Intro:
Now two former BBU bantamweight champions face off to try to move closer to reclaiming their title, Helen Flanagan and Daisy Ridley meet on PPV in a long awaited clash for fans of the BBU.

Heading into this fight, Helen hasn't fought since the end of last year, her last victory in the ring was against Imogen Thomas two years ago in a JMD fight, she has a lot to catch up on in the bantamweight division.

Since she was champion in 2018, Daisy Ridley has come to the BBU, won the title last year and has been kicking arse on both sides of the Atlantic, she comes off a victory over another former BBU bantamweight champion in Doda (Dorota Rabczewska) last month.

The fighters were asked for their opinions going into this fight on the BBU TV networks studio, first in the hot seat to be interviewed by Denise Van Outen was Helen, wearing a tight black dress that shows off her curves with a wicked grin as she sits down.

Asked about why she has been quiet in the ring, Helen answers "two reasons really, one has been my acting career taking up my time, unlike Daisy I actually have to go act on a show, I think her one hit wonder status is over right" tapping her chin with her right index finger as if thinking about that.

"The second reason I hate to admit was to take stock, two years ago I was in the running to be the best bantamweight, hell best fighter in all the BBU, then I lost the title to that filthy s*** Doda, after that I lost my way as a fighter, now I think along with my management that I am ready to return to the top" admits Helen as she looks more serious.

Smiling coyly as she can guess the answer, Denise still asks how Helen feels about her opponent, Helen snorts before replying "she got lucky to play in Star Trek or whatever that junk she was in was called, people need to just give up on her because everything she seems to do is over hyped till people begin to see that really she is nothing special" a hint of jealousy to her voice as she stares hard at Denise.

Leaning forwards Helen finishes by telling the interviewer "when we fight I am going to bury Daisy's career in the ring, maybe if I feel like it I might bury her between these to make sure she gets the memo that she doesn't belong at my level" teasingly cupping her tits with a wink of what might be to come for Ridley.

Who is next in the hot seat looking her usual bubbly self, shaking Denise's hand before sitting down in a black skirt with a white blouse, she tells Denise "I always love coming here to talk, you are great" making Denise warmly smile back as she knows Daisy honestly means that.

The first question is about how she feels about fighting another former champion in two months, Daisy replies "I've always said I want to fight the best, this is a dream come true for me, to step into the ring with the likes of a Doda, now with Helen is what gets me up early to go for a run, even as my brain tells me five more minutes" laughing with Denise as the interviewer agrees with that.

When told that Helen has been less then flattering about her and her career, Daisy shrugs her shoulders before she says "each to their own, I am proud of how far I've come in my acting, definitely how far I have come in the ring, had you told me when I started this journey I'd be a champion, I would have nervously laughed because I didn't think I could do it, now I have won a belt and beaten some great fighters" beaming as she remembers all those she has beaten with a sense of pride.

The final question is can she reach that pinnacle again? Daisy smile grows as she answers "I am bloody well going to try (laughs) my stable has backed me to the hilt, so I owe them as well as myself to push my way back up the mountain, maybe tackle Alice (Eve) back down the BBU one or even knock Bella (Thorne) off her perch in the FCBA, either way I know now I can do" Denise wishing her luck as it is clear who she wants to win the fight.

Fight night; out first comes Helen Flanagan with Gail Kim following behind, Helen is wearing a red hoodie with her stables name in black letters across the front with a black set of claws running down the center, she struts down the aisle looking like she hasn't been away for a single moment.

Gail helps to take the hoodie off to reveal Helen is wearing a red sports bra, matching trunks, shoes and gloves, her hair is tied into a ponytail as she steps through the ropes into the ring.

Where she poses at the center with hands on her hips, asking the crowd "did you miss me?" To a loud cheer from her fans, making Helen laugh before jogging to her corner, Gail reminding her the fans won't help her win this fight.

Out comes Daisy with Jennifer O'Dell beside her, the proud Star Wars actress is wearing a baby blue coloured satin robe with the hood up, waving to her fans as they are chanting for her.

Getting help with the robe as she stands at the ring steps, Daisy is wearing a blue sports bra, matching trunks, shoes and gloves, while her hair is tied into a fighting ponytail, smiling as she jogs up the steps.

Stepping into the ring, Daisy bows to each side to show respect to the crowd, Jennifer gives her a fist bump when they head to their corner, talking about the tactics as Daisy nods while looking in the zone.

The referee waves the fighters together at the ring center, eyes locked as they listen to the final instructions, Helen has a cocky smirk compared to the more serious looking Daisy.

Bumping their gloves hard into their opponent's set, they turn back to their corners with steely gazes, bouncing on their toes as the referee signals to the time keeper to ring the bell, starting 10 rounds of bantamweight action.

Round 1:
At the bell both are up on their toes, Daisy looking to keep this fight at range as she dances around Helen, who is coming forwards trying to close the gap as soon as she can, moving her upper body to create openings while dodging.

The first twenty seconds are like a chess match with both trying to find their range, Helen just missing with some overhand punches as Daisy just about gets out the way of them in time before landing a double jab to the top of Flanagan's head.

Feinting this time with her straight, Helen moves to her left before coming up with a left hook to the jaw of Daisy, quickly she steps inside the reach of Daisy to kick things up a notch.

Both fight hard on the inside but Helen is winning the exchanges, using short sharp hooks to the body to make Daisy hiss out, nearly headbutting the Hollywood star a few times as she works in tight to back up Ridley.

Who isn't looking so hot in the inside exchanges, needing to use her left to push back Helen late to land a right cross that seems to do the trick, allowing her a good flurry of three punches square into the soap stars face just before the bell rings to end a slow burning round.

Round 2:
Warming up to the task at hand, both are starting to let their hands go more, Helen getting inside to work the body with some meaty sounding hooks, before she is knocked back by cross punches to her head.

Timing Helen coming in better, Daisy manages to sidestep the smaller fighter to bury her jab/straight combo into the side of Flanagan's head, keeping the range better as the round continues.

Helen is landing some hard shots when she gets in closer, the issue is she can't get in as tight as before, her face being peppered with straight punches to mark it up already, making Helen need to tighten her guard.

Coming into the final moments of the ring, Daisy lands a crisp double jab through the mitts of Helen, an uppercut follows to knock Helen onto the ropes with Gail going nuts at seeing her fighter get pinned down up till the bell rings to end the round.

Jennifer looking more impressed by Ridley after that dodgy start to the fight, Gail meanwhile is yelling at Helen to use her brain, knowing they can't let Daisy get settled in this fight or it will be a long one for them.

Round 3:
Helen comes out more aggressive to catch out Daisy somewhat with an overhand left across her cheek, the follow up uppercut to the body has Ridley groaning as she finds herself being driven backwards.

Along the ropes goes the fight as Daisy tries to fight her way off them in the opening minute, finding herself being punished to the body by Helen, whose trying to stop Daisy being as mobile around the ring.

After clinching up with Helen, once they are broken up and she has room to move, Daisy lands a beautiful counter right across the face of Helen after stepping out the way of a left hook, a double jab follows into the mouth of Helen to knock her backwards now.

Taking the ring center, Daisy is bashing back the smaller fighter again, keeping Helen mostly at a safe distance, with Flanagan banging her gloves together to show her frustration as she keeps looking for openings that are being shut off being a ramrod straight into her beautiful face or chest.

By the time the round ends, Helen mouths "f***" as she knows she let the round slip away after a great start, Gail not happy with her once she returns to her stool.

Round 4:
Doubling and tripling her jab up now, Daisy is bashing back Helen more quickly now, forcing the smaller woman around the outside of the ring, while looking mighty comfortable at the center.

Sweat keeps flying off Helen's head as it is snapped back, blood is coming from a cut under her bottom lip as a mouse is forming under her left eye, showing the punishment she is taking to get inside the reach of her opponent.

Who is dancing back when Helen does move in closer, taking mostly cuffing shots across her body, Helen sneaking in a few punches across the boobs of Daisy to at least give her something to think about.

It is mostly Daisy though landing her punches, hurting Flanagan when she pinpoints those cut lips, causing more blood to run down the chin of the Kear's Kat's fighter, more yelps to come from Helen as she forces her around the ring.

Till late in the round when Helen slips a jab to pound three right hooks under the ribs of Daisy, who grimaces as she backs off, Helen keeping in close as she pressures Ridley back into a corner, where she tees off on the body till the referee has to pull her off when the round comes to an end.

Gail needing to patch up Helen as she is starting to look a mess with the blood dripping onto her boobs, still Helen doesn't look ready to quit as she stands up for the next round, Daisy staring hard at her as if wondering when Helen will just go down.

Round 5:
Sticking to what has worked so far, Daisy is jamming more hard punches square into the face of Helen early on, knocking her backwards as she is looking to add more juice to her punches it seems to end this.

Helen now forced to clinch as her bloody lips are reopened, some of the blood dripping onto the boobs of Daisy now as they press together, trying to out muscle each other till they can be dragged apart.

As they resume, Helen is dipping down more to jab away at the abs of Daisy, who bangs her own jab along with her straight into the top of Helen's head, opening a small cut under the left eye of Flanagan to add to her woes.

Still Helen won't go away so easily, feinting and ducking more to get inside, Daisy is getting her own headache coming on as she is starting to miss more as the round is heading towards a conclusion.

A left hook lands under the ribs of Daisy to make her wince, followed by a right square into her liver, DAISY'S EYES GO WIDE WITH THAT PUNCH AS ANOTHER TWO BODY SHOTS MAKE HER GO DOWN TO HER KNEES!

The crowd erupts from as much shock as anything at the turnaround this round! Helen heading to the neutral corner with eyes firmly locked on her opponent, 1...2...3...4... Who is really facing her first gut check of this fight, 5...6... Daisy pushes up to her right foot as she sucks in air, 7...8... Taking all the eight count she can as she gets up.

But as the bell rings moments later, Daisy looks relieved to hear it, she is cradling her stomach as she looks to be hurting alright, Helen not looking much better as her face is wiped down, Gail with her team needing to work hard to patch her up.

Round 6:
Coming out to fight, Daisy looks more flat footed as Helen doesn't rush in, both trying to pick their spots as they know this fight is suddenly on a knife edge, one mistake could be it for them.

Daisy tries to land a left hook but misses, leading to two lefts buried into her body, AN UPPERCUT TO HER LIVER AS SHE BENDS OVER INTO ANOTHER UPPERCUT, THIS TIME TO THE FACE OF DAISY TO SEND HER TO HER BACK!

Looking to her corner with her right fist raised, Helen has a cocky grin on her face as she walks to the neutral corner, 1...2...3...4... Daisy spits out her gumshield as she lays on her back looking at the lights, 5...6... Sucking in air as she barely moves, 7...8... Daisy looks in agony as 9...10 that's it for Ridley! She is counted out!

Winner Helen Flanagan KO Round 6

After:
What a comeback by Helen! She was on the back foot through most of this fight, hell she doesn't look much a winner looking at her as she puts her hands on her hips while looking at Daisy with a smirk, her resilience coming through in the end to pick up the win.

On the other hand Daisy is needing help to sit up, an ice pack placed onto her body as she looks close to tears, as much from disappointment as well as the pain she is in, Jennifer putting her left hand on her shoulder as she tries to lift her spirits by pointing out how well she was doing.

Though the Knockout camps mood isn't helped as Helen brags "loser!" As she heads past them to go to her corner, laughing as she sees the scowls from O'Dell and Ridley in reply.

Back in her own corner, Helen gets a smile with a nod from Gail, who wasn't impressed with how her fighter got to the win, just happy that Flanagan was able to pull it out the fire when all hope looked lost for their victory.

While Daisy has to be helped to her stool, Jennifer talking her through what went wrong before they stop as they look at the center of the ring, where Helen is going to get her hand raised by the referee.

Pointing at the camera with her right as her left is raised, Helen says "the best is back" waving the hand down her body as if showing herself off after this war, probably not helping her standing with the other bantamweights in the division right now.

Daisy shakes her head before she steps out the ring with help, still holding her body as she'll be sore all of tonight most likely, her supporters applaud her for her effort, even if she doesn't look to receptive tonight to them, more focused on what went wrong as she keeps talking to her coach over what happened as they head to the back.

In the ring Helen tells Gail "that's the rust off me, now it's time to reclaim my title" with Gail smiling as that's what she wants to hear, seeing the fire back in the belly of Helen after her sabbatical from the ring.

Heading out the ring, Helen will enjoy the ice bath waiting for her more then most times, with her future looking back on track to glory, whose next for the former champion of the world?
