BEFORE:

"Yeah," says AJ with a smile, "I'm the underdog. But, upsets happen, right?"

"She's better than people think," says Kat with a nod. "But, not good enough to beat ME."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside, and that's 'Walking on Sunshine' you hear behind us, but not the version you're familiar with from Katrina and the Waves, this is a cover by the lovely young lady coming to the ring right now, the star of ABC's 'Schooled', AJ Michalka!"

McCarthy: "And, I hope she blows the doors off this overrated, lucky Campbell Clone!"

O'Dell: "AJ down the aisle and into the ring. She's helped off with the robe to reveal that white two-piece she prefers. And, the crowd definitely liking what it sees. And, that's 'I Don't Feel Like Dancing' by Scissor Sisters you hear behind us, and here comes Kat 'The Rack' Dennings!"

McCarthy: "OVERRATED and LUCKY! And even LUCKIER we weren't fighting JMD!"

Tess: "Dennings with her sights set on another shot at the belts this year, so she needs to take care of business tonight."

O'Dell: "Kat ALL business as she climbs into the ring and is helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve. She's wearing that curve-hugging black number and it certainly gets the crowd's attention..."

McCarthy: "Her BODY is as overrated as SHE is."

O'Dell (sighing): "Ladies about ready to go. Time for some picks. Tess likes Kat. Mac?"

McCarthy: "NO FCBA wins for Michalka, but, she has good genes. She'll beat this Dancing Hooker and I will LOVE it!"

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I agree with Tess!"

O'Dell: "Here we go. Michalka in motion early. AJ, as we've seen before, moves very well, and that's apparently the plan in this one. And, it's a good plan, because there isn't a lot of percentage in standing in front of Kat all night. Blonde showing a nice jab here, Mac..."

McCarthy: "She's doing J-Mac stuff right now. Moving and sticking against a slow, Campbell-like opponent. Smart."

Cassie: "Of course, it didn't help MAC out much at the Tenth Anniversary card..."

McCarthy: "LUCKY! She got LUCKY and you ALL KNOW IT! EVERYONE knows it! My Twitter feed was FULL of comments about how lucky she was!"

O'Dell: "Kat slowly stalking. Patient. AJ sticking and moving. Sticking and moving. And, she's doing it quite effectively at the moment, keeping Dennings off balance, not allowing her to get the range and get the heavy shot on target. Final seconds ticking off in the first. There's the bell. Michalka and pretty wide, too."

Tess: "And, AJ takes the 10-9 lead."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Second begins with more movement from the blonde. Kat working the feet, looking to cut the ring, getting that done, going body. AJ ties up, slips away. Gets back to the war of movement. Dennings again cuts the ring, brings the blonde briefly to battle before Michalka slips away again."

McCarthy: "Just keep moving. That slow, unathletic Campbell Clone will wear down..."

Tess: "Again, she didn't wear down against YOU..."

McCarthy: "SHUT UP, WALMART!"

O'Dell: "Drink up, boys, as the ladies work to enforce terms. It's been a back-and-forth round, with Kat in control when she's able to bring AJ to battle, while Michalka gets points scored when she's in motion. Nobody able to get all of what they want, thus the round has been close..."

Cassie: "Kat being very patient. Not forcing this. And AJ taking advantage of that."

O'Dell: "Definitely is. Final thirty seconds of the round. AJ ranging around the ring. Kat cuts, works some body. AJ ties up, Kat punches free, lands a solid right hand before Michalka slips away. Blonde going to leg out the final seconds. There's the bell. Close to Dennings."

Cassie: "And, we're even at 19."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "AJ moving, boxing, creating space with the legs. Kat cutting, stepping to, working body, then landing a HARD right hand! Michalka shipped it nicely, slipped away. Now she's back in open ocean as Dennings works to cut the ring again, gets that done, works body..."

Cassie: "AJ hooking some ribs herself in there..."

O'Dell: "Is, indeed, but, she extricates herself as soon as possible. Doesn't want to be in that phone booth if she can avoid it. Kat cutting the ring again, though, crowding the blonde, banging the ribs and then FLATTENING MICHALKA WITH A RIGHT UPPERCUT! WHAT A SHOT!"

Tess: "Don't want to duck that head right there..."

O'Dell: "Kat to a neutral corner. AJ flat on her back with her eyes closed tightly. Referee's count at three. Four. Five. This is going to be academic. Can't believe she's getting up from that. Seven. Eight. Nine. TEN! It's OVER! And your winner by KO3 is Kat 'The Rack' Dennings!"

McCarthy: "DON'T YOU EYE ME, DENNINGS! I'LL COME UP THERE! I'LL COME UP THERE!"

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore."

Tess: "I have our winner, Kat Dennings, and, Kat, that was a heck of a shot..."

Kat: "Yeah, caught her with it pretty clean. She's sturdy, can take a punch. But, she wasn't taking that one. Nobody in this division was taking that one. Least of all your little friend out there."

Tess: "What's next for you?"

Kat: "Eyes on those belts. That's the focus. But, if McCarthy wants another shot, JMD or something? Yeah. We can do that. Briefly."
