Clearly there was no question who the NO 1 Flyweight at the Maulers stable was,Sydney Craven ruled the roost,but what about the runt of the litter.

2 contenders stood out both petite brunettes,Amy Leigh-Hickman and Louisa Lytton.

Louisa was still to break her duck in the BBU,even her summer jaunt to Brisbane ending in an embarrassing defeat to Vanessa Morgan,while Amy had been easily disposed of by Samia Ghadie in her debut bout.

So there was only one way to settle who the whipping girl was put them in the ring together.

The Maulers base at Basildon Boxing Club was suitable for both girls and the die was cast.

Pre-fight

Louisa confident as ever despite her stats.

"Who the f**k does this newcomer think she is,she isn't even part of the Eastenders cast anymore,i'll enjoy making her my first victim"grinned the dazzling brunette.

Amy more controlled in her brief press call.

"This dumb b**ch will get my career up and running simples"smiled the younger fighter.

Louisa first to ring walk accompanied by her long-term bestie,Emma Bunton.

A smattering of applause from the sparse crowd,who Louisa acknowledges with a wave,before revealing her fighting outfit of grey tank top with black leggings,her brunette tresses in a relaxed bun,the usually smiling actress had a game face as she shadowboxed with Emma.

Amy followed her entrance more subdued,Jasmine Armfield her stablemate and long time friend,keeping the youngster focused on the job in hand,Amy attired in a simple white swimsuit,her long brunette locks hanging loose.

Round 1
Louisa's steely blue eyes glinting as they touch gloves,Amy's brown eyes also intense,the ref waves them into battle.

The older girl busier at the start,aware of her own glass jaw,she decided attack was the best form of defence,and worked well behind her jab some swift left hooks keeping Amy honest in her defence,the inexperienced youngster content to trust her guard and counter punch for now,but Louisa edging the opener purely on work rate alone.

At the bell Louisa skipping to her corner happy,Amy more subdued but getting a gee up from Jasmine,to pick up the pace.

Round 2
More of the same from Louisa,showing surprising aggression as she backs Amy towards the ropes,the youngster again relying on her footwork to avoid many of Louisa's heavier shots,Jasmine screaming at her former co-star to show more intent,but Amy happy to take the flak from a fired-up Lytton,confident the older brunette didn't have the firepower to finish the job.

Again Louisa's round though putting her in the driving seat.

Round 3
Quieter round this one Louisa backing off the breakneck pace of the opening salvos,and Amy again using her speed and catching Louisa with a cracking right,forcing Lytton to cover up for the first time.and making her more wary of the youngster's quick hands.

Put this down as an even round,still Louisa with a good lead on the scorecards though. 

Round 4 
Louisa again asking all the questions at the start of the 4th,just waiting for the right moment to throw a killer bomb,about halfway through the round Louisa again backing Amy into the neutral corner and stepping forward to finish her prey,Amy ducks a vicious right hook,and with Lytton exposed plants a brutal gut punch into Louisa's midriff,Louisa rocked by the sudden turnaround desperately scrambles for survival as Amy looks for a stoppage.

Louisa resorting to clenching as Amy mocks her weak stomach,the ref splitting the fighters as Louisa gasps for air,Amy's brunette eyes lighting up at the prospect of her maiden victory,even against such a porous opponent,Louisa maintaining a tight guard for the rest of the round,and gratefully slumping in her stool clutching her aching abs.

Jasmine purring with approval and telling Amy to go for the jugular"you've found her weakness now exploit it"chided the statuesque blonde.

In the opposite corner Emma vainly tried to rally a pained Louisa"get back to basics and keep working her"implored the Spice Girl.

The whimpering brunette nodded,but Emma doubted her message broke through the haze that enveloped Louisa's mind.

Round 5
Sadly Emma's advice required Louisa to have plenty of energy,and that brutal gut buster had winded her considerably,her movement was telegraphed and Amy easily avoided the flatfooted Louisa's attacks,and continually caught the older fighter with a strong jab,Louisa almost slowing to walking pace now,as Amy upped the ante,peppering the elder girl with some solid body shots,Louisa's weak defence was easily punctured by Amy's rapid attacks.

Another big round for Amy,as she merrily receives her water from a smiling Jasmine."you've softened this b**ch up now finish her off".

Emma meanwhile attempting to revive an ailing Louisa"keep in there babe! you can still beat her"Louisa's downcast blue eyes suggested otherwise though.She mournfully rubbed her queasy stomach and grimaced.  

Round 6
Amy dictating the tempo now as Louisa's attacks almost dry up,the youngster patient in her approach,not wanting to allow her beleaguered quarry a chance to turn the bout again,Amy feinting to go downstairs and then switching and catching a forlorn Louisa on her chin,Louisa turning away as Amy powers onward,as Louisa's guard is raised Amy happy to target Louisa's abs once more,and then as a tired Louisa lowers her guard,a booming right-hand catches her flush on the jaw.

LOUISA GOES DOWN! her blue eyes glassy and vacant.

And the referee starts the count,but everyone knew it was a routine action.

Sure enough the ref reaches ten and Louisa is still unmoved from her imposed slumber.

KO 6 Amy-Leigh-Hickman.

The excited youngster embraced by Jasmine as Emma tries to revive a spark out Louisa,finally Louisa's eyes flickered open and she blinks as the light hits her.

"Did i win"she queries confused,and then as reality struck she bursts into tears.

Amy milking the small gathering and hoping this performance would kick start her career in the BBU.

As for Louisa her management will continue searching for a winnable fight for the sexiest jobber in the BBU.
