This bout should be a big boost for Coleman. She entered the bout ranked at 14 in the flyweights. Bush was ranked at 14 in the bantams. Coleman’s win could will put her in line for a flyweight title bout.

Missy Peregrym gave up to much height and weight to the former lightweight champion. She didn’t have a good year (for her) last year. I wonder if she shouldn’t go back down to bantam, a division she at one time ruled.

Before he fight I thought Decker was making a mistake by moving up to welter, She did much better than I expected holding Upton to a close decision. Now I am not so sure although I still think she would be better at lightweight.
