BEFORE: Odette Yustman owns the superior record between the two but it's Cara Delevingne who celebrated a bigger success lately by winning the European Cup where she dispatched several elite prospects. However she dropped three fights on the bounce since and she has to work her way up the ladder again. Meanwhile it's difficult to judge where Odette stands these days, she remains a fan favorite by all accounts but defeats to Hannah Brown and Dua Lipa suggest she might be drifting towards gatekeeper status and that's not exactly a good thing for the Los Angeles native.

Odette Yustman wears a navy blue crop top, matching hotpants & silver gloves. Long black hair tied in a sleek ponytail. Cara Delevingne wears a red crop top, yellow hotpants & red gloves. Long dark blonde hair tied in a curled ponytail. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the lightweight division.

Round 1:
Cara jumps into a trigger-happy attack as if she's watched the tape and knows Odette is a notorious slow-starter. However Odette's bendy defense neutralizes the Brit's slugging approach and allows her to stick meaningful counter-punching response before Cara realizes she's in trouble. A couple of nasty hooks slam into the Brit's face and she wobbles to the side which enables Yustman to blast her up the middle and assume control of the hectic action. Delevingne refuses to back off upon impact but gets clobbered onto the ropes regardless and leaks punches on the fly while Odette keeps piling more pressure and shuts the European Cup winner behind a desperate earmuff down the stretch. Cara tries to swing a late response from behind the guard but only finds thin air and eats a brutal cross hook on the mouth right at the bell instead.

Round 2:
Another high-octane start brings Cara more joy early in the second as she outworks the LA native in close range and rips a steady harpoon attack on the breadbasket to stun Yustman into noticeable spasms. Odette wobbles to her heels and she struggles to mount a counter-punching response this time while Delevingne powers ahead with more vicious hooks upstairs and splits the brunette's mitts with ease. Odette tries to spin out of the phone booth heat but trips over her own feet and eats a brutal hook on the jaw that cripples her into loud spasms while Cara rips a left hook on the temple and DROPS ODETTE FOR THE COUNT!!! Uh-oh!!! Now that is some power supply here from the British charger. Odette takes a long knee but gets up at eight and looks relatively fine if only Cara didn't think otherwise! She tries to bulldoze the American into the point of no return but just can't land that haymaker finish again as Yustman's escape route proves superior. However Cara dwells on the early advantage here and vows to finish the job sooner than later!

Round 3:
Here comes Cara for the kill... she sprints across the boards and connects with the early left/right combo only to wobble too far forward and let Odette back in with a SMOKING uppercut on the jaw. Ugh! Odette lets it rip as she slips by the Brit and nails her on the left ear before another wicked uppercut finds the jaw and sinks Delevingne on jelly knees!!! Uh-oh!!! Cara is slow to react as she tries to turn to the right and Yustman NAILS her with a nasty hook across the nose before looping another stinger on the ear... AND DOWN GOES CARA!!! The hitherto dominant Brit crashes face-down at the American's feet and remains on all fours throughout the count!!! She tries to get up but then realizes she sports a nasty gash across the nasal ridge and only sits down on her heels as the merciless count passes her by!!! KO3 Odette Yustman in sudden come-from-behind fashion!!!

AFTER: Shocking result here all around. Cara was set to blitz the defensive speciallist and somehow let Odette off the hook and ended up counted out with a nasty nasal gash on top of her troubles! Maybe it's too early to dismiss Yustman as resident gatekeeper after all but even the Lionesses are stunned by the vicious KO success. Odette keeps her calm and refuses to rub extra insult but then claims "Cara has a lot to learn yet" and she's not wrong at all. Delevingne might have won the European Cup in spectacular fashion last season but has lost four straight since!
