4. Georgia Mae Gibbs vs Nina Agdal (Lightweight)

Georgia:

BEFORE:
“This has been a long time coming,” Georgia says with a smile. “Nina’s on a downward spiral to mediocrity, and me? Well, for me, the sky’s the limit. Tonight’s match is going to prove just that: that I’m the top Lightweight in this locker room.”

“So you’ve beaten all my previous competition. That hasn’t proven a darn thing,” Nina replies from across the press table with a curt tone. “It only means you’re still caught in my shadow, Georgia.”

Tensions been mounting in the VIX locker room these past few months, with Georgia openly goading and mocking her stablemate ever since she joined their ranks, and Nina doing her best to hold back her retaliation. No secret why this match was finalised quickly for our Birthday Bash.

Girls meet at the podium and immediately the fists start flying without any more provocation needed or warranted, with Nina can’t resist the opportunity to CRACK an open palm off the Australian’s cheek. Gibbs shocked for a microsecond, then responding with a hard SLAP of her own into the Dutch model’s cheek, and the two blonde models have to be separated by the ring officials after they lunge at each other with fingernails intertwined in each other’s hair.

We’re in the ring hours later, and both ladies still fidgeting and uneasy in corners, pacing back and forth, and shaking their arms loose, eyes dead set on each other from across the ring. Georgia in a red bikini, gold rings linking both cups of her bra top. She’s bunching black gloves together as she glares hard at Agdal. Nina in a sunflower bikini top, hot pink bottoms, a pair of white gloves on either hand and her strawberry blonde hair braided neatly out back. Referee waves his hand and HERE we go with ten rounds of Lightweight action!

ROUND 1:
Nina showing some early promise, keeping Georgia away with plenty of jabs to her head. Gibbs on the other hand repeatedly trying to close the distance, shooting jabs at her counterpart’s head before wading in fully to bully. But Agdal refusing to give up her ground, moving back in a strategic retreat as they call it before scoring back with precise jabs to Georgia's pretty face, making the challenger to the throne yelp out loud by the third such instance of this happening. Rest of the round has both girls hitting their targets in tandem, with Gibbs also switching to her jab power and they go right at it in close quarters in the final seconds. Agdal ending this rapid exchange with a hook sailed across Georgia’s face, however, relishing the shocked look on her face as she secures the opening round for herself when the bell finally rings.

ROUND 2:
Georgia left growling loudly as she charges forward once more. She's got more to prove in this contest and that would explain her wanton aggression here, trying to get right into Nina's face. But Agdal keeps her cool, controlling her movements with a series of jabs herding her back, making Gibbs think twice as they sting her arms painfully. Each time Georgia punches back and looks to rush in swinging, she's beaten backwards with a flurry or two from Nina, Agdal still jumping and weaving energetically, refusing to give up her perch as top Lightweight of the stable. Over her dead body! Georgia in trouble when another cross of hers is blocked by the guard, then checked to the side by Agdal, who punishes her with a counter blow straight to the nose, then another rocking into her guard, as Gibbs' prospects fading quick, finally learns her lesson in the final seconds and goes scrambling back in shock. Nina ending the round with another confident smirk, as though she knew this outcome was a forlorned conclusion. Another wide round goes to the Danish model as a result!

ROUND 3:
Third round and it’s a reset for Georgia, who needs to be fighting smarter in order to turn things in her favour. Nina still fighting cautious behind her gloves, breathing body gleamed with a layer of sweat as she moves forward with purpose. Gibbs thinking she’d like nothing better than to bash a leather glove into that trembling tummy, but fight smarter she has to do first, holding her offense back and letting Agdal come to her instead. Girls exchange fire in the middle of the ring, both landing shots to the face but then Gibbs backing away on purpose, goading Nina into a false sense of security. Nina taking the bait after the second stiff exchange lands clean, going after Georgia with more hungry hands. Georgia timing her return fire, takes those jabs on her arms before clouting the blonde back on the cheek with a well-timed right hook. Nina lets out a gurgle, shocked in the midst of her attack, throws her arms up on instinct, giving Gibbs a clean shot into her midsection! And suddenly, it’s all Georgia Gibbs, who POURS into her rival as she pushes Nina back with pokes and prods at her body, occasional hook smashed into the Danish girl’s arms just to remind Nina who’s boss. Bell rings and it’s the first round the Australian girl’s actually won! She wears the badge proudly as she saunters back to her corner, wide smile on her face.

ROUND 4:
Things might be finally looking up for the Aussie girl as she continues the body abuse, whenever possible firing jabs into Nina’s tummy and then circling back outwards, enjoying the loud grunts from her lips. Nina growing frustrated, her prior strategy of playing defensive not faring too well now that her opponent’s doing the same thing. Doesn’t help that Gibbs is constantly targeting the Dane’s midsection, gleefully slamming her gloves into the midsection, even some below the belt, relishing the look of pain on her face. Nina is doing her best to hit back, tagging Georgia on the lips and cheek but generally left ineffective as she gets herself bowled over repeatedly, when another hook lands hard into her side. Nina backing away, wincing, her arms favouring her midsection as Georgia gives chase, confidence flooding that smirk, but the bell rings before she can fully trap Nina on the ropes, and both girls end the fourth with two rounds a piece.

ROUND 5:
Nina struggling to battle her way back into contention, has to play her strategy even more cautiously now that Georgia’s been fighting so unpredictable. Girls circle in the first minute, both punching at the arms but not landing anything significant. Georgia definitely a little more aggressive as she fires a jab-jab-combo at Nina, the last swing aimed at her body once more. But Nina now the wiser, blocks the punches and even deflects the hook, then SWINGS for the fences with her own attack aimed at Georgia’s face - but MISSES when Georgia herself ducks under in a split second! Gibbs returns fire, bashing Nina to the face and blowing the model clean to the side! She groans and barrels into the ropes, spins right around just when Gibbs POUNCES on her from behind! Nina suddenly in trouble, getting her ribs lathered with leather as Georgia pins her down on the ropes and goes to work on her body! Nina clinching up, lips sucking on shoulder as Georgia buries her gloves THUD THUD THUDD into her midsection! Bell rings and the referee has to pull Georgia off wounded prey, getting denied the knockdown for the third consecutive round now but definitely taking the round! Nina left a blubbering mess on the ropes, needs to turn things around fast, if not!

ROUND 6:
Georgia still grinning wide behind her gloves, knows she’s in control of this fight after watching Nina getting her body iced down in the corner between rounds, her midsection turning a bright shade of pink from all that abuse. But Agdal far from giving this fight up, gets up from her stool with a wince and then a big scowl as the bell rings and the two blonde vixens meet once more in the center of the ring. Georgia continues throwing combinations at her head and body, but then gets STUNNED to the face when Nina starts her attack with an immediate right cross screaming straight into her face! OUCH! Georgia stunned by that lightning hand outta nowhere, screaming in with such power too! Nina unleashed, as she lets her rage carry her attacks forward, jabs chasing after Gibbs even as the Aussie girl retreats, holding her face with one glove. Bad news for Georgia as she’s the one who gets hounded all about the ring, Nina this time bashing hefty shots into her guard, occasionally breaking through and ripping into flesh, snagging the blonde’s puckered lips. Gibbs swings a hook of her own in the final seconds, desperately trying to keep Nina away. It hits Nina’s guard but rattles harmlessly off the arms. Nina countering right back with a snap fist into the nose, Gibbs sent stumbling backwards into the ropes and ready for some payback! Sadly, the bell rings a little after, ending an almost perfect round for Nina Agdal! FINALLY she manages to turn things around!

ROUND 7:
We enter the last quarter of this fight (and the longest one thus far tonight), a testament to how badly these two blondes want this win. Georgia not looking as confident as before, fending off jabs from Nina and then countering with a hook trying to tenderise Nina’s body once again. Nina wincing as it lands, momentarily stunned, but then whacks a cross hand of her own into the Australian’s face, making Gibbs stumble back with a grunt. Georgia’s obsession with battering that tummy of her opponent’s is gonna hurt her in the long run, with Nina instead focusing on her vulnerable face, landing another clean shot to the nose as she pushes Gibbs into the ropes again! Georgia not able to keep her foe away forever, the law of diminishing returns in effect as she endures more punishment for every shot she scores on Nina’s body. Agdal with another crisp one-two jab combo to the arms, then POUNCES, literally barreling into Gibbs in a body slam, pinning her down on the ropes as they struggle for dominance in the clinch. Gibbs batting gloves on Nina’s stomach, buries a particularly nasty uppercut up into Nina’s belly, but Agdal also swinging back up high, slapping leather into the Australian’s face as neither girl is about to go home broke! A HUGE swing suddenly crashes hard into Gibbs’ cheek, disorientating her bad. Nina seizes her chance, sending Georgia’s head skywards as she slams a followup uppercut right into the chin! OUGGHH! Georgia stacked up high on the ropes before CRUMPLING down and pooling at the base of Nina’s feet! Referee starts the count as Nina shouts nasty taunts down at her beaten teammate, but it ain’t any use as Georgia’s left completely out of her wits, pawing her glove up at Nina’s belly as she rests her cheek on one of her conquerer’s thighs, unable to get back to her feet before he hits the 10-count! It’s all over!

Official Decision: Nina Agdal defeats Georgia Mae Gibbs via KO7!

AFTER:
Magnificent sight for the audience as one beaten blonde is completely subdued and at the feet of the other, with Georgia’s eyelids fluttering in the wind even as Nina grabs two fistfuls of her messy blonde hair, pulls her head up to face her before continuing to berate her for trying to overtake her place:

“Who’s better now, b*tch? Huh? HUH?!”

Georgia groaning as she’s shoved roughly off Nina, collapsing back down to her side and lying there before the medics start pouring into the ring. A big win for Nina tonight, who manages to cement her position as top Lightweight dog on an already packed roster!
