SOPHIE TURNER VS EMILY VANCAMP

Results: Lookout Writing: Archer

Emily: 34 YO, 5’8 (1.73 m), 53-23-0, 42 KO since 2004 Lookout Boxing

Before: “I’ll say one things for Emily,” says Sophie Turner at the press event before the fight, “she just keeps coming at you. I knocked her out only a year ago, but here is back at me again. I presume I’ll just have to convince her that she is just not the lightweight fighter I am.”

Emily’s eyes narrow into an icy glare at Sophie remarks, but Emily keeps her temper: “I believe that win last year was a fluke. I am out to prove it this time around and Ms. Turner is not going to like it.”

“You keep yourself that, Emily, and perhaps it won’t hurt so much when I put you on the canvas once again,” Sophie says with s malicious grin.

“I will only say that it is a foolish boxer who crosses anyone from Lookout Boxing, especially if that person is me!” Emily said in a menacing tone.

“Bring it on, Ms. Vancamp,” Sophie hisses, “bring it on!”

The hostility between the pair was still apparent as the two fighters headed for the ring on the night of the PPV. Emily was in a yellow bikini with black boots and gloves (yellow laces). Her hair was in battle braid don her back. Sophie was in a dark green bikini with light green boots and gloves (black laces). Sophie is wearing her blonde hair in a battle braid. Cold, hostile expressions as Emily and Sophie meet the referee at mid ring. The referee maintains order during the ring instructions and gets the pair off to their corners. Then the bell rings

R1: EVC out quickly and lights up Sophie’s chin with quick strike uppercuts. Sophie pulls back, circles around Emily and then moves in. Sophie striking at Emily’s head, but Emily able to dodge the incoming and land her own right against Sophie’s jaw. Sophie roughed up early, but still trying to press forward to get some counters on Emily but Ems proves elusive as she evades most of Sophie’s head shots Sophie trying to jab at Emily’s flanks to pound those side ribs. Emily coolly drives Sophie back with smashing rights and lefts Emily working crispy, relentless to keep Sophie under pressure to the bell. First round wide to EmilyVancamp.

R2: Sophie strikes back as the new round gets started with deep hooks into Emily’s abs. EVC bent forward as Sophie continues to hammer away. Ems trying to pull back out of range, but Sophie staying with her and now swats rights and lefts against the sides of Emily’s head. Emily lashes back with jabs that mainly work over Sophie’s juggs. Sophie shifts position and rams some vengeful rights and lefts into Emily’s bikini top. However Sophie has even more success when she clips Emily’s chin with snapping right and left uppercuts sending shivers through Ems’ body and forcing Emily to cover up around her head as the round draws to a close. Sophie Turer takes round wide.

R3: Emily and Sophie are aggressive out of their corners , but it is Emily who scores first with jolting hooks that rip into Sophie’s belly and ribs. Sophie tilts forward at the waist and then Emily brings a crushing right up into Sophie’s chin. Sophie shudders, takes a step forward AND FALLS ON HER FACE! Emily raises both arms in triumph as she then heads for the neutral corner. Sophie trying to push herself up as the referee stands over her counting. Sophie struggles to her beat to beat the count at “EIGHT!” Emily not pleased about this, but quickly resumes her attack when the referee waves her in. Sophie gamely fighting back with her jab, while trying to protect her head. Emily working Sophie hard to the midsection, but Sophie hanging in there, taking Emily’s leather the rest of the round. Emily wins round wide and scores a knockdown. Sharp words between Emily and Sophie cause referee to step in and send them to their respective corners.

R4: Bell rings and again Emily and Sophie are fast off their stools and start punching as soon as they can get into range. Emily goes for Sophie’s jaw with a big right, but Sophie turns and blocks it with her shoulder. Then Sophie brings her own right crashing back against Emily’s temple. Emily staggers back from the blow and DOWN SHE GOES! Emily lands in a sitting position looking up dazedly as Sophie hastens to the neutral corner. Referee moves in and starts counting. Emily pulls herself together and beats the count at “NINE!” Sophie wastes no time in getting back at woozy-looking Emily as soon as the referee makes the dubious decision to resume the fight. Sophie pounds Emily to the head and body, driving EVC to the ropes. Emily trying to slide along the ropes and escape the storm of leather that Sophie is unleashing at her head. Then a ripping uppercut to the chin sends Emily slamming against the ropes and her legs buckle. DOWN GOES EMILY. EVC stretched out in a heap next to the bottom rope. Again Sophie hastens to the neutral corner and this time there is no recovery. Emily still in softly groaning heap as official declares:

“YOU’RE OUT!”

THE WINNER SOPHIE TURNER DEFEATS EMILY VANCAMP KO4!

After: “I told her I’d beat her again and it took me only four rounds to do it,” exults Sophie Turner to the press after her win. “I trust even Ms. Vancamp will now realize I am her superior in the ring.”

Shocked and battered Emily Vancamp later speaks to the press: “It was sheer luck that she won. A lucky punch that rang my bell in the 4th and I just didn’t have time enough to recover. I will NEVER admit to that British bimbo being my superior!”

Two hard hitting lightweights went at it and it probably should have been no surprise that the fight didn’t even make it to the halfway point. Just too much explosive punching power. Emily Vancamp nearly won it in the 3rd with her knockdown of Sophie Turner, but Sophie came back and put Emily down in the next round (though she had to put EVC down twice to do it). Exciting while it lasted and no doubt their fans will be looking forward to the two ladies next outings.
