TESS VALMORE
The fans that filled the Asylum were expecting possible 60 rounds of boxing. They got 27. The longest fight was Orrantia/Reinhart which went into the seventh. She shortest was Savre/Mudd which lasted less two.
Reinhart had the toughest fight of the night when her opponent and her experience are considered.
The card introduced a newbie, Daniella Savre. She lasted less than two to Mudd who has only had two conventional bouts. Savre’s first fight should be her last. I don’t think she is cut out for this type of activity.
Arterton’s win over Ochoa may have increased her number of wins, but probably won’t help her get a title shot. The same cam be said for Dennings.
Sarah Hyland is another with winning problems but Eillish is a newbie so the matchup between the two is reasonable.
Hill’s win over Smulders could possibly help her in the rankings. Smulders certainly didn’t have the best record but she had fought a number to top lightweights.
This was the last card of the month. For the month of March there were 70 fights bringing the total for the year to 192. The number of knockouts 192.
There were two debuts bring the total for the year to 15.
