Intro:
The main event of tonights Fight Night Live card perfectly encapsulates the name of the card, there is plenty of bad blood between Michelle Williams and Jessica Lowndes.

Michelle is 39 years old; she stands 5'4, holding a record of 147 wins, 108 coming by way of Knockout, 67 defeats with 7 draws, she is a former ten time FCBA flyweight champion, a former three time FCBA JMD champion and a member of the Tractorpull Hall of fame.

Jessica is 31 years old; she also stands 5'4, holding a record of 42 wins, 41 coming by Knockout, 22 defeats with 1 draw, she is a former FCBA flyweight champion and a former FCBA JMD champion.

The 5th October 2013 was the day that this rivalry began, Jessica Lowndes would stun the boxing world by knocking out Michelle in just one round under JMD rules, making people really take notice of Jessica as an elite fighter.

Since that moment each fight they've fought has been under JMD rules, with Jessica winning her maiden JMD title against Michelle in their next fight, before Michelle finally got a win on the board in 2016 with a fourth round Knockout, this will be their first ever traditional rules fight they've fought against each other.

While both women will admit that Vanessa Hudgens is their prime rival in the FCBA, their hatred for one another stems from a view that neither has any respect for the other.

In the past Jessica has let it be known she views the Hall of Fame as a meaningless club that people shouldn't take serious, while claiming Michelle is the poster child of it, a fighter she has said prior she doesn't view anywhere good enough to lace up her gloves.

That has made Michelle always seem fired up just being in the presence of Jessica, she has always let it known that while she hates Vanessa with a passion, Jessica she finds an annoying bytch she would love to run out of boxing if given the chance.

The organisers of the event decided to hold a weigh in before the press conference, Michelle and Jessica led their management teams onto the stage from different sides, already the tension between them radiated as they lock eyes while moving towards each other.

First on the scale is Michelle, she drops a black robe to reveal a black bikini with silver trim, the Hawkeye fighter flexes her arms as she looks intensely into the crowd, stepping off the scale as Jessica gives her the old golf clap.

Jessica slips off her turquoise robe to reveal a matching bikini, she waves her hands down her body as she is proud of it, unlike Michelle she is cockily grinning to the crowd.

After she steps off the scales Michelle is quick to get into her face, words are exchanged as Jessica presses her forehead into Michelle's, quickly their management teams rush in to separate the fighters.

They calm down enough to give the crowd a few words at a podium, Michelle up first as she gets her robe placed back over her shoulders, her hands are holding on to each side of the podium.

"I've been looking forwards to this fight since it was announced, we've always fought under JMD rules, I'll admit that hasn't been where my best has been shown when fighting Jessica" says Michelle as Jessica stifles a laugh, making Michelle glare over at her, cheeks turning red as her temper seems to be rising.

"This time though it is under normal rules, I've had enough of this cow disrespecting everything I stand for, Jessica I'm going to give you a boxing lesson like you've never had before" Michelle says as she looks squarely at her rival.

Who stands up and bumps Michelle out the way so she can get to the podium, Michelle shoves her back with both threatening the other with fingers pointing in faces, Michelle's coach this time helps to calm the situation down as they herd Michelle away from Jessica.

"Go over there Michelle out the limelight for once in your life, someone deserving of it is here" Jessica says while pointing at herself with a cheeky grin.

"Look you all know I despise Michelle, other then Nessa who I have also conquered, battering Michelle is like a hobby for me, she is just so damn fun knocking the ego out of her, I mean hell after all the times I keep hearing you claim to be the greatest flyweight, I'm shocked you don't have your achievements listed on your robe" says Lowndes as Williams looks to be gritting her teeth.

Jessica finishes her speech by saying "when I win tomorrow night I might put a picture of you laying at my feet on my mantle, that way every time you brag about being great, I can remind you where you really stand" both women head off the stage with one beaming and the other fuming.

Fight night; Michelle is first out with her coach behind her, she is wearing a white silk robe on, the crowd cheering for her as she jogs down the aisle with her eyes firmly on the ring.

Getting the robe taken off as she stands at the bottom of the steps, Michelle is revealed to be wearing a white sports bra, white trunks with black trim, white shoes, black gloves, her blonde hair is cut short.

Climbing into her corner, Michelle looks fully focused on the task at hand, shadow boxing to get ready as her coach tells her "school this arrogant bytch" making Michelle nod in agreement.

Jessica heads out now with Claudia Schiffer beside her, they are discussing the fight as they head down the aisle, Jessica fist bumping several fans in the front row.

Jogging up the steps, Jessica is wearing her favourite turquoise sports bra, trunks, shoes and gloves, her black hair is tied back into a fighting ponytail.

Stepping through the ropes into the ring, Jessica poses at the center of the ring with her hands on her hips, eyes staring straight through Michelle as the duelling chants begin around them, an electric atmosphere fittingly for a clash of two of the best today.

After both women are ready, they come to the center of the ring, squaring up to each other to the delight of the crowd, neither backing up an inch to their rival.

They are told to touch gloves, neither does though as they jog back to their corners, the referee sees both want to get this on quickly, signals for the bell to begin 10 rounds of flyweight action.

Round 1:
"Ding" the crowd roar as they watch the fighters step out their corners, both women have similar stances, right tight to faces as left hands are slightly low, up on their toes as they circle while testing the others defences out.

With that mirror image comes a almost equal start from them, they dodge some jabs and take others around their left cheek or ear as they look for the better angle to strike.

It looks like Jessica has pulled the trigger a little too quickly though after the opening minute, swinging a right cross that her opponent dips under, a right bashes into her abs, before an overhand left lands to her cheek to back her up.

Michelle though steps up a gear, stepping inside with two hooks to either side of the body, she just misses with an uppercut as Lowndes leans back and lands a jab to the top of Williams head to back her off.

But as the fight is heading towards the final minute, Michelle is starting to throw more combinations, Jessica needing to box more defensive with her head movement to dodge and land her jab.

A jab/right cross/left hook combo in the dying seconds of the round turns Jessica's head, the bell rings with Michelle not celebrating, just turning back to her corner looking business like.

While Jessica nods as she returns to her own corner, not needing Claudia to tell her she needs to get out the gates better then she has here.

Round 2:
Looking the more confident after the opening round, Michelle is trying to step to the inside more at the start of the round, dipping under a right to land one of her own to the toned abs of her opponent.

Who is backing up to the outside of the ring, Jessica catching Michelle coming at her with a jab/straight combo, content it seems to move side to side near the ropes, letting Michelle come at her.

Which Michelle is duly doing, Jessica though is landing several crisp counters across the face of the American to back her away, a flash of anger shows on the face of the normally stoic Michelle as she is being kept back.

So past the half way point in the round Michelle decides to engage in a jabbing duel with Jessica, each lands through jabs in the gaps of the others defences, looking for that big shot to turn this fight in their favour.

Michelle goes for a left cross that Jessica parries in time, a counter left lands to the ribs of Williams, then a right cross smacks her across her cheek to back her off.

Suddenly Jessica is out the starting blocks and charging down her opponent, Michelle covering up as Jessica throws a flurry towards her head, backing up William's to the ropes across the ring.

When the round ends Jessica raises her fists into the air, before heading back to her corner to be greeted by a much more happier Lioness crew.

In the Hawkeye corner they don't look worried, Michelle sits listening to her coach on where she went wrong there, knowing she can't let Jessica get on a run in this fight.

Round 3:
Now they've warmed up, they start off trading more punches in bunches, planting their feet more as they trade at the center of the ring before getting back up onto their toes.

Michelle lands the first meaningful combo of the round, a jab opens up Jessica for an uppercut, when Jessica backs up Michelle comes at her with a left across her face and a straight.

Finding herself back on the ropes, Jessica grabs Michelle into a tight clinch, the fighters grin foreheads as their eyes lock together, the referee needed to break them up so the action can resume.

This time as they engage, Michelle comes in a little to quickly, Jessica uses a shoulder roll to dodge a straight and lands a counter uppercut to the body of the blonde.

A left cross smacks Michelle to her ear as now Jessica bashes back Williams, the Lioness corner are willing their girl on as they see her back Michelle into a corner, forcing Michelle to quickly engage the clinch.

The referee is called into action again to break them up, once apart they don't stay that way for long, coming together at the center of the ring in the final thirty seconds of the round.

Grinding heads together as they trade in a classic flyweight slugfest, fists flying quickly as they try to overwhelm their opponent, with a thin layer of sweat forming on their bodies as grunts and barks are heard from them till the round ends.

Pushing apart, they give their rival a stern stare before turning back to their corners, knowing that was too close to call for themselves, the crowd are loving it though as they stand and cheer both women on.

Round 4:
Stepping to the center of the ring, both are looking for that sweet spot to strike at, throwing feints and jabs to find it as they circle around the other, eyes locked in intense stares behind their gloves.

When Jessica goes for a left cross; Michelle dips under it, after landing a left hook to the ribs of the Canadian, Michelle lands an overhand right across the jaw of Lowndes to back her up.

Michelle uses her left shoulder to bump back Jessica, bodying up to her as she drills away at the abs, Jessica groaning with each clean hit as she needs to clinch up.

After being separated; Jessica tries to come back at Michelle with two cross punches, both miss as the Hall of Famer looks to have found another gear.

Instead a right smacks Jessica on her lips, with a left hook turning her head and sweating sweat flying off her, Jessica backs up on the defensive as she sees Michelle stalking after her.

Jessica can't land more then single punches at a time, Michelle's upper body movement along with her combos are keeping the younger fighter under control.

When the round comes to a close, the Hawkeye corner is ecstatic at what it saw as a shutout for their fighter, Michelle raises her right in the air as her supports chant for her.

Meanwhile Jessica returns to her corner, punching the top turnbuckle in a rage at her performance that round, Claudia sits her down and talks calmly to her to get Jessica to relax, it looks to be working as Jessica nods along to the advice she is been given.

Round 5:
Coming back out with more aggression, Jessica meets Michelle head on as they go to work in the pocket, heads rub when they get really in close to leave red marks, while their fists look to pummel the others abs flat.

Michelle nudges back Jessica but doesn't land as cleanly as she hoped with the right cross, instead she eats a double jab square into her face to snap her head back.

Sidestepping Michelle as she throws a right hook, Jessica smacks in a jab/right cross combo to shove her bitter rival back onto her heels at the outside of the ring.

Michelle and Jessica let their hands go when they plant their feet again, this time it is Jessica who disrupts Michelle's rhythm with a left forearm to her boobs, a right hook smacks the blonde across her head to knock sweat from it.

Allowing Jessica to back up Michelle to the ropes with two more clean hits to the face of Williams, who tugs Jessica into a clinch, both grapple along the ropes as even these clinches are a competition for them, showing whose the stronger.

Broken up so they can resume fighting, Michelle catches Jessica in the final seconds of the round with a left across her cheek, a right knocks back the head of the Canadian as she begins to power forwards.

The bell rings to end the round though, Jessica letting herself smile after a much better round, though as she sits and locks eyes with Michelle, the hatred can be felt across the ring.

Round 6:
Entering the final five rounds, both women have marked up cheeks and their bodies are glistening, they still look fit enough to go ten rounds as they move as quickly as the opening round to engage at the center of the ring.

They trade stiff shots through the others gloves to faces as they start another heated exchange, Michelle dips down to land two clean body shots that have Jessica groaning as she backs up.

As Michelle looks to build on it, she gets clipped near the temple by a right cross, the follow up left cross does smack her to the side of her head.

They resume in close slugging it out to the body, bumping shoulders as technically it isn't pretty to watch, with Jessica looking to have won the exchange with a sneaky uppercut that knocks Michelle back a step.

A follow up left/right across the face of Michelle makes her retreat back behind her gloves, where Jessica is landing a flurry of five punches, while they don't land they do push back the blonde to the outside of the ring.

Where Michelle is trying to fight her way from, she eats a straight right that busts open her bottom lip, with two more forcing her back into the ropes.

Jessica opens up on Michelle in the dying seconds of the round, sending several clean shots to those bloody lips to cruel make Williams cry out till the round comes to a close.

Getting wiped down in their corners, the Lioness corner looks to be the one believing this fight is going their way, Jessica grins as she stares hard at Michelle, who gives her a hard look back too.

Round 7:
The momentum is definitely with Jessica as she comes out her corner, knocking back Williams early with a left across her face, followed by a straight into the bloody lips.

She has Michelle moving around the outside of the ring, Jessica misses though with a jab to those lips as Michelle slips the punch and lands a counter right to the side of the black haired fighter.

Ducking down under a right cross, Michelle knocks the head of Jessica back with an uppercut, AN OVERHAND LEFT SMACKS JESSICA TO HER JAW TO SEND HER DOWN TO HER BACK!

Michelle nods as she jogs to the neutral corner, as if it were inevitable that she'd do this, 1...2...3.. Jessica shakes her head as she turns to her front, 4...5...6.. Moving to the ropes on all fours, her fans are cheering her on, 7...8.. Jessica uses the ropes to get to her feet, the referee checks her and dubs her OK to continue.

Stepping after Jessica looking to end this fight, Michelle dips several jabs from the retreating fighter, drilling in body shots but just missing with overhand punches to knock out Lowndes.

Who clinches up when she is knocked into a corner, Michelle trying to break loose as Jessica shows her fighting spirit to taunt Michelle by saying in her ear "even having me on the ropes you can't beat me bytch" the referee finally breaks them up with Michelle taking an angry swipe at Jessica that just misses.

The remaining seconds of the round sees Jessica smartly hold on when Michelle gets any rhythm going, frustrating the work of the blonde all the way up till the bell.

The Hawkeye camp are all smiling, telling Michelle not to get worked up over not finishing things now, they smell it is close to over for Jessica.

Across the ring the Lioness crew are working on getting Jessica ready for the next round, some blood is running from her nose off a left that hit her just before the bell, Jessica not looking too worried as she listens to Claudia, even after her worst round of the fight.

Round 8:
Michelle comes out throwing more jabs towards the nose of Jessica, who has to cover up more tightly as she moves around the outside of the ring, jabs flying from both fighters when Jessica decides to loosen up a little.

A right slams into the abs of Jessica, making her wince as a left hook smacks her across her cheek to back her up near the ropes, Michelle stepping in swinging two hooks that just about miss as Lowndes goes into a peek a boo guard.

Firing a straight out her guard to the mouth of Michelle, Jessica looks to fight her way off the ropes, making some headway as the older fighter is sent back towards the center of the ring.

But Michelle dips a left cross to bang in a right to the ribs, then an overhand left again hits Jessica across her now swollen looking right cheek.

Back behind her guard goes Jessica, who is looking pissed off as Michelle is beating her back around the outside of the ring, control is definitely square in the hands of Michelle.

When the bell rings Michelle is still looking business like, even with her looking to be winning the fight, she won't smile till she has the the win it seems.

Jessica again has her nose patched up, while Claudia works on reducing the swelling around her cheek and under her right eye, those left punches of Michelle really starting to do a number on Jessica's beautiful face.

Round 9:
Again Michelle looks to take the fight to Jessica, this time when she goes for the left cross up top she misses as Jessica leans back out the way, an uppercut snaps back the head of the blonde.

A right drills into Michelle's liver to make her cry out, Jessica bangs back her rival towards the ropes with a flurry of body shots, Michelle grimacing as her back touches the ropes.

Pulling Jessica into a clinch, the two lean on each other, blood running down their chins to the others back, the referee splits them up as their fans are roaring them on.

Michelle is getting beaten back when Jessica can work the body, she is gasping out and breathing harder as her hands are starting to dip, needing to hold onto Jessica again so she can take a breather.

Separated again by the referee, Michelle is having to fight off the back foot, spiking her opponent to the nose with a double jab when it looks like Jessica is going to raid her body again.

The round comes to a close though with Jessica getting a shutout round under her belt, more importantly she has Michelle hurting as the Hawkeye fighter sits on her stool rubbing her body, ice packs being used to numb the pain she is in.

Round 10:
The referee brings the fighters together before the bell to try to get them to touch gloves, instead they shake their heads as all they are interested in is getting the win.

Shrugging their shoulders; the referee signals for the bell "DING!" Off they go, Michelle looks to be trying to set up Jessica for a big hook from the outside, boxing off the back foot as Jessica is stalking her.

When Michelle pulls the trigger with a right hook, it hasn't the speed behind it to connect, Jessica ducks it and hammers an uppercut to the body of Williams, who gasps out as another one lands to drive the air out of her.

Trying to shove back Jessica, Michelle doesn't look to have the strength though, ANOTHER RIGHT TO THE LIVER SENDS MICHELLE DOWN TO ALL FOURS!

Jessica pumps her right fist into the air as she grins at Michelle, needing to be nudged over to a neutral corner, 1...2...3...4.. While Michelle spits out her gumshield to breath more easily, 5...6...7.. Pushing to her haunches, Michelle has tears in her eyes, 8...9...10 ending up counted out!

Winner Jessica Lowndes KO Round 10

After:
Raising her fists into the air, Jessica is all smiles as she spits out her gumshield, her reputation as the bogey woman for Michelle continues after this fight, going three to one in the rivalry now.

She heads over to Michelle; whose staring angrily at her, Jessica tells her "that's the look I love to see, so much for being the best bytch" Jessica laughing in the face of Michelle, making Michelle's face turn red as she knows she isn't in good enough shape right now to smack Jessica.

Especially when it looks like Jessica is going to turn to go to her corner; when Michelle gets up to one knee, Jessica sends her right foot into the gut of the beaten fighter to send her back down to the canvas, curling up holding her stomach as the Hawkeye coach rushes in to yell "get away from her!" Making Jessica laugh at them.

Returning to her corner, Jessica gets a cuddle from Claudia, who tells her "Michelle certainly will never forget you when she retires" Jessica replying "hopefully that's soon" making both laugh.

All the while Michelle is helped up to her feet slowly, she holds her stomach as theirs a red mark from the boot of Lowndes on it, she can't help sobbing with the pain that she is in.

Leaning against the turnbuckles in her corner as she sucks in air, Michelle stares daggers through bloodshot eyes at her bitter rival, her coach telling her "you'll pay her back ten fold next time, I can't believe she can be so lucky"

Jessica struts to the center of the ring with a smile, getting her right hand raised as she makes sure to stand facing Michelle as her fans yells "conquerer!" A term Jessica loves to use about her victories over Michelle.

That makes Michelle even more furious at the situations, she leaves the ring with her coaching team, heading up the ramp staring at it in disgust, there's no doubt she wants more of Jessica because she can't let her believe she is the better woman.

Back in the ring Jessica looks around it with her arms in the air, cameras catching her glorious in victory, a big smile as 2020 could be her year to return to the mountain top.

Stepping out the ring; Claudia and Jessica chat with big smiles about how they will celebrate this win, Jessica stopping at the top of the ramp with her arms in the air, soaking up the crowds love before heading behind the curtain.
