BEFORE: Another chapter of the BBU JMD title history will be written next week but Cara De La Hoyde hopes to enter this picture herself sooner rather than later and tells Charlie Webster that she's basically one victory away from becoming unavoidable when it comes to jug muggin' elite. That's a bold statement indeed but taking a scalp of former lineal bantamweight champion can't hurt her chances whatsoever.

Imogen Thomas has switched to the Frankie's Foxes earlier this month but dimisses the idea that she simply demoted to an inferior stable. Moreover she's got the partisan Welsh crowd supporting her comeback tonight and vows to finally derail the De La Hoyde train off the elite tracks. The odds are very even though and Charlie reckons a single punch can turn this fight around with women thriving on the short fuse approach that is usually the JMD standard anyway.

Imogen Thomas wears a black one-piece swimsuit with white trim and red gloves. Dark brown hair in loose waves. Cara De La Hoyde wears a light blue bikini set and white gloves. Long black hair straight. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the bantamweight division. JMD rules apply.

Round 1:
Both girls jump into a hectic attack and Imogen manages to get the better of her rival early on to the Cardiff audience's delight. She rocks Cara's boobs through a simple uppercut route that follows through on the chin and leaves the younger girl seething in anger when she loses her footing and has to yield real estate. Imogen keeps piling more pressure and hassles the fellow brunette into the corner which is something that Charlie Webster didn't expect but another flurry of uppercuts splits Cara's guard and shoves her butt-in-ropes with Thomas barking in her efforts to score more clean punches. She buries her opponent under a solid jabbing blanket once De La Hoyde restores her groove but it's one-way traffic in the final minute with Frankie Cocozza up on his feet in the VIP lounge as his newest recruit cleans out shop to underline her presence in vintage fashion.

Round 2:
Imogen delivers more power to split Cara's leaky guard but eats a couple of nasty hooks herself which stalls her progress and allows the younger brunette to weave away into mid-distance. The subsequent hassle brings Thomas little joy while Cara stalks her from the back foot and catches her on the chin before blasting a harpoon under the right elbow that finds the target. Imogen's ultra-aggressive approach leaves her vulnerable on the defensive front and Cara's happy to pick her off to the body with some quick hooks on the enhanced rack that result in more barking from the Welsh girl. She tries to plain knock De La Hoyde's head off but gets tackled to the breadbasket instead and almost drops for the count save for a late clinching effort. Alas Cara leans on her anyway and bullies back to the ropes where she nicks in more shots on the liver area that make the Cardiff audience sound very annoyed at the bell.

Round 3:
Imogen catches her opponent's chin with an early series in the third but eats a quick uppercut on the right bumper in response and misjudges her overhand swing that allows De La Hoyde to WHACK her with a brutal shot to the liver area followed by a pouncing harpoon from the other side. Ugh! Imogen wobbles forward and bumps her chin against Cara's shoulder but that's enough for the 'Love Island' cast member to rally along the waist line and uh-oh, Frankie C. thinks his girl got served up the groin here but the referee doesn't react at all. The vicious pounding reels Thomas onto the ropes where Cara leans on her with another potential head-butt before a drilling strike on the tummy makes her prey moan. Imogen gets ravaged downstairs and Cara actually digs her elbow into her jugs while working the other hand to destroy the Welsh womanhood. She goes in LOW and the older brunette cries out in pain but as the ref charges in to give De La Hoyde a lecture, she fires a quick strike on the jaw THAT SENDS THOMAS TUMBLING!!! What a nightmare here for the Foxes! Ref shoves Cara into the neutral corner but Imogen's down on all fours and can only beat the count at eight. We have a point deduction for the illegal low blow but Cara brushes it off and jumps on a stalking route that leaves Thomas trapped in the corner and soaking up more chest abuse. She gets pounded into a standstill and only the bell can save her pride now. Huh! Frankie C. makes his way down to the ring but Thomas complains about something to the ref and looks visibly affected by the rough ordeal here.

Round 4:
Cara flies in with an uppercut blast that dissects the Welsh guard before eating a fine cross from Thomas but that's not enough to throw her off anymore. She digs deep into the soft tummy and Imogen slumps against her shoulder once again which leads into more midriff drilling inside the opening minute. Thomas gets bullied butt-in-ropes and simply soaks up nothing but jug muggin' pain during the next few seconds. She bellows out into painful spasms and offers nothing back when De La Hoyde follows through with another jug-to-chin connection... The guard collapses in the middle of a brutal stretch and Cara blasts her with a jackpot hook on the ear to SEND ALL THE WELSH HOPES INTO EXTINCTION!!! Thomas bounces off the ropes with eyes closed and face-plants forward at her opponent's feet. The count only reaches five before the ref realizes it's all over. KO4 Cara De La Hoyde!!!

AFTER: Imogen apparently plays possum while Cara yells out at her and demands her to get up and we have Frankie in the ring now with Helen George in tow. Cara is warned off that she will face a disciplinary panel if she swings out at the blonde girl and she can kiss her JMD title hopes goodbye if that truly happens. The Cardiff audience is appalled by Cara's behaviour as she blasted their heroine in the crotch at one time and then added a classic head-butt the referee never fully embraced himself. Nobody cares about the one-point deduction since Imogen still got ROBBED according to Frankie & the crowd but they can truly do nothing about it anymore as De La Hoyde twerks her bumpers and tells both Holly Hagan and Lacey Banghard to watch out for her next! She still tries to tease Helen George into starting a fight but gets pushed away by the security crew and the fallen ex-bantamweight champion escapes the trademark humiliation even though her career has suffered a devastating blow tonight - on her Foxes debut no less. Cara doesn't mind the lost opportunity and vows to crash the upcoming May PPV party where she makes her JMD title presence truly unavoidable now.

Final result: Cara De La Hoyde def. Imogen Thomas KO4.
