Intro:
The series of 5 fights between Kate Upton and Kelly Brook sees them moving the action to Copacabana beach in Rio De Janeiro, JMDD rules will be in effect this time.

Kate is 26 years old; stands 5'10, her bra size is 34E and holds a record of 51 wins, 50 by knockout, with 16 defeats, she is the current 3 time FCBA welterweight champion and 2 time FCBA JMDD champion.

Kelly is 38 years old; she stands 5'8, her bra size is also 34E and holds a record of 45 wins, 34 by knockout, 61 defeats and 5 draws, she is a former 2 time FCBA lightweight champion and a former Queen of the Ice Hotel.

These two have fought 3 times so far; Kelly won the first fight but has since lost the last 2 fights to Kate in the BBU and FCBA.

The BBU network interviewed both women separately in case of any premature fighting before the official fight, Denise Van Outen given the job of doing the interviews.

Kate is understandably upbeat; telling Denise "I have already shown Kelly that I am superior in our first fight, now she wants to me to crush her jugs, I mean I did offer her a way out remember"

Laughing as she continues "Kelly is a dinosaur waiting for me to put her into retirement I guess, I'll say when she can retire now as I own her, just look at the photos from our last fight" talking about writing her bytch on the back of Kelly in lipstick.

Kelly doesn't look like she wants to talk, telling Denise "look I only have one statement to make, Kate you have pissed me off, so the only think I want is to beat you, I want to rip those flabby sacks of shit you call tits off your chest, I will smother you and I will have another present for you"

Kelly waves for her manager Melinda Messenger to come on camera and hand her a bra, one Kelly holds up to the camera with "Kelly's owns these" written across the bra cups.

"This will be my gift for you; a reminder for you that I am the better woman, one fluke win doesn't make you my better" tossing the bra at Melinda and storming off.

Fighting time; the ring posts are set into the sand itself, bleachers set up around the ring for the sell out crowd to watch this fight.

Out to the ring first comes Kate with her trainer Nicole Kidman, a big smile on her face as she struts to the ring, the fans whistling and cheering for her.

Her attire tonight is a gold coloured bikini, with matching gloves and her blonde hair is up in a ponytail.

Stepping into the ring; Kate jogs over to her corner and climbs up on the bottom rope, blowing kisses to the fans, before hopping down and beginning to warm up.

Now out comes Kelly with Melinda by her side, she looks all business as she marches to the ring, the clap of the gloves banging together maybe the sound of doom for Kate

She is wearing a red bikini with blue gloves with red thumbs, her brunette hair is braided.

Climbing into the ring; she gives the crowd a quick wave but quickly settles into her corner, with Kelly warming up with Melinda drilling her.

Both fighters come to the ring centre; squaring up to each other and making sure to press their jugs together, letting their opponents know what they are up against.

When asked to touch gloves; the fighters shake their heads as they just want to get down to business, the fighters ready to begin 10 rounds of JMDD action.


Round 1:
"Ding" both women get stuck in early after a few testing jabs, nearly butting heads as they lean down and starting swinging at their opponents jugs with venom in each punch.

They have to separate when it gets too much to stand and trade, leading to both circling and trading stiff jabs to the others jugs.

Kate deflects a straight and lands a right hook across the jugs of Kelly, making her hiss and back up as the American pushes the pace, stepping forwards to bang away at the sides of Brook's jugs with a right and left cross.

Kelly covering up as she is driven to the outside of the ring, Kate slamming her gloves into the forearms and gloves of the brunette to keep her back.

Till Kelly times her attack; parrying a left to step in with a jab to the body and an uppercut to the left jug of Upton has her groaning and stepping back.

Kelly now steps forwards and digs her fists into the fronts of the jugs of her opponent, aiming for the centre of Kate's bra cups to try to hurt her badly.

But Kate gives her a shove and comes back at her with her punches slamming into the jugs of Kelly, late in the round, Kelly gets her feet under her and both women go toe to toe to finish the round.

As the bell rings; both women glare at her each other as the referee is quick to get between them, ordering both back to their corners with neither coaching team knowing if their fighter did enough to win that round.

Round 2:
Back out they come; starting off with their jabs to measure the other up, not long again till they are getting in close to hammer their opponents jugs.

Grunts and groans can be heard as both are wincing already, sweat flies off their jugs as both set of mammoth tits threaten to break free of their confines.

Kelly misses with a right cross as Kate steps back, the younger fighter starts to use her range to rifle her punches into the tits of Kelly, making her wince and retreat.

Kate keeps the pressure on Kelly; forcing her to cover up and move around the outside of the ring, when Kelly tries to come out her shell, Kate steps back and drills a few punches that land on the top of her jugs, some slyly landing on the chin of her opponent to ward her back.

The Lookout fighter is making her corner team happy as she controls the action, making Kelly fight on her terms as she has the ring centre and keeps her back as she starts to redden the forearms of the defending Brook.

Who just ends up shoving Kate to get inside and works the body of the blonde as she drives her back across the ring towards the other ropes.

Kate though pulls her into a clinch and both barrel into the ropes, the referee struggles but does break the two warring women apart.

With Kate finishing the round strong by getting back on the move and striking Kelly's jugs cleaner at range then Kelly can fire back.

The bell rings and Nicole pats her on the back as she sits on her stool, sweat getting washed off her and some ice on her jugs.

Kelly's jugs meanwhile can be seen looking more redder of the two fighters, with Melinda working on her to get her ready for the next round.

Round 3:
Kate seems to have a game plan now as she sticks and moves, Kelly looks annoyed as she tries to get in close, but is met by straight punches to her jugs to back her off.

When Kelly tries to get inside by dipping under a straight, she gets in two body shots, BUT GETS NUDGED BACK BY A LEFT AND AN UPPERCUT HITS HER LEFT JUG TO KNOCK IT OUT IT'S CUP, WITH SOME OF THE PUNCH HITTING HER CHIN TO MAKE HER TAKE A KNEE!

Kate struts to a neutral corner as the referee stands over Kelly and begins their count, 1...2..3...4 Kelly rubs her left jug, grimacing as she does 5...6....7....8 she pulls herself to her feet to beat the count.

The referee gives Kelly an extra breather as she is ordered to get her left jug put back in it's home of her top, Melinda can be seen asking if she is OK, which she nods in reply.

As soon as they are waved to continue; Kate is looking to finish this, stalking Kelly back around the ring with her punches striking the gloves of Brook.

Who is retreating and trying to land out of her guard, but Kate parries a jab and lands a right to that jug, making Kelly cry out and she is nudged onto the ropes.

Kelly covering up as Kate hammers away at her guard, switching her punches up to the sides of the body as she looks to open the English fighter up.

With Kelly forced to clinch up with her rival, the referee forced to step in as they throw punches into the others kidneys with their right, both warned to keep things clean.

Kate again finishes the round the stronger as her punches force Kelly back on the defensive, the bell ringing to end the round as Kelly can be seen stomping back to her corner.

The Glamour corner work on numbing the pain in Kelly's jugs, icing them up as Melinda tells Kelly that she needs to call on her experience to turn this around.

While Kate looks relaxed; getting cleaned up as Nicole tells her "that's what we want to see, you've got her hurt, now do what you do best" with Kate smiling.

Round 4:
Kate comes out looking to keep the pressure on; stepping forwards behind her jab to take the ring center early and look for an opening to strike through.

But when Kate swings a right hook at the jugs of Kelly, she misses as Kelly steps out the way and comes off the ropes with a right landing to the body of Kate, it can be seen winding Kate as she steps back.

Kelly uses this chance to step in close and hammer the body of her rival, driving her onto the ropes as Kate can't force her opponent off her.

Instead Kate has to clinch up with Kelly; both wincing as they grind their jugs together, Kelly looking in more pain because of the earlier work Kate did.

But as they are pulled apart; Kelly isn't taking no for an answer in getting in close, coming forwards with her own jab as Kate is looking for a chance to take a breath as she moves back.

Kelly parries a left cross and lands a right under the ribs of the blonde, following with two more punches into the center of Kate's body to make her groan out.

Kate having to fight on Kelly's terms as she tries to trade with her, sweat flies off both fighters bodies as they gasp and groan out.

Late in the round; Kelly uses her left to shove Kate's head back and lands two right hooks across the jugs to make them slam into each other.

Kate is covering up as the round ends, Kelly nods over at Melinda as she heads over to her corner, happy to have gotten a real foothold into the fight.

Judging by Kate's face as she sits on her stool; Kate needing to suck in air as those body shots hurt her badly, Nicole trying her best to fix her up for the next round.

Round 5:
Both fighters circle and trade stiff single punches as they measure each other up, both looking pissed off as they move.

Till Kelly throws a feint left; then lands a right hook to the ribs of Kate, who cries out and tries to land a right of her own back, BUT IT LANDS ON THE SHOULDER OF KELLY AND LEAVES HER OPEN TO A RIGHT THAT LANDS ON THE LIVER AND KATE TUMBLES TO ALL FOURS!

The referee nudges a shouting Kelly back to a neutral corner, Kelly barking Kate to stay down; 1...2...3....4 Kate spits out her gumshield and sucks in air, 5....6....7...8 she tries to push up but the pain in her midsection makes her collapse back to all fours, 9...10 finding herself counted out!

Winner Kelly Brook KO Round 5

After:
Kelly pumps her fists in the air as she stares down at Kate, who can be heard sobbing as she stares at the sand while still on all fours.

Waving over at Melinda; who comes into the ring with a certain bra, Kelly gets her gloves taken off and goes over to her beaten enemy.

Nicole looks to get in the way; but ends up being shoved away by Kelly, who threatens to knock her head off if she tries anything, with the referee reminding Nicole that Kelly as per the stipulations can humiliate Kate without any interference if it doesn't go too far.

So Kelly gets her chance to pull Kate up by her hair to push her into a kneeling position, staring down into the tear soaked eyes of the blonde, she shouts "I f***ing own you!"   Kelly grins, leaning forward to give Kate a good, long, lasting look into her Brook's bountiful cleavage before she really starts in on the humiliation, purring out, "Take a good look at the bigger, better pair, little girl..." as that only makes Kate sob harder.    

Putting the special "Kelly owns these" bra on her shoulder, she rips away at the bra of Kate, being as rough as she can be to bring more tears to the eyes of Upton.

Once Kate's bra is off; Kelly gives both a hard squeeze to make Kate howl out and toss her head back, Kelly laughing at her as she tells her "you are lucky I am not in the mood to rip these pieces of shit off!"

Instead she puts her special bra on Kate, which looks a little small as Kate's breast bulge in it, she is wincing as Kelly whispers in her ear "I want you to always remember that I have the superior tits, when you go to spout crap how yours are better, I will remind you of this day bytch"    Kelly takes a moment to pull Kate up slightly by her hair, making her chest jut outwards to showcase the "Kelly owns these" straining over Kate's magnificent, but defeated, cleavage.   Kelly bellows out "MY JUGS STOPPED HER JUGS...MY JUGS OWNED HER JUGS!!", pointing towards Kate's cleavage and listening to Upton sniffling back tears as she can't deny it today as she listens to the crowd cheering for Brook.  

Standing in front of Kate again; she smirks as she says "only one thing to do now" with a loud "JMD!" Chant ringing out, Kelly pulls Kate's head into her jugs, giving her a jug smother.   Kate's face looks horrified, eyes widening as her face disappears between her foe's chest, just pushing at her abs and tugging at her surprisingly strong forearms, trying to turn her head free.   Kelly just laughing and beaming, totally pleased with herself as she hugs Kate between her jugs, making her foe motorboat them as she laughs and tells Upton, "Nobody escapes my smother.   You're mine...you belong to my tits now, little girl...", hugging her foe in tighter and tighter, hugging her into her jugs until the squirming Kate passes out and is shoved to her back.  

"You can have the bytch now, she's done!" Kelly tells Nicole, waving for her to take her fighter away as she heads to get washed down and a drink from Melinda.

Nicole with help from the doctor wakes up Kate and with help from medics, they get Kate up and out the ring, she rightly looks pissed off as cameras record the humiliation and defeat for Kelly to use over her.

Kelly flexes her arms to the fans after getting her hand raised by the referee, with her fans chanting her name as she celebrates a massive win.

This result puts the score between these two women at two's a piece, with things getting more personal with each fight, things are going to get worse between them before it gets better.
