BEFORE: It's unusual to see a reigning champion so lowly rated ahead of a title defense but Lacey Banghard's ill-fated attempt to remove Cheryl Cole from the lineal flyweight throne has send the cat among the elite pigeons according to BBU TV's Denise van Outen. Moreover her tonight's opponent Gemma Merna enjoyed back-to-back wins over Sam Cooke & Imogen Thomas both whom are much heavier & larger in size than Banghard. Alas the champion points to her epic punchouts of Lucy Pinder & Helen Flanagan both whom are considered supreme to Cooke & Thomas by severals fans & experts around the country:

"That's correct, Denise! Don't sell me Gemma as a favorite here! She'd get her fake boobs punched right off by someone like Lucy Pinder! Sigh... It's about time people stop sucking on any blonde bimbo's kneecaps! Gawd, I hate Gemma Merna!"

Meanwhile Gemma is simply amused by Lacey's finger-wagging: "Look, I've been through a lot in this league! Lace is just another Page 3 girl gone rogue. But nobody has much respect for these wimps! She's the champion alright but it's time to expose her reign as fraud! I have no idea how she beat Helen Flanagan but I'm gonna erase her name from the elite bracket tonight!"

Lacey Banghard wears a violet bikini set with black trim & silver gloves. Long dark brown hair tied in a sleek ponytail. Gemma Merna wears a red bikini set & black gloves. Round 1:
The champ wants to establish some authority and comes flying into the blonde's rack! She stuffs Merna on her heels upon initial impact and drives more leather almost at will as the challenger struggles to stretch her elbows. The tiny brunette thrives in close range and makes repeated jug-to-jug contact even when she's not bouncing her mitts into the enhanced target. Gemma tries to respond but fails to match the champ's intensity and tails off towards the ropes while Lacey adds extra hooks on the chin just to show the Hollyoaks stalwart who's calling the shots in the ring here! Gemma abandons the immediate slugging response and covers plenty of real estate to keep Banghard in mid-distance for remainder of the round.

Round 2:
Gemma's superior reach finally comes to the fore and she easily otworks the otherwise cocky champion in mid-distance. Lacey might have vanquished Helen Flanagan but Gemma still lands crisp shots on target and wobbles the brunette to the side repeatedly in the opening minute. Lacey's quick footwork allows her to escape the danger zone but she just can't follow through in this mid-range stance and only glances the blonde's enhanced rack while soaking up abuse from both flanks. Gemma barks in her efforts to blast the glamour model into the corner but also struggles to dwarf her mobility and the fight takes a free swingin' approach come the final minute with minimal damage revenue.

Round 3:
More of the same in the third; Merna secures the initial jug muggin' contact and keeps Banghard at bay while steering her flanks into the obvious area. Lacey dances around most of these efforts but allows the actress to run the action from the front and Denise van Outen is unsure whether she can keep this effort going for a lenghty period of time. Merna seems happy enough with this bullying drive that forces Lacey to walk the rope before scything her upstairs against the JMD flow. She bounces off the top of Lacey's forehead at first but then whacks her on the nose and sends tripping into the ropes where she unloads more point-blank range heat! Lacey squeals in pain as she endures a jug-lifting assault but it's all Gemma here late in the going as she blows the brunette's rack into a wild ride along the ropes! Huh! The ref has to pull the blonde stunner away at the bell and TIG manager Melinda Messenger looks downright livid out there!

Round 4:
Lacey goes duck & weave early but then ignites the jabbing turbo that just beats the Hollyoaks stunner for pace... she nails Gemma on the windpipe and makes her scowl in shock but there's more trouble coming as the champ sends the uppercut blast to whip the challenger onto her heels. Lacey seeks quick jug-to-jug contact while almost jumping at the stranded blonde and she literally head-butts her rack next which causes more mayhem soon afterwards. Merna tries to swing from the back foot but gets drilled on the solar plexus and sinks on the ropes where Banghard bangs it HARD from the south to lift the enhanced cleavage into the blonde's slumping chin! Huh! The uppercut beating has Merna yelping in pain come the bell but Lacey just can't knock her down here and doesn't look all that pleased at the bell!

Round 5:
Lacey uses the mix of speed & attrition to pump more uppercuts into Gemma's rack during the opening minute and the blonde challenger develops a clinching habit thereafter just to slow the brunette down. These tiny little glamour models are a true elite pest according to Nicole Richie's pre-fight memo and it's about finding a way to squash them into a pulp! Lacey proved very durable in rounds two & three but the aggressive approach could still land her in a bad spot if treated the right away. Lacey tries to break free via rabbit shots to the kidneys and she literally turns the larger woman around in the corner before blasting a sky hook that finds Merna's jaw outright and drops her into spasms. Ugh! Lacey drills the enhanced target one more time and enjoys a ten second bashing run-off where she really adds punishment that took Helen Flanagan down before. Advantage L.B. at half-distance again!

Round 6:
Lacey's battled back into a commanding position and now goes for the kill... she drops down on the blonde's rack from each side but gets staggered when the seemingly aching actress whacks her on the solar plexus and triggers another mindless bash in the center of the ring... Merna skims off the jugs to connect with the chin a couple of times but Lacey refuses to back off and tears it up via uppercuts only to get smoked with a belting hook on the liver she never saw coming... ugh... she half-spins to the side and then gets pitch-forked by a vicious uppercut that dissects the solar plexus again and pulls the plug on her oxygen supply... Oi, Lacey!!! THE CHAMP IS DOWN!!! Brunette girl on her knees and trying to catch her breath back in time... but she CAN'T!!! She gets up at eight & two-thirds and still looks to be hurtin'. She pleads with the ref - with her arms no less - but can't utter a single word and actually slides against the ropes with that familiar misty-eyed look on her face... Oh, boy! THE REF WAVES IT OFF AND YOUR NEW BBU JMD CHAMPION IS GEMMA MERNA!!!

AFTER: "You lucky bytch!!!", TIG manager Melinda Messenger jumps into the ring and barrels down on the fellow blonde but gets swiftly put away with a left hook and tumbles down at Lacey's feet. She tries to get up but then Nicole Richie mounts her out of nowhere with the help of Jennifer Metcalfe who served as the Lookout! Atantic cutwoman tonight. Meanwhile poor Lacey is still not in the physical shape to tackle the 2-on-1 catfight taking place in the ring and gets dragged to the canvas by Gemma herself who applies a headlock and tries to breast-smother the brunette via side-guard. Meanwhile Nicole Richie lets Jennifer Metcalfe to ride Melinda's face out and stands over Gemma while taunting the aching Banghard as well: "C'mon! You're getting clowned by the real champs! Both of ya! Stupid hoes will never learn!"

Gemma laughs at Lacey's attempts to break free from the headlock and there's a danger the former champion passes out before she can verbally admit the jug superiority but then it's all over for Messenger as well as she's been facesitted outta her senses and Lacey bursts into tears who begging Merna to stop the press mount. "You WIN!! You WIN!!! Your jugs WIN!!!", she taps out frantically and Gemma finally lets her go...

"So, we've rendered the manager unconscious and now Lacey is a crying little bytch too! What do we do next!?"

"We take 'em hoes back to the hotel to really have fun there! Melinda will be taking some cock tonight and Lacey might as well eat her ass in the process!", Nicole vows to take no prisoners that even makes Gemma a little puzzled: "Where did..."

"Kim Kardashian had those crazy ideas when she was still a part of our gang! Might as well use it on these Page 3 hoes!"

"I'm not a HOE!!!", Lacey begs for respect but only gets her bikini top ripped off by Nicole who's clearly enjoying this night too much!

"I'll take that, slut! And be frickin' quiet or else you're getting rammed in the ass!!!"

Lacey obeys to the order and can only watch in horror as Jennifer Metcalfe tells the Lookout security staff to escort both her and the unconscious Melinda Messenger back to the locker room... this will be a long night for the TIG crew yet!
