The personal life of Katya Jones has dominated the press over the last few weeks but the pro dancer is ready to rumble in BBU again and she's got plenty of mean intentions she simply has to release which could spell bad news for Frankie Bridge tonight. The Saturdays' singer remains very popular with the fans despite her lousy record and claims she's less than impressed by Katya punching the dangerous Inna into submission last tie out: "No worries, I have this overrated bimbo covered!", she tells BBU TV's Charlie Webster, "Katya is a loose cannon and she will regret charging out of the gate like everyone tells me. She's way too predictable and I don't think these dancers should be hyped like that. When I was on Strictly Come Dancing, we had some action backstage and that was anything but impressive. Just look at Ola Jordan! She's had all the hype and no results. Katya just doesn't have it either!"

Katya Jones wears a navy blue bikini top, white panties & red gloves. Long dark brown hair tied in a high ponytail. Frankie Bridge wears a yellow bikini set & red gloves. Shoulder lenght dark brown hair loose & straight. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.

Round 1:
Katya blasts out of the gate like Frankie anticipated but the dancer's footwork still makes the early difference as the singer gets whacked up the chimney and simply can't match the high-octane attack. Ugh! Katya barks in her jabbing efforts that find the target very easily here which forces Frankie into immediate response. However the singer lacks the genuine power to make an impression and gets spun to the side when Jones cracks her on the chin a couple of times. Katya settles into the head-hunting pursuit driving Bridge onto the ropes where she keeps slicing her high guard aside and scoring easy numbers at the expense of the overmatched opponent. Frankie swings back in singular fashion but remains trapped in this jabbing hole for remainder of the round and shakes her head in frustration when the bell finally interrupts the Russian charge.

Round 2:
More of the same in the second as Frankie struggles to embrace the jabbing tempo and drops back into coverage when Jones connects with the chin attack. Some heavy strikes bounce off the singer's face and she only finds brief respite trying to outmanouver the pro dancer around the ring. Katya almost bursts into laughing spasms when she finally traps the reeling foe in the corner but there's some boxing job to be done and she overpowers Bridge with more jabbing galore that rocks the victim's head back repeatedly until Frankie can at least clinch her nemesis. This allows Jones to explore some body assault but there's little success there as the ref appears to be helping the subdued Brit a little and delays the separation. Frankie finds nothing from behind the guard either and eats a late hook on the brow ridge that sinks her on jelly knees to close out the action.

Round 3:
Frankie's urged to attack with more juice but Katya remains in the groove and matches the singer stride for stride until she beats her for a nasty overhand hook that tears a small gash around the previously swollen brow ridge. Frankie might be brave enough to slug it out here but she just can't take a proper punch once Jones rattles her with more precision. Ugh! The singer's head rocks backwards and the Brit yields real estate underneath the head-hunting assault before she runs out of room and sinks on the ropes as Katya tries to plug her in the midsection to avoid the desperate high guard. She keeps Bridge trapped in the hole for remainder of the round but fails to find that put away hook and barks in frustration at the bell as Frankie wipes her sweat off her swollen face.

Round 4:
Frankie's aggressive approach lasted all of one round as she tries to lure the pro dancer into a counter-punching trap early in the fourth alas Katya still beats her for the overhand exchange and sucks into a slugging vacuum down the stretch. Bridge just can't escape the supreme footwork of her opponent which is a lethal combo when you add the Russian's aggression as the not-so-secret sauce. Ugh! Frankie ends up hugging the ropes come the second minute and struggles to swing back from behind the guard as Jones racks up more punches up the middle to literally beat the Brit into stupor. Frankie weaves on her feet back & forth but offers nothing little resistance overall and yells out in pain when Katya threatens to open that small cut around the left eye into something really serious. Ugh! The swelling gets visibly bigger and Jones picks the easy route to shut the aching foe down during the final stretch.

Round 5:
Katya sends the aerial attack to drop the singer into early earmuff but it's quickly getting worse for Bridge who just can't escape the close range attack while struggling to match the slugfest drill. Katya splits her mitts with more venom and bends her in the gut to open another hole; Frankie wobbles forward but instead of clinching the dancer she drops into a brutal uppercut on the jaw that LIFTS HER OFF THE CANVAS AND SENDS CRASHING DOWN IN A HEAP. Ugh! This was one blast too many for the petite brunette to handle and Frankie stays down with her eyes closed while the count passes her by! KO5 Katya Jones!!!

AFTER:

Katya yells out in delight and parades around the fallen opponent before the ref shoves her back. She appears to be extremely animated for a while yet and issues a warning shot during her post-fight interview with Charlie Webster: "Yeah, I'm ready for the big stage! I don't get enough credit here! I'm soooo much better than my record indicates! Grr.. Frankie is popular enough this win must make enough noise... if not then I'm gonna wait for Cheryl Cole or Jorgie Porter... I deserve my slice of the elite pie and boy, I'm coming after all these overrated bimbos! We Russians like it tough!"

Final result: Katya Jones def. Frankie Bridge KO5.
