BEFORE: The sample size is very small when it comes to these two models and Mathilde Tanton's defeat to Diana Korkunova looks even worse upon closer scrutiny but the French social media starlet thinks she can bounce back in style versus Sports Illustrated 2018 rookie Robin Holkzen. The Dutch model hopes to repeat the kind of success Doutzen Kroes and Romee Strijd enjoyed on both sides of the Atlantic but accepting the powerful Mathilde Gohler's challenge on her BBU debut proved to be a very bad idea indeed. The odds are up for Holzken against the slender-build French blonde who doesn't really offer a huge upside considering she got knocked out by a flyweight! 

Mathilde Tantot wears a white bikini set and blue gloves. Long dark blonde hair tied in a loose bun at the back of her head. Robin Holzken wears a salmon bikini set and white gloves. Long light brown hair in loose waves. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the lightweight division.

Round 1:
Robin channels her inner Doutzen Kroes and gallops up the middle to immediately put the pressure on Mathilde's guard... and that guard is leaking punches like skittles early which sends the blonde into spasms while she's getting DRILLED!!! Uh-oh!! Robin works left-to-right and doesn't even have to move around as she glues the fellow model to the spot and snaps her head back repeatedly... Tantot struggles to connect with a single punch and bolts towards the ropes but Denise van Outen notices a bruise or two on that innocent French face already. Nowhere to hide for Mathilde who gets spun sideways when she soaks up another brutal hook and Holzken sets her up for a piercing uppercut THAT SENDS THE OTHER GIRL CRASHING DOWN ONTO HER KNEES!!! Weeeeee!!!!!! That was fun!!! Disaster for Mathilde who barely beats the count at eight and she looks downright shocked staring at her opponent with misty eyes. Robin bounces right back to smack the French high guard around and she buries the blonde onto the ropes with Mathilde unable to answer the call... Ugh! She bellows out into more spasms while Robin tries to knock her head off and SHE KNOCKS THE ACHING TANTOT DOWN for the second time with another piercing hook on the ear. Ugh! Mathilde sits down on her heels and just shakes her head. Her fighting spirit has deserted her so the count mercilessly - or perhaps mercifully - passes her by! Wicked KO1 Robin Holzken!!!

AFTER: It seems like Mathilde was fed to the wolves tonight and losing to Diana Korkunova should have been a huge warning not to accept a fight versus a potential light/welter tweener. Robin blitzed through her in perfect fashion but Denise van Outen calls for a tougher opposition for the Dutch model next time around. If Gohler was a bad match-up for any rookie then Tantot proved to be equally extreme just in the opposite direction. We still don't know whether Holzken can match Doutzen Kroes' production but she's gonna be a favorite with the fans alright! Meanwhile Mathilde could use some bantamweight experience first because she's going nowhere against the power-hitters above 120 lbs based on tonight's evidence!
