BEFORE: Isla Fisher has distanced herself from her Australian acting peers and now calls Hollywood her home but it's been ages since she broke through on the TV classic "Home & Away" back in the late 90s. Kym Valentine comes from the "Neighbours" background so she hasn't exactly forgotten that part yet Green & Gold's Sarah Cumming believes the redhead's US foray is the real reason that draws nothing but ire from the brunette cougar.

Isla's BBU career has been nothing short of a disaster but let's see if she can turn her fortunes around under ACB banner tonight. Meanwhile Kym has punched Esther Anderson out on the Championship PPV last year but lacks experience to further boost her profile against an otherwise lacklustre redhead according to pre-fights betting odds. Sarah Cumming thinks this one could go either way so let's find out which spicy cougar wants it the most!

Isla Fisher wears a green sports bra, matching hotpants and golden gloves. Long red hair tied in a curled ponytail. Kym Valentine wears a navy blue sports bra, white hotpants and red gloves. Long dark brown hair tied in a thick bun at the back of her head. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.

Round 1:
Apparently the two cougars don't want to follow the durability script all that much as they race into a quick jabbing assault that dissects each guard very easily indeed. Isla cashes in with the first strikes and snaps the brunette's head back however Kym responds well from the back foot and shows no signs of crumbling under the redhead's Hollywood aura at all. She breaks through Isla's mitts to clip her on the jaw twice before a big hook NAILS the redhead on the left eye and wobbles her into spasms! Ugh! Here comes the follow up and Isla gets smacked on the jaw with a piercing uppercut that SENDS HER CRASHING DOWN on the canvas! Uh-oh!!! That was way too easy there for the Sydney native but her gloating over the fallen foe enables Isla to earn precious seconds before making a full recovery at seven. Kym jumps into immediate follow up action however Fisher fends her off with steady defensive circles and works over the top when she gets reeled onto the ropes. Valentine seeks a proper haymaker finish but gets tagged on the mouth herself as Isla rides the counter-punching recovery to see out the clock.

Round 2:
Kym rallies to connect with Isla's chin early in the second again but she fails to put enough power behind her efforts and gets swamped by the redhead's accurate response over the top. Isla finds her stride in classic counter-punching while the brunette lacks the mobility to stay clear of the striking range. She soaks up too many of these crisp blows and bends into spasms when Isla literally bursts her lips into a swollen mess half-way through the round. Ugh! Another big hook catches Valentine on the brow ridge and her guard collapses come the final minute which allows Fisher to pound her back to the turnbuckle and sink with a couple of good belters on the exposed tummy. We haven't seen much of that downstairs action so far but Isla enjoys a thumping reminder that's still a viable option to put any girl away as she leaves the brunette gasping for air at the bell.

Round 3:
Valentine must really hate the redhead's guts here as she jumps into another head-hunting frenzy but Isla's experience and supreme mobility allows her to escape the heat and cash in on the counter-punching route again. She DRILLS the brunette to the jugs and clips her jaw once she splits those mitts and begins to stack up punches in close range. This war of attrition simply wears Valentine out on speed dial and she gets thumped back to the ropes where Fisher blasts her across the lips again and again to increase the already worryingly visible swelling. Ugh! Kym sinks on jelly knees and has no answer to the high-octane rush but Isla simply can't put her away as she bangs a series deep into the brunette's gut in the closing stages to underline her dominance. She groans in frustration once the bell rings but trainer Holly Valance urges her not to let the intensity down with Valentine clearly unable to live with it!

Round 4:
Kym's feisty attitude has deserted her while Isla bounces off her ribcage with a swift downstairs attack the Sydney native never saw coming. Ugh! That's called a punchbag drill here as the brunette wilts under the redhead streamroll and even though Isla's power supply is anything but elite, the sheer amount of leather crashing into Valentine's guts makes the all important difference. The brunette's response gets blocked off but soon Kym bellows out into painful shrieks and gets clobbered into the ropes where she's unable to fend off these pesky gut shots anymore... SHE TAKES A KNEE just after the one minute mark and that looked awfully bad from Kym's resistance standpoint... she gets up at eight but gets blitzed by the Hollywood actress from both flanks and a nasty hook on the jaw cripples the aching brunette once more... she stumbles to the side and with her gloves dropping low, she has no chance to avoid a  brutal one-two combo that NAILS her on the nose and results in immediate blood spillage!!! Ugh! She groans out her loudest and half-turns against the ropes but the ref is quick to react and STOPS the fight to check if Valentine's good to go here... that's kinda generous from the man in charge and Isla's rightfully upset about it but the doctor then declares Kym's nasal injury too severe to continue so the redhead walks away with a TKO4 victory regardless!!!

AFTER: The Brisbane audience was greeted with a speedy slugfest between two cougars and while Isla's Hollywood status far exceeds her boxing skills, she still managed to punish the brunette in her own right. She got a little fortunate that Kym's nostrils couldn't handle the big combo in the fourth but The Metermaids will take the big 'W' any which way. It's not like Isla wants to mount a proper title challenge at this stage of her career anymore: "It's all about making these tramps pay! I never got enough credit for my big breakthrough in the States! They're all frickin' jealous! Kym was running her mouth on the Seven News the other day but boy, she's kinda silent now, isn't she?" (laughs). Sarah Cumming reluctantly agrees with the redhead's post-fight comments but that awkward look on her face indicates her personal opinion is probably *slightly* different.

Final result: Isla Fisher def. Kym Valentine TKO4.
