“I saw Wade’s boxing in ALBA.” Chabert says in pre-fight presser. “GBS thought that she would be a good matchup with me. I agreed and am glad to be boxing again.”
“Yeah I knew Lacey is a long time boxer and champion who is now a Hallmark Channel actress.” Wade answers. “I am here in the US boxing now and am going to show that I am here to stay.”

Amy Jo Johnson is the referee for this bout. She calls the boxers to center where she goes over the rules. She is in black short shorts which show off her backend very nicely and a referee’s shirt which has been cut to half its’ length to show Amy’s toned midsection. Johnson has them touch gloves before returning to their corners.

Round 1:

Fiona broke out first as the bout opened. The British boxer surprises some with her footspeed as she dictated the action early with her gloves and feet. Chabert was better on defense as the round went on. But she could not seem to get in multiple punches together thanks to Wade’s punches and footwork. Fiona took the round widely.

Round 2 & 3:

The next two rounds were close and Lacey won the 2nd and Fiona the 3rd. Chabert finally got off back to back crosses to Wade’s face early in the second round. Fiona going to jab at Lacey’s breasts but gets a right hook to her chin for the punches. Chabert chest up and inside on Fiona and BOTH SWING AWAY INTO EACH OTHER! The two are trading hot and heavy shots until the pair are tangled up together. Amy Jo untangles them and the bout continues. Chabert continues to jab and cross which helps her win a close round.

Fiona was more accurate during the third round even with Lacey throwing more punches. She thumped Chabert’s face a few times before the two exchanged some more punches. Then Chabert circles out of Wade’s range. Lacey went back to jabbing which did help her get to Fiona’s face with a couple crosses. Wade answered with a couple more hooks to Chabert’s breasts. Fiona took a close round.

Round 4:

Lacey comes out for the fourth using her right to land a heavy hook to stop Fiona in her tracks. Soon Lacey is bodying up her and driving her backwards. Chabert goes to Wade’s gut and ribs with some low swinging punches which take down her guard. Fiona manages to escape along the ropes with Lacey following her. Chabert continues to hit those ribs and gut when she can. Fiona finally decided to dig into Lacey’s jugs AND THE FIRE FIGHT IS ON! Amy Jo has to jump in and break up the punches as the bell rang during the fire fight. Lacey wins the round widely.

Round 5:

Chabert again came out and bodies up Fiona. Wade’s gloves are low and SHE PAYS THE PRICE! Lacey starts socking her head with hooks and crosses. Fiona covers up and tries to shell her head. Lacey turns and goes into her gut with back to back straight punches. Wade tries to wrap up Lacey but is socked in her mouth with another two uppercuts. THOSE REALLY ROCK HER WORLD! Chabert throws some more heavy leather into Wade’s face. FIONA GOES DOWN! Lacey is surprised and Amy Jo points her to a neutral corner. Chabert goes to it and Amy begins the count. Wade is on her back and stirs by 6 but can only be on her elbows by 10. KO 5 – Lacey Chabert.

After:

Lacey comes out of the corner smiling with her gloves up in the air. She walks over to Amy Jo where her right golden gloved hand is raised.
“Not bad for a Hallmark Channel actress huh?” Chabert asks the crowd before she poses and enjoys her win in the ring.

Wade watches from her corner as Lacey is celebrating and being celebrated.

After the fight, GBS spokeswoman Lisa Guerrero leads some reporters to speak to Lacey. Chabert talks about how good it feels to be boxing and winning again. She laughs at her revenge line in the ring. “Does this make Fiona the victim of a Hallmark Channel knockout?” she asks laughingly.
