BEFORE: Time to party like it's 1999 but both Maria Grazia Cucinotta and Claudia Schiffer need to win one of these bouts to avoid being called cougar division punchbags going forward. Yes, that's a theme even on the wrong side of forty - or fifty - for these two hellcats. Both of Maria's losses came at the hands of Charlize Theron which maybe negates Claudia's advantage of working as the Lioness Club of America light/welter trainer since she lost a high-stakes German duell to otherwise inferior Heidi Klum back in June and she simply cannot afford another stumble tonight especially given the fact she's rumoured to challenge the likes of Monica Bellucci and Elle MacPherson before the year is over.

Maria Grazia Cucinotta wears a savoy blue bikini set & silver gloves. Long black hair tied in a sleek ponytail. Claudia Schiffer wears a red corset, white hotpants & black gloves. Long blonde hair tied in a curled ponytail. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the welterweight division.

Round 1:
Power slugging dominates the early action as both women show no intent to move around much and simply keep firing upstairs to see who owns the supreme strenght. Maria lands the best punch as she nails the blonde on the lips and makes her wince but the response comes in thick and fast and neither of these two wants to yield an inch before the Italian finally shows a different edge and whacks the younger foe across the boobs. Ugh! Claudia catches her breath back slowly and fails to stop Maria from blasting her to the body thereafter... this change of pace forces the German back however she still gets trapped on the ropes as Cucinotta barks in her jabbing efforts and outworks the reeling opponent. Uh-oh! Another looming disaster for Claudia? She locks the brunette into a tight clinch but eats another low series as Maria simply want to blow her away ASAP and manages to plug another body assault come the final stretch which leaves Schiffer sagging badly. She swings one over the top to smack the Italian on the nose but eats a thumping chest shot moments later and slumps into loud spasms as Cucinotta taunts her verbally to underline her dominance during this opening round.

Round 2:
Claudia relies on her power as she keeps slugging over the top while Maria think the blonde is oh-so hittable she's gonna fold any second now... she flies in with a left hook and bounces off the German's lips but allows Schiffer to beat her for a stinger of a punch from the inside that finds the jaw. Maria wobbles to her heels a little too easily but she wants to push off as Claudia sets up a piledriver hook herself... both women let it rip at the same time and Schiffer gets there first!!! She tags Cucinotta on the nose before adding a follow up without a reply... Maria spins to the side and gets SMOKED on the ear that renders her woozy on the spot!!! Ugh! She wobbles forward with a whimper and drops her mitts too low to cover up for another German power shot... Claudia steps into the uppercut and CRUSHES the Italian on the jaw... Maria screams out in pain but her legs give way regardless and DOWN SHE GOES!!!! Schiffer gives her a lenghty stare and doesn't even have to rush back to her corner as Cucinotta buries her face in her gloves and descends into loud spasms... she doesn't even try to get up here and the ref stops the count at seven with the proud Italian laid out like a cheap #####!!! Stunning KO2 Claudia Schiffer!!!

AFTER: Talk about blowing the other woman up! Claudia looked all lost at sea after the opening round but needed less than two minutes to secure a power-punching recovery which probably says more about Maria's vulnerable jaw more than anything. That seems to be a common trick with most of these cougars. They can still throw a punch but taking on the proverbial chin proves very problematic indeed. Poor Maria learned about it the hard way.

Claudia has her gloves removed and lifts the sobbing Italian off the canvas only to send her for a Walk of Shame and Maria still holds her aching jaw during the procedure before she's shoved back onto the ropes amid wild cheers from the audience. The German cougar acknowledges the praise and turns back to the nearest camera to say it loud and clear: "Monica, you're next!!!"
