BEFORE: Caroline Austin couldn't use the Contenders' Six tournament to fully launch her career but she remains a prospect with a mysterious upside that Raffaella Modugno wants to test out tonight. The Italian wants to lure some of her compatriots into the ring but neither Manuela Arcuri nor Elena Santarelli are ready to face the Avellino stunner just yet. They might have no choice though as Raffaella keeps blasting them on social media and accuses of outright cowardice. BBU TV's Georgie Thompson reckons Caroline might do some dirty laundry and spoils Modugno's winning run alas don't bet your house on this outcome, folks!

Caroline Austin wears a lacy black corset & red gloves. Long dark brown hair tied in a sleek ponytail. Raffaella Modugno wears a navy blue bikini set & silver gloves. Long dark brown hair in loose curls. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the welterweight division.

Round 1:
Caroline catches the Italian with a speedy jabbing bursts and thumps solid leather straight up the middle to stuff Modugno in the center of the ring early on. The supreme speed allows the younger brunette to control the initial action and she lets it rip in confident fashion while Raffaella offers subdued response from behind her guard. However Austin struggles to land that piledriver of a punch and gradually loses her edge as Modugno loops more dangerous shots from the back foot. She nails the Aussie girl on the nose and lands a vicious uppercut on the chin before blasting another cross hook on the mouth that sends Austin back. Neither girl jumps into a hectic assault thereafter as they prefer to circle around the ring and wait for the clock to expire instead.

Round 2:
More of the same in the second, Caroline wins the initial exchange through shear speed advantage but fails to hurt the Italian and gets outworked in counter-punching action down the stretch. Raffaella can definitely take a mean punch or two as she rattles the Aussie girl over the top and begins to rack up leather into her mouth in particular. Ugh. She wobbles Austin onto her heels and for once the speed doesn't work in Caroline's favor as she gets beaten for another wild overhand and spins onto the ropes feeling the first effects of swollen lips in the process. Raffaella keeps her cool and lets Austin reel around the ring as she applies the fear factor without having to slug it into the younger brunette's face. This round also ends with both women separated and circling around on their toes.

Round 3:
Raffaella gets the early jump this time and drills Caroline's mouth with more vicious precision before thumping a rare gut shot to leave the Aussie completely exposed downstairs. The older brunette notices this impact and goes to work around Caroline's ribs with a great effect as she rips several clean punches before Austin can clinch her. However Raffaella quickly restores her advantage and applies immediate slugging menace to dissect Caroline's high guard. The Aussie tries to swing back but eats another left/right combo on the mouth and spins to the side just as Modugno clocks her with a powerful left cross hook on the temple. Caroline trips back to the ropes and fails to regain her balance in time so the Italian squares up to her and blows another mean combo up the middle. She tags the chin and drops Austin into a desperate earmuff cover which saves the Aussie brunette from a looming disaster as she barely hangs on to survive the onslaught.

Round 4:
Caroline tries to bide her time in mid-range but Raffaella hassles her around and wants to apply the slugging attack ASAP. She catches the Aussie with a looping swing on the temple and Austin just can't use her agility to stay out of trouble anymore. She engages in a furious slugging response but bounces off Modugno's forearms and gets blasted up the middle as Raffaella drills her with brutal effect. She tears up a small gash on the lips and nails the subdued Aussie on the brow ridge; Austin stumbles onto the ropes and soaks up more punishment as Raffaella unloads from both flanks and keeps her foe covered up and barely hanging on again.... Ugh! Caroline winces in pain as she lets through a couple of nasty hooks right at the bell and shakes her head in visible frustration before turning back to her corner.

Round 5:
Raffaella bounces into Caroline's face again as the Aussie just can't escape the vicious jabbing rush and folds forward into a booming uppercut that leaves her woozy upon impact. She stumbles to the side and drops her gloves low enough Raffaella has a clear path to SMOKE her with a thundering left/right combo on the mouth! DOWN GOES AUSTIN!!! The proud Aussie crashes to her back with a loud thump and remains spread eagle with her arms above her head while the merciless count begins to pass her by. She makes no genuine effort to recover and the Italian can celebrate this brutal knockout victory prematurely! KO5 Raffaella Modugno!!!

AFTER: Raffaella performs a twerking celebration dance and blows several kisses to the camera totally ignoring the fallen woman: "I really want this stupid cow Manuela Arcuri next and she can't hide in some funk hole forever! It's time, bytch! Don't make me come for you and drag you by the frickin' hair!" BBU TV's Georgie Thompson agrees with the stunning brunette and hopes that local BBU match-maker Martina Colombari forces the issue with the former champion to come out of hiding and face Modugno sooner rather than later.
