(Free Agent vs Free Agent)

Intro:
Two undefeated fighters step onto Sotavento Beach in Fuerteventura, Carmella Rose and Malena Costa want to see who is the better fighter and hope to move further up the rankings.

Carmella is 24 years old; she stands 5'8, holding an unbeaten record of 2 wins, both coming by way of knockout, with 0 defeats.

Malena is 30 years old; also stands 5'8, holding an unbeaten record of 1 win, that coming by way of knockout, with 0 defeats.

They share one common opponent in their young careers, Clara Alonso fought them both, losing to Carmella by referee stoppage in round seven, compared to the knockout Malena scored in the eighth round of their Spanish derby.

Before the fight both women posted videos where they were training hard for this fight, getting pulses racing as they worked out in tight bikinis to maybe get acclimatised to fighting in a bikini then trunks and shoes.

On the day of the fight both sat on the beach next to each other with their feet in the water, looking more like they were on holiday they going to fight it out.

Carmella spoke first to the camera focused on them, saying "don't worry Malena I'll get to you in a minute, I just want to say what a joke it was finding out that Jessica Clements got a freaking award last week, I kicked her ass and yet she is the one with the stable, god I'll love a chance at smacking her back down again!"

Malena doesn't disagree as she says "oh don't get me started on that bytch Clara (Alonso) we both beat her and yet here we are on the outside looking in, needing to fight each other to get any recognition"

While Carmella smiles at that and it looks like they could be a friendship blossoming, the American turns to Malena to tell her "while I agree with you, we needed to fight whatever happened, I didn't see anything special about you when you fought Clara, I did a better job against her then you did"

Smirking at Rose; Costa replies "as I saw nothing special in you honey, I watched tape how you fought her to get ready for my fight, you were like a bull in a the ring, unlike Clara I can certainly play the matador to you if you try that with me"

Laughing at Malena, Carmella stands up and dusts some sand off her firm buttocks, she looks down at her opponent and says "we can talk all day and hey maybe we'd be great allies against those Siren bytches, what fun would that be though?"

Nodding as she pushes up to her own feet, Malena answers "too true Carmella, we both want to get at each other, so how about we do that now and may the best woman win" Malena holds her hand out for Carmella to shake, which the younger woman bats aside as she says "let's see how we feel after this before deciding if we are on shaking terms?" Getting a stern look from Costa.

They step over to the special ring that has been set up, no ring ropes, just ropes pressed into the sand in the shape of a ring, with both women agreeing before hand that fighting out of boundaries would be allowed, while a judges table has been set up nearby with two cameramen filming the action, as there is no crowd watching this, strictly just those needed for the fight to take place.

Carmella takes one corner that has a red stool in, she is wearing a stars and stripes pattern bikini top, navy blue bottoms and gloves, her hair is tied back into a ponytail, as her coach rubs her shoulders to loosen her up.

Standing across from her in front of a blue stool, Malena is wearing a red bikini with yellow trim, yellow gloves and her hair is also in a ponytail, her coach is giving her last minute advice as she listens intently to them.

The referee asks if both women are ready, not bothering with a touch of gloves as they seem keen to get going, the bell rings to start 10 rounds of lightweight beach boxing action.

Round 1:
"Ding" at the bell they come out up on their toes circling, the first minute sees both showing the other plenty of respect, testing their opponent out with probing punches.

Carmella is the one to go looking to push the pace, Malena shows patience though by stepping back to dodge two cross punches, rifling a straight into the nose of the American to bring a tear to her eye.

While Carmella is being more aggressive with her attacks, Malena is showing off some great counter punching, digging punches into the lips and nose of Rose to make her think hard about when to strike.

Sand is being kicked up as they move around the ring, Carmella feinting with a straight so she can land a short sharp left under the ribs of Malena, finally giving Carmella a chance to step in closer to work.

With thirty seconds left in the round, both dig their feet in the beach to trade hard shots, neither backing off from this heated exchange as they are keen to win this tightly fought round.

The bell rings with neither looking too satisfied with how things went, sitting on their stools facing each other, their eyes are locked already as they know they have a worthy test in front of them.

Round 2:
Starting off a little more aggressive then the opening round, neither is rushing their attacks but they are letting more punches go, loosening up with each clean hit they land.

Till Carmella dips a left cross to bang in three body shots, forcing Malena to retreat backwards, an overhand right just misses the cheek of the Spanish fighter as she leans out the way in time.

It is becoming clearer though that Carmella is taking control of this round as she is getting in closer to her opponent, taking several clean shots to her face to do it, once in tight though she is digging to the abs of Costa.

Who nudges back Carmella, a nod comes from Malena as she seems to admit that her opponent is boxing well, she quickly reminds Carmella what she can do though with a straight/left cross combo knocking back the head of Rose.

As the round heads into it's final few seconds, Carmella lands a left to the side of Malena's head, followed by two more punches through the gloves of her opponent to knock her back onto her heels.

Malena covering up as Carmella throws a flurry at her, most land on gloves though as the bell rings to end the round, Carmella bouncing back to her corner grinning as she feels she got that round comfortable at the end.

Round 3:
Moving her upper body more to dodge punches, Malena is darting more inside to land to the body of Carmella, then dances back out to range.

She also doesn't seem as worried about the boundaries as before, remembering it seems she can step out the roped area to dodge to land her punches to the body and cheeks of her opponent.

Who lands a double jab as she steps inside, both rub foreheads as they work in close, fists going to work on the other woman's bodies as they grit their gumshields not to cry out.

Malena stepping back to open up space to land a right across the cheek of Carmella, who retreats back as Costa comes after her with four punches heading towards the head of Rose, only one gets through the gloves of the more defensive American.

Carmella needing to deflect a right to open up Malena to a straight to the top of her head, she then steps in two two lefts under the ribs of the older woman, looking like she wants to rough her up as her head comes close to smacking into the mouth of Costa.

Who when the bell rings doesn't look too impressed by the move, staring hard at Carmella as the American heads back to her stool, Malena getting told off her coach "don't let her get into your head kid, you are the better boxer, wear her down and knock her out"

Round 4:
There's definitely more aggression coming from both fighters, the kid gloves are off so to speak as they lace each other with more combinations on the inside.

The upper body movement of Malena seems to be giving her the early advantage though, she is slipping punches before landing straight shots, one busting the bottom lip of Carmella to give Malena a rye smile.

While Carmella is trying to work out how to land more cleaner shots, as they pass the hallway mark of the round, she feints with a left and throws a straight to the abs of her opponent.

The more focused body work from Carmella is giving her more success, Malena grunting with every clean shot as she can't hide that they are hitting cleanly.

But as they go into the final forty seconds, Carmella's left is too low and she eats a right hook to the side of her head, Malena knocks her head back with three more clean shots, with the feet of Carmella stepping out the boundaries.

At the bell she looks down and mumbles a few curse words, annoyed that she got knocked back so easily late in that round, assuming she threw away that round too.

Across the ring Malena isn't as sure about her own success, asking her coach how they felt it went, getting the answer "babe that was beautiful at the end there, you are winning rounds I am sure of it, just don't over think things OK?" Getting a smile and a nod from her.

Round 5:
While the bottom lip of Carmella isn't bleeding to start the round, a double jab to it quickly has the claret flowing again as Malena looks to be more interested in taking the fight to her, maybe think she is wearing down Rose enough to do so.

That comes into question when a left cross smacks across her cheek, a straight to her forehead sends sweat flying as Carmella's eyes light up.

Seeing her chance now to bring the fight back into her control, she is in the pocket as her punches go close to the waistband of Costa's bottoms, getting a complaint by the Spanish fighters corner as they don't like the looks of those blows.

Malena certainly doesn't as she backs up and nudges back Carmella, scowling as she gets another double jab through to the mouth of her opponent, making Carmella cry out as she takes a step back.

The final minute sees Carmella throw a fake jab at the abs of Malena, when she sees the left of Costa go down, she strikes with an overhand right near the eye of her opponent.

Malena yelps as she covers up, blinking her left eye as Carmella steps in quickly and bullies back her fellow model, pushing her now out the boundaries as they head towards the judges table.

The round comes to a close before the judges need to run away to safety, instead the fighters jog back to their corners, sweat makes their beautiful bodies glisten, while their cheeks are both reddening up.

Carmella looking more relaxed though after seeming to take a round back off Malena, the Americans corner hoping this is the beginning of them going down the right path now.

Round 6:
Coming out their corners, both are trying to get in a big shot early it seems to turn the tide completely in their favour, leading to a bit of scruffy in fighting after they both only glance off shoulders with right hooks.

Carmella looks happier of the two to fight in this tight, heads grinding together to leave red marks on their sweaty brows, all the while abs and tits take the brunt of the others attack.

Using her left forearm under the chin of Carmella, Malena manages to land two rights into the side of her head, making the younger fighter back off and cover up more tightly.

Malena comes at her opponent with punches aimed at her head, Carmella blocks most of them, with only a few being able to strike through the gloves to her bloody lips.

Blood is beginning to run down the chin of Carmella to her bust, making her look more angry but she can't seem to get back on the front foot, taking more punches then she is landing when she does open up.

With Malena landing a jab/right cross combo just before the bell rings, they take a few moments to look over what they have done to the other, Carmella with that blood looks worse, Malena though has some swelling around her cheeks.

Round 7:
Thudding her gloves together as she comes back out to fight, Carmella is showing off her toughness to keep going after being knocked back more then she has her opponent, slipping a straight early on to land a right under the ribs of the Spanish model.

Who groans out and steps back throwing a double jab at the face of Rose to ward her back, quickly though Carmella is back in her face forcing Malena to step past the rope on the ground.

They trade stiff shots across the others face, slugging it out towards the surf as the referee looks to be wondering whether to call them back to the ring.

Dipping under a right cross; Carmella lands a left to the ribs, followed by an uppercut that snaps the head back of Malena, A LEFT HOOK FINISHES THE COMBO AND SENDS COSTA DOWN TO HER BACK IN THE WET SAND!

The referee has to nudge back Carmella as she looks ready to pounce on Malena, 1...2...3...4.. Turning over to her front, Malena stares angrily at the sand, knowing she made a massive mistake clearly, 5...6... Slowly pushing up to a knee, 7...8.. She beats the count and bangs her gloves together to show she is OK.

She is allowed to continue as Carmella comes at her, several punches find their way to the body of Malena as she tries to keep her guard tight up top.

The round comes to a close a bit later with both women looking at each other, Carmella looks annoyed that the bell rung after taking a massive step forwards in this contest.

They trudge back up the beach to the ring, the referee looks to be giving both a little extra time for the walk during the break, both corners working to clean up their fighters as they head into the home stretch.

Round 8:
While both seem to be slowing down a little, Carmella looks to have the confidence flowing as she heads out to resume the action, landing more punches in the opening thirty seconds as Malena steps back more.

A double jab does ward off Carmella for a moment, giving Malena a chance to take a breath, the jab of Malena is being shown more as she seems to be baiting Carmella to try something so she can land a trap.

Carmella won't bite though as she feints with a jab herself, sidestepping a straight from Malena to land a right hook to the eye, making Costa cry out as she backs up.

Smelling blood in the water Carmella comes on the attack, she lands two nice cross punches before getting pulled into a clinch, the referee needed to separate them as they throw some short sharp digs to the others kidneys when they do free an arm.

Once apart Malena sticks on her bike, not caring now that she is stepping out of the ring, Carmella stalking her around with stiff straights to the body and when she sees an opening she us landing through the mitts of Costa.

In the final seconds of the round though Carmella eats a left hook to her jaw, a straight follows into her mouth to make her cry out, reminder her that Malena isn't done yet.

The bell rings with both taking a breath before turning back to their corners, sponges wipe them down as Malena is being told to take the fight back to Carmella or this fight will go by her.

Round 9:
They are starting to look tired, not used to this distance as they don't move on their toes as much, instead relying on landing jabs as they move towards the other.

Malena slips a straight to land a right of her own to the nose of her opponent, following with a left cross to the jaw of Carmella.

The American finding herself being pressed back by a flurry of punches by Malena, who seems to be trying to win the fight now, several punches finding a home on the lips of Carmella to make her cry out.

Needing now to clinch up with Malena, Carmella looks pissed off as they rest on the others shoulder, their impressive bodies tightly pressed together as the referee struggles to break them up.

They are separated and the next time Malena tries to light up Carmella, she misses and eats a right to her ear, finding herself now eating several clean shots that sends sweat into the air.

Needing to shove back Carmella, Malena yells "come on!" At her opponent, which makes Carmella smile as she nods at her and they let their hands go in close.

They gasp out when their bodies are worked, dangerously they punch close to the others waistband on their bottoms, the referee warning them to lift those punches up.

At the end of the round they bend down for a moment, not hiding the fact they are tired, heading back to their stools as both corners don't seem to know whose winning right now, Malena's team seem more worried though after that knockdown.

Round 10:
Before the bell rings the referee brings the fighters together, while they didn't bump fists before the fight begun, they do now to show respect for what has been a punishing fight for them.

"Ding" the action kicks off with both not relying it seems on the scorecard, letting their fists fly as their coaches look worried by what they are seeing, torn whether this is the way to settle things.

Each time they fall in close together they clinch up, even in the clinches now they are trying to shove the other back, show dominance in any way possible.

After the first minute it looks like they are both too tired to really land power shots, throwing small flurries before they eat flurries from their opponents.

As the fight enters the final minute, Carmella dips under a left cross, throwing an overhand right to the jaw of Malena, whose guard is open for more punches to come, A LEFT HOOK TO THE JAW SENDS MALENA TO HER BACK!

Looking up at the sky, Malena has her gumshield hanging out her mouth, 1...2...3...4.. Carmella watches closely, praying that this is it, 5...6...7.. To her dismay though Malena turns to her front getting to all fours, 8...9... Pushing to her feet desperately, Malena is up but is shaky, the ten second bell goes and maybe that's why she is allowed to continue.

She backs off throwing jabs as Carmella hunts her down, the bell ringing soon enough with the fighters ending up hugging each other, their coaches applaud their efforts tonight as they bring their stools to them.

Instead both women tell their coaches to hold off on the stools, arm around the others shoulders as they look at the referee, who goes over to the judges, they come back to the ring center with a microphone, reading out "the judges have all scored the fight 96-93 to your winner, Carmella Rose!"

Winner Carmella Rose Unanimous decision 96-93

After:
Even though she has lost her unbeaten record, Malena is gracious in defeat, turning to Carmella to say "you deserved that, those two knockdowns really f***ed up any chance I had" with the winner beaming at her.

"Hey I'd be lying if I didn't say you worried me there, that jab you got is a real f***ing pain in the arse, well my mouth I should say" admits Carmella as Malena chuckles and nods.

They decide that it might be best to get cleaned up by their coaches, returning to what was their corners to get washed down, get a drink and both get praised off their coaches for a good showing from both.

When they are happier with their looks, they come back to the center of the ring to pose for the cameras, Carmella pointing at the camera as she puts her left arm around the waist of Malena, saying "you Siren's are all going down if you fight us, better you sign us both"

Costa laughs as she replies "do we really need to do that, I'm happy just kicking their butts and everyone else's in the BBU" now it's Rose's turn to laugh.

Both heading off together as maybe a friendship is forming or simply an alliance against the Sirens and everyone else in their way to the top in the BBU, should the lightweight division be scared of these two going forwards?
