(Fight Club UK vs Marti's Maulers)

Intro:
The world famous York Hall in London sees a battle of young soapstars, Lorna Fitzgerald and the undefeated Sydney Craven do battle tonight.

Lorna is 22 years old; she stands 5'2 and holds a record of 1 wins, that by knockout and 4 losses.

Sydney is 24 years old; she stands 5'3 and holds an unbeaten record of 3 wins, all by knockout and 0 losses.

The fighters were interviewed in the build up at their gyms, Lorna finishes sparring with her stablemate Holly Hagan and steps out the ring with a bottle of water.

"Hey guys; so I know things haven't been great for me in the ring, but I am super confident I can beat that overrated Sydney, I mean is taekwondo really a sport?" Asks Lorna as the journalists look at each other with a "is she serious look"

"If she tries kicking me then I'll kick her back, I'm not really in the mood for all her karate kick bullshit, so just get her in the ring with me soon" says Lorna as she goes off to shower.

In the Maulers gym; Sydney shows off her punching power as she works a punch bag, smiling as she throws a few expert kicks for the journalists into the bag.

Once she is done; she grins as she heads over to them and tells the press "I can't wait to get that bytch Lorna in the ring so I can smash her, I had the displeasure of working with her, so now this is just going to be fun for me"

Taking her gloves off, Sydney continues "I hope I can get big fights after this one, I mean I did blast out Samia Ghadie earlier in the year, I am sick of fighting these bums" grinning as she leaves it at that.

Fight night; Lorna is out first with her trainer Katie Price, the blonde beauty is heading out with a smile on her face as she waves to the fans, Katie orders her to stop as she clearly wants her in total business mode tonight.

Lorna is wearing a green sports bra, matching trunks, gloves and shoes, while her hair is up in a fighting ponytail.

Stepping into the ring; Lorna remembers not to engage the crowd as she about to raise her hand to wave again, instead jogging to her corner to warm up under the eyes of Katie.

Sydney now comes out with her coach Kara Tointon; she looks fully focused as she marches towards the ring, banging her gloves together as she can be heard telling herself to "smash the bytch"

Sydney is wearing a red sports bra with gold trim, red shorts with gold stripes down the sides, red gloves with gold thumbs and red shoes with gold laces, her brunette hair is braided for battle.

Getting into the ring; Sydney gives Lorna a deathly stare, before she heads to her corner to limber up and chat with Kara on what she is going to do.

The fighters are brought to the center of the ring by the referee, straight away they square right up, eyes locked as the tension between them can be cut with a knife.

After the instructions are completed; the referee asks for them to touch gloves, where both simply swipe them as they want to get things started.

Once back in their corners with their gumshields placed in; the referee signals for the bell to ring to start 10 rounds of flyweight action.

Round 1:
Both fighters come out with jabbing attacks to start; Sydney looks the more comfortable early on as she moves her head more to dodge her opponents punches, while landing her own more cleanly to the face.
They are light on their toes as they move around the ring; testing each other out as Sydney seems to have a cocky smile.
But as she throws a jab; Lorna slips under it and throws a left into the gut of Craven, followed by an overhand right across her face to push her backwards.
Sydney tries to step back to keep Lorna back, but the blonde sticks in close and shows she is here to fight as she works the body of her opponent.
Lorna takes a few punches to the top of her head to knock her back, as Sydney comes swinging in though, Fitzgerald ducks under and again lands a left to the body, then a right to the ribs, before she dances out the way of a counter left.
Sydney looking a little frustrated as Lorna uses skirmish style tactics, getting to the inside and moving out with only glancing blows landing off her head.
Late in the round though; as Lorna moves in close, Sydney sidesteps her and lands a straight to the side of her face, then a left onto the front of her face.
Before she can press her advantage; the round ends and it's the Fight Club camp happy with the start as Lorna heads back to her corner, getting told by her coach to keep this up and it'll be an early night for her.

Round 2:
Back out towards the ring center come the fighters; Lorna sticking on the move as Sydney begins to stalk her more, as Sydney misses though, she is met with her opponent slipping inside to work.
An uppercut nearly catches Sydney out as a warning that she needs to be careful around the blonde as she dances back behind her jab.
Lorna keeps to the game plan; moving in and out to strike as she looks to keep her opponent guessing where she is going to come from.
But as she tries to do it late in the round, Sydney catches her with a left across her lips and a straight on her nose to ward her back.
That seems to buoy Sydney as she starts to time Lenora better, catching her coming in to the top of her head with jabs and straights.
While Lorna still manages to pop some stiff shots to the body of the brunette to keep Sydney knowing she is there.
The bell rings with both looking annoyed as they head to their corners, both sets of coaches talking to their fighters about stepping it up in the next round.

Round 3:
It seems both have listened as they throw more punches in volume now, Sydney early on gets on the move around her opponent to keep her on the outside.
Lorna though gets in close after parrying a straight and puts her head down as she works the abs of her opponent, looking to bully her to the ropes.
The response of Craven is to nudge her back with her left shoulder, ploughing a left/right combo straight into the face of the blonde to knock her backwards.
Lorna goes to dip down to move inside, but it is clear that Sydney is fully warmed up now, as the brunette slams a jab and a right to the top of Fitzgerald's head.
Sydney starts to control the action, drilling her punches between the mitts of her opponent as she almost dances around her.
The Fight Club corner shout for Lorna to get stuck in; except that is hard to do when at best you are landing glancing blows to the body of your opponent.
Sydney does miss with a left hook as she tried to do real damage instead of continuing to be patience, showing some inexperience as Lorna dips under it and lashes an overhand right into the cheek of the bigger fighter.
The final part of the round sees both women scrapping in close range, both grunting loudly with effort as they just keep throwing stiff shots.
The bell rings with both shoving apart, then turning back to their corners, with Lorna hiding her look of contempt, while Sydney has a grin as she knows this was by far her best round.
Sitting down in her corner; Lorna has Katie yelling at her to get her head in the game, accusing her of being too soft, which upsets Lorna as she says "what more do you want?!"
The Marti's corner simply smiling in reply as they love the infighting going on, Kara reminding Sydney though to keep her eyes on the prize and only celebrate when this is said and done.

Round 4:
The round begins with both women going back to where they left off the last round, circling and slugging each other to the face.
Till Sydney evidentially hears the shouts coming from her corner; Kara reminding her to box and that leads to Sydney moving back with a double jab striking Lorna on the nose.
As the round continues; it is clear that Sydney's prior fight experience is showing, her footwork is causing trouble for her opponent, who keeps missing mostly with power shots.
Sydney again breaks the gloves of her opponent with a double jab, then lands an uppercut that knocks Fitzgerald onto her heels.
Where Sydney presses onwards with her punches smashing into the face of Lorna, with blood starting to run from the nose of the Fight Club fighter.
Lenora clinches up with Sydney, with the older fighter seen to be insulting her over needing to grab onto her, the referee needed to break them up.
As they continue; Lorna doesn't look so keen to step in again, the rest of the round seeing Sydney hunting her around the ring, mocking Lorna to swing at her as she taps her chin.
The round ends with Sydney nodding over to Kara that she thinks her opponent is done, Kara hard pressed to disagree as she wipes down her fighter and they chat about the fight.
Lorna has her nose worked on as Katie continues to yell at her, the Fight Club corner the complete opposite of calmness right now.

Round 5:
Lorna heads out much more defensive now, getting a scowl from her coach as she looks to rebuild her confidence from behind her guard and her jab.
Sydney doesn't look in the mood to let her though, hammering her own jab into the gloves of her opponent, till she feints and as Lorna moves to the left; the real right comes around her guard to the side of her head.
That makes Lorna try to fight back as her guard cracks open, but that bloody nose becomes a big bullseye and Sydney keeps landing on it to make Lenora cry out and back up.
As Lenora misses with a right cross; SYDNEY LANDS AN UPPERCUT TO ROCK THE HEAD OF LORNA BACK, THEN A POWERFUL RIGHT SMACKS HER RIGHT ON THE NOSE TO SEND HER TUMBLING TO HER BACK HOLDING HER NOSE!
Sydney points at Katie and says "she's done" as she marches to a neutral corner, 1...2...3....4 Lorna lays on her back crying as she holds her nose, 5....6...7 even as Katie yells at her to get up, Lorna just turns to her side and curls up with her hands still over her face, 8...9...10 ending up being counted out!

Winner Sydney Craven KO Round 5:

After:
The unbeaten run continues for Sydney; who is looking like one of the finds of the year by the Marti Maulers management.

She struts around the beaten Lorna with her blood stained gloves raised in the air, getting a loud roar from her fans as they clearly loved the merciless finish to the fight.

Lorna meanwhile has the ringside doctor checking her nose, with Katie screaming "you are just the stupidest little bytch I have ever had to work with!" The doctor not looking too pleased having their ears ringing with Katie's shrill voice.

They wave for Lorna to be taken to the back as they suspect she might have a broken nose, making Lorna sob loudly and the doctor wondering if this is worth the paycheck dealing with this lot.

Sydney and Kara laugh as they watch them go out the ring, Sydney telling Kara "she was always just a big baby on set, God I waited too long to punch her f***ing face in"

The referee soon comes over to her and they head to the ring center so her hand can be raised, her fans give her a loud round of applause and wolf whistles as she flexes her arms.

Though still work for the rookie to do, it'll be interesting to see how she steps up as she can't keep fighting this level of opponent forever.

Leaving the ring with Kara; she seems to agree as she starts naming women like Frankie Bridge and Perrie Edwards, Kara laughing and saying to tell the boss not her as they head to the locker room.
