Emma Watson versus Michelle Keegan

Results: Lookout!; Story: Caspian

Emma:
(28, 5’6, 31:23 FCBA, VIXENs)
Michelle:
(32, 5’4, 22:19 FCBA, Beever's Babes)

BEFORE:
Emma and Michelle recently sparking a comparison in a Golden Gloves poll down on the BBU forums, so of course everyone’s naturally excited to see how this clash might go tonight.

“Michelle may have won that darn poll, but it’s not gonna make much difference once we get in the ring with each other. Poll or no poll, it’s not going to stop me from winning tonight,” Emma says with a confident nod.

Much on the line here as Watson makes her much anticipated return to the ring - her first fight ever since that brutal KO loss to Olivia Holt last month, who managed to snatch the title away in nine rounds. Of course, Keegan looks smug from the other end of the table, with the online community and fans all backing her to victory.

“Face it, Watson. You never deserved to hold the belt in the first place. Now, you’re crying because I beat you in a popularity contest? Don’t worry! I’ll make the results official tonight after I knock you out in five rounds!”

Tough words from either camp as the two ladies square off at the podium: Emma sporting a two-inch height advantage here, but of course Ms Keegan’s got the goods and muscle to pack a powerful punch.

Hours later, we’re in the ring and set for ten rounds of Flyweight action. Emma dressed in a light amber sports bra, matching blonde hair tied up in a neat ponytail and white shorts for bottoms. Michelle in a black bikini, leaving little to the imagination, her red gloves up in the air as the referee announces her name. With a DING of the bell, HERE we go!

ROUND 1:
Not surprising that Michelle springs into action right at the sound of the bell, having heard rumours of Emma’s glass chin and her even glassier body. Let’s face it: the Vixen doesn’t exactly have the reputation for any one area of strength in particular, not her speed, power or aggression. In fact, some of us are still wondering how the Harry Potter starlet managed to win the Flyweight title in the first place all those months ago. Must be some sort of magic spell, if you ask us. But Emma does what she’s done before: evade Keegan’s attacks with an agility that’s unmatched, keeping her feet moving as she swerves side-to-side to avoid more hooks thrown at her head. Watson counter-punching with gusto, peppering Michelle’s body and face with steady jab combos, landing in ones, twos or threes, slowly but surely taking the round for herself before Keegan even realises what’s happening. Third minute and Keegan lets out a squeal when her chest takes a left-right combination in rapid fashion, with Emma caught smirking behind her gloves as she winds the round down firmly in her own corner.

ROUND 2:
Emma shows us that losing the Flyweight belt hasn’t slowed her down one bit as she continues to maintain her focused counterattacks, jabbing at Keegan only after the fellow Brit makes a first move. But Michelle also adapting quickly, slows down her aggression and instead picks and chooses the moment to strike, bashing fewer but harder punts into Emma’s arms and body, driving her backwards. Emma, certainly not expecting this counter-move to her counter-move, grunts as Keegan lands another straight fist to her lips with speed, showing off her own brand of agility she can bring to this fight. Third minute and Watson’s no longer smiling, breathing a little harder as she wonders how to regain her advantage going forward, whilst Keegan scores for herself one hell of a round from bullying a former champ about the ring.

ROUND 3:
More of the same as Michelle takes a couple more steps forward and Emma takes the same number in the opposite direction. Watson plays it safe but has to be careful if she doesn’t want to find herself cornered and knocked down to the ground early. Keegan’s strategy seems to be as such, firing jab-jab-hooks to scare the actress towards the corner and then madly dashing in to overpower her. Emma groans as the punches make contact with her arms and sides, but nothing really erroneous scores on her frame. Instead, she’s doing her best to snap leather back into Michelle’s face, rocking her chin once, twice, three times in between her wild advances. It seems to have done the trick: Michelle looks stunned and red-faced by the time the round ends, though Emma was forced to concede another round to her opponent.

ROUND 4:
Michelle’s chest jiggling wildly as she CHARGES all of a sudden! Must be at the beckoning of her own corner as she makes a beeline for Emma, hoping to overrun her position with shock and awe! Emma goes reeling backwards when a right hands slams into the middle of her guard, but otherwise takes the rest of the shots on her arms. Keegan gets in close enough to jam a couple more gloves into the Brit’s midsection, but gets her own head TORQUED the other way as Watson takes the abuse and lets loose her own hook clean into the side of her head!! OW!! Keegan wasn’t expecting that counterhook out of the blue, stumbles to one side and does her best to prepare for her counter-assault, but gets ROCKED again by an aggressive Emma Watson, who nails her with a right hook across the face, then another uppercut to the base of her jawline!! AND BACK KEEGAN GOES, collapsing onto the floor with a loud THUDD!

It’s a KNOCKDOWN for Emma Watson in the fourth round!! Good lord! An unexpected play from the British actress, who throws up her hands and smiles wide for the crowd! Can Keegan get up from this debacle?? She’s laid out on the canvas, arms crooked above her head and her feet crossed the other way - she only begins to stir as the referee hits the mid-count of 5… then back on one knee by the count of 8… a final SURGE upwards at 9 ends in disaster as Keegan collapses back down to all fours! The referee’s calling for the bell! It’s all OVER!!

Official Decision: Emma Watson defeats Michelle Keegan via KO4!

AFTER:
What a win for Emma Watson, who capitalises on her recent title run to push her way back to the winning column tonight. Relief flooding her face as she runs back to her corner, validation her journey thus far despite what all the pundits might say about her underwhelming title run.

She ignores Keegan from across the ring, her fellow Brit looking shaky even as she’s brought around by the medics by the ropes. Despite what the polls might say, popular opinion seems to not always translate to actual wins or losses in the ring, apparently!
