion.

Alessandra giving Wallis a thumbs up as a sign of respect, before the actress is helped out the ring to a round of applause, though questions will be asked about her future, the main thought is that she needs a stable soon as this coach might have taken her as far as they can before they actively hurt her like tonight.

Inside the ring Alessandra gets her hand raised, but she seems more interested in blowing kisses to her fans, she poses for them with her right arm flexed.

The Girls Friday crew leave the ring together, talking about how the year end party is going to go down as Alessandra jokes about dancing on tables by the end of the night.
