Intro:
Tonight we are live in the Barclay's Center in New York for a clash of legend vs up and comer, Erica Durance makes her BBU debut for the Crossover month special, taking on the hotly tipped to be a champion Jessica Clements.

Both have a point to prove as they head into this fight, Erica's glory days may be behind her, she has been struggling to put results together, though she is still dangerous to anyone who takes her lightly.

She talks to BBU interviewer Anna Woolhouse in her locker room before the fight, stretching as she nods to Anna to come in, smiling while looking relaxed.

Stopping her stretching for a moment as her coach tells her five minutes tops, Erica tells Anna "hey Anna, in all my career I never thought I would be boxing in the BBU, I grew up in this sport when there was a real rivalry between the BBU and FCBA, so it is nice to see what you guys have to offer" stretching her arms as she speaks.

Asked about Jessica, Erica replies "she looks a good fighter, she is proof of my point as she has boxed in both organizations, problem is apart from losing her stable, every time I have watched her try to make that step up, she comes crashing back down with a bang, tonight won't be any different as I show her what a pound for pound legend looks like"

The final question is will we see more of her in future or is her career winding down, Erica stops to think for a moment, then says "I can't really answer that now, I still have that drive but as you've seen it has been hard for me to get fights, we'll see where the cards lay soon enough I guess" Anna thanks Erica for her time before they share a fist bump.

Anna now finds herself in Jessica's locker room, the American model shadow boxing as she looks in a serious mood, continuing her warm up another minute before she stops to get a quick drink and to talk to the interviewer.

"Hey Anna, so I can guess like the rest of the world you want my opinion on my sacking from the Sirens stable, probably to hear me spout some juicy quotes about them or maybe some secrets" says Jessica before she takes another drink.

"The simple fact is I am only here because of that stable, they put me out there in the ring, gave me truly great training and while of course I am not happy about being cut, I respect their decision and some of the girls in the stable will always be like sisters to me, I stress some" winking at Anna about that part.

Turning her attention to her fight, the model says "tonight though my full focus is on Erica, I won't pretend I am fighting the best version of her, I respect what she accomplished, I mean she went toe to toe with Amanda f***ing Righetti at one time, that person is gone and simply I want to step over her to prove I belong in marquee fights here and the FCBA, I am not done with trying to become a champion here" Anna nods and shakes the hand of Jessica, leaving so Clement's can finish her warm up.

Fighting time; out comes Erica first with her coach behind her, she nods to the fans as she jogs to the ring, there's an interesting spectator ringside as Team Canada's stable manager Amanda Tapping is at ringside, could she be scouting her fellow country woman to join the stable or maybe for a fight with a member of her stable.

Erica either doesn't notice her or isn't bothered as she doesn't look at Amanda, instead sliding through the ropes into the ring, wearing a red sports bra with a white center, red trunks, boots and shoes, her hair is tied back into a braid as she bounces on her toes listening to her coach go through their instructions.

Now out comes Jessica, she cups her eyes to her listen to the crowd loudly cheer her, the Boston girls supporters have clearly traveled to cheer her, she pumps her right fist to them as she jogs down the aisle.

Stepping into the ring not long after, Jessica taps her cheeks as she focuses herself, she is wearing a navy blue sports bra with red and white trim, matching trunks and shoes, red gloves, while her hair is tied into a fighting ponytail.

Coming to the center of the ring, the fighters stare each other down, all business tonight for them as they listen to the referees instructions, respectfully bumping gloves when told to before jogging back to their corners, the bell rings when the fighters are ready, starting 10 rounds of lightweight action.

Round 1:
"Ding" both fighters come out quickly, doubling up their jabs already as they look to establish themselves on this fight as quickly as they can, up on toes as their boots can be heard shuffling on the canvas.

It looks like Jessica is using the crowd to fuel her already as she steps in with a jab/straight that Erica takes to her mouth, getting a loud cheer from the American's supporters.

Maybe she gets too keen to make a statement for them, missing with a looping right as Erica leans out the way, slamming her double jab into the cheek, followed by a right cross to the other cheek of Clements.

Who is getting a taste of Durance's skills, the Canadian using the momentum of Jessica against her, deflecting or dodging several punches before landing two punch combos in return.

Erica isn't landing anything massive yet, just setting the ground work for winning the round, taking hits to her face but she is landing more then she is taking.

With the final moments of the round seeing Erica duck a left cross to bang in two right hooks to the ribs of Clements, who groans out as the bell rings to end the round, a nod from both fighters to their opponent before returning to their corners.

Round 2:
At the bell Erica looks comfortable trying to use the same tactics as the last round, problem is Jessica has wizened up to her strategy and is using more feints to get the veteran to react before hitting her with the real punch.

Forcing Erica to stand more to trade, crisp punches come from both fighters as they find holes in the others defences, the Canadian lands a nice double jab to the abs, taking a right across her brow in return.

Slowly though Jessica's hand speed and power is starting to come through, she bashes back Erica to the outside of the ring, making herself almost like Queen of the castle as she controls the center, smacking in some beautiful punches to the face of her opponent.

Who still has success, getting inside to work the body, each time she is knocked back though it seems to be getting harder for her to close up that gap again for her to work.

With Jessica finishing the round strong when she lands a jab/right hook to turn the head of Erica, knocking back Erica to the ropes with a follow up uppercut to the delight of her fans.

At the bell Jessica whoops before jogging to her corner, looking more relaxed as she sits on her stool, coach telling her to show who she is and why she will be a champion.

Round 3:
Coming out their corners trading more punches on the inside, Erica maybe hoping to drive back Jessica but is finding herself being the one forced to retreat after taking two uppercuts.

The younger fighter pressing her advantage, drilling more punches into the face of Erica, Jessica is taking only a few back as her aggression is ramped up.

Throwing an uppercut to try to catch out Jessica, Erica doesn't land flush, taking a right to the side of her head in reply before a jab smacks her on the nose.

Blood starts to run from the nostrils of Durance, who is covering up more as she is herded around near the ropes, only throwing single punches as she looks to protect her nose.

An uppercut knocks back the head of Erica, who finds herself on the ropes getting smacked around by hooks from the determined looking Clements, who wants to take the head off of Durance.

The bell rings to end the round with Erica shaking her head, her coach working on her nose as they discuss the fight, knowing things are going wrong fast.

Round 4:
Boxing more defensive, moving side to side with her jab as she looks to setup the counter punches, with Jessica smartly not rushing in as they slam punches into beautiful faces.

A feint by Clements makes Durance twitch, enough that she isn't set to take a right hook to her jaw, a left smacks across her nose to make the veteran cry out, ERICA TAKES A KNEE AS SHE HOLDS HER LEFT GLOVE OVER HER NOSE!

Jessica nods to her coach with a smile, 1...2...3... Erica pounds the canvas with her right fist, her nose is bleeding more freely now we she looks in thought whether to get up or stay down, 4...5...6... Erica mouths "f***" 7...8.. Then stands up, she looks unsure but her pride wants her to continue.

Told to fight on Erica is ducking down swinging in hooks to the body of Jessica, who nudges back Erica with her left forearm, then lands an uppercut to the chin of Durance, ANOTHER DOUBLE JAB TO THE NOSE OF ERICA MAKES HER TAKE A KNEE AGAIN PUTTING HER LEFT GLOVE UP AS IF TO SAY I AM DONE, THE REFEREE WAVES THE FIGHT OFF SAYING ERICA IS DONE!

Winner Jessica Clements TKO Round 4

After:
An impressive performance by Jessica, she raises her fists into the air as her supports are all whooping and chanting her name, a beaming smile on her face.

While Erica sobs as her coach comes in with a towel with an ice pack in, holding it to the nose of Erica to dull her pain, looking to be furious at herself for basically quitting on her knees.

Over comes Jessica to check on her, Erica tells her she will be OK as she has a bit edge to her voice, her temper showing as Jessica just shakes her head and returns off to her corner.

Helped out the ring after her nose stops bleeding, Erica leaves the ring with her coach pulling an arm around her shoulders, she looks to the heavens anger at herself, Amanda Tapping watches Erica on her way to the back with a look of deep thought.

Back in the ring, Jessica poses for the cameras with her arms flexed, grinning as coach applauds her, she looks ecastic to be back in the winners circle.

Stepping out the ring with her coach, Jessica fist bumps some of her fans in the front row, jogging up the smile with her eyes looking on a brighter future possibly.
