BEFORE

Moon Bloodgood is at the podium. “The very first fight of my career was against Charlize Theron. There I was, new member of the FCBA and I was going to face.Theron. She wasn’t the Greatest Of All Time at that point, but she was the top fighter.. I gave her some trouble. but she won by a TKO. Two or three years later we fought again and she landed a lucky punch in the second. Some say there is no such thing as a lucky punch, but trust me it was. Then, I won the welter title and then she didn’t want any part of me. I pleaded for a fight, but she ignored me. You hear that about Theron a lot. She beats a fighter and then when they get a big win, she wants nothing to do with them. I waited eight years for this fight and the only reason I got it is that I threatened to go public with her chickens—t attitude Charlize is standing off to the side listening to what Bloodgood had to say. She as usual refuses the mic, but the death stare towards Bloodgood she has perfected , was chilling

THE FIGHT

Bloodgood is already in the ring. She wearing a blood red bikini with matching gloves and boots. She watches as Theron comes down the aisle wearing her usual creme colors bikini with matching boxing boots and gloves, her blonde hair in cornrows. As Charlize comes down the aisle, there is a roar from the crowd. Most can’t believe what they are seeing. The press scrambles to get photos. There, walking alongside Theron is none other than the great trainer from Sceej. Charlize is accompanied by the legendary SCRUBBY McGEE Bloodgood is devastated as Charlize has taken the play from her. Everyone is focused on Theron and Scrubby. She feels the crowd no longer cares she is there. She’s angry and she is determined that Charlize will not leave the ring under her own power

Round 1. They meet in the center of the ring. Bloodgood put her gloves towards Theron, but Charlize drops her gloves to her side and turns back towards her corner. Moon considers it a insult as she moves away. Theron wants to start the fight with her right jab. She pushes it landing on Bloodgood’s face. Bloodgood backs off and moves in again. There’s that jab stinging her face and again she backs off. Moon moves again and Charlize throws that jab again. Bloodgood is ready and slaps the jab and lands an overhand right to the blonde face. Before Theron can recover, a right hook picks up her chin. A Theron overhand right barely misses Bloodgood head and she steps in a with a right-left to the blondes body. Another Theron right sails over Bloodgood’s head. She lands a right cross the Charlize’s chin driving her back into the ropes. Bloodgood sets up in front of her and starts pounding the Golden Goddess’s body. Left and rights plunder Theron’s midsection and a right-left land in Charlize’s solar plexus. She see’s hurt in Theron’s eyes. Time to go upstairs and finish She sets to throw a powerhouse right, when a Charlize right cross snaps her head back. She recovers quickly, ducks under a left cross and comes up with a right to Theron’ chin buckling her legs and sending her stumbling back into the ropes. Bloodgood follows with two hooks to Theron’s chin. Charlize is slumping in the ropes. Bloodgood punches Theron head one way that the other. Theron is taking a terrible beating as the bell rings and the referee has to haul Bloodgood away from the Goddess as Theron wanders to her corner to face Scrubby. She hears Bloodgood yelling “There’s more of that coming baby”

Reputation be damned, Scrubby not going easy on the GOAT! “Ya … ya do realize da fight started, right? Wake da hell up! I said in trainin’ ta let dis goil burn herself out early … but not by punchin’ yer bloody face! Slip dat damn right … Ray Charles could see it comin’ … den left hook da body and come right back wit da left hook upstairs! Take some of dat sass outta her!

Round 2. Moon knows Charlize’s strategy after a bad round. She always moves parallel to the ropes taking more time to recover. Instead ,Theron surprises her by coming straight at her. An over head right finds Moon’s forehead and a left cross catches her chin driving her back. Theron moves in. but Moon is far from finished and a right hook stops Theron is her tracks. Bloodgood lands a uppercut and Theron lunges into a clinch. Charlize holds tight until the referee separates them. They swap right crosses then left crosses. They are toe to toe for a short series face pounding before they both back off. Bloodgood is the aggressor. She moves in, fakes a straight left and as Theron goes to block it, she digs a fight into the Goddess’s belly. Theron stumbles past her into the to ropes. Moon is looking for that KO. She lands a one-two the Theron’s back and then Theron turns around with a right cross that lands on Moon’s left cheek. Theron follows up with a left uppercut to the jaw. Now its Moon stumbling into the ropes. Charlize moves in to lay on the punishment, but she has misread Moon’s condition. Theron throws an overhand right ,but Moon beats her to the punch. Surprise shows on Charlize’s face as she fights to retain her footing. Moon lunges off the ropes and right into a uppercut and she is against the ropes again Charlize moves into pour on the punishment when the bell rings.

McGee in the corner “Better round … better round. But don’t trade! Dere’s no reason for it! Ya outlass dis goil. Do yer damage … pap pap pap … den get out … but not straight back, dammit … angles … always angles!”

Round 3 Once again Bloodgood is quickly out of her corner. Theron is out slowly Moon meets Theon on her side of the ring. Theron pushes out the jab, but she telegraphed it. Bloodgood dodges and comes with a hook to Charlizes chin snapping her head back. A Theron jab sails past Moon’s chin and Theron pays the price as Bloodgood slams a right into her midsection. Again, Theron lunges to clinch. Mood side steps and lands a right to the back on the Goddess’s head as flounders past into the ropes. Charlize turns around with a right cross to Moons jaw. Bloodgood comes right back with an overhand right to the forehead. Before Charlize can respond Bloodgood sinks a right into Theron’s stomach and then another. Another right to the chin straightens the blonde up and slams another right into her stomach.She can hear the blonde gasping for breath. Moon wants to punish the great one A right hook picks up Theron’s chin As Charlize’s guard goes up to protect her face, Bloodgood drives a right and left into the blondes bra. Theron’s face shows shock. Rights and left thud into the blondes breasts. Bloodgood knows she has Theron badly hurt. She continues pounding way at Theron’s body and breasts. She can see tears flowing from Theron’s glassy eye’s. She’s enjoying the scene, relishing the feeling of her gloves sinking into Theron’ chest. He corner is screaming at her to finish. The blonde is sagging on the ropes, Moon just continues to pour on the punishment working on the body and chest. Finally, She decides it's time to attempt to finish the virtually helpless great blonde. It will be the biggest win of her career. She waits too long as the bell rings. Charlize staggers back to her corner as Bloodgood is telling her corner the bout will end in the next round. She going to knock the blonde out cold

Theron slumps onto the stool - battered and weary - desperately wanting rest and instead getting a blast of Scrubby McGee’s 80 proof breath just inches from her face (courtesy of his constant companion - Mister Jack Daniels!) as the aged trainer lays into the Golden Goddess. “Lemme ask ya sumting, goil … are ya retired? Becuz dey told me I was comin’ here ta woik da corner for a fight … NOT A G-DDAMN RETIREMENT PARTY!!! Ya wanna retire .. wit all yer wins and belts? Go ahead …. announce it right now … I got a bottle wit me … we can even drink a toast to yer retirement! But don’t keep wastin’ my damn time by walkin’ out dere wit gloves on your hands and pretendin’ ta be a fighter! Cuz yer not … yer a f—kin punchin’ bag out dere! And yer losin’ to a goil who should be fightin’ f—kin prelims on a f—kin cruise ship!”

McGee’s voice softens, “Here drink dis … jest a sip … it’ll get yer blood up.” McGee puts the Jack Daniels bottle to Charlize bruised lips and the blonde coughs violently as she drinks. “Lemme ask ya dis, Charlize, do ya got one round left in ya? Ya got one good t’ree minute round? Cuz dis goil ain’t in yer class … and if ya go out dere and fought her hard for just t’ree minutes … you’d knock her out”

Signal sounds - ten seconds to start of round - and Scrubby softens again, “Look … I’m sorry I yelled at ya …yer doing yer best but yer a little too old and had too many fights.” Reaching for the towel, he states,”Look … I’m gonna stop it now, ok?” Theron savagely wrenches towel from McGee’s grip and snarls, “You are stopping NOTHING, old man!”

She does not notice the leprechaun smirk on his face as the bell rings.

Round 4 Once again Bloodgood is out of her corner She see’s Theron approaching her. Theron’s weary, hands low. She’s moving slowly, looking like it's an effort. As Charlize gets in punching range. Moon decides its time to end this farce.She starts to throw an power packed overhand right, when Therons right comes sweeping up from her knee, landing on Bloodgood’s jaw. Bloodgoods eyes go wide with surprise. Before she can recover a right cross and then a left send her back into the ropes. Moon’s hurt. Charlize rips a right and left into Bloodgoods, chest followed up a right to the solar plexus. Another power packed right to her chin has Moon glassy eyed. A right cross turns Moon’s head to the left and a left punches Moon’s head to the right. As Moon sags forward, Charlize pushes her up against the ropes. Spitting out her mouthpiece and looking into her face, Charlize says “remember that lucky punch, here it is again and Charlize puts everything she has into a fierce right behind Bloodgood right ear. Charlize just turns and walks to her corner. She knows the fight is done as behind her, the referee takes one look at Moon sprawled out on the canvas and waives the fight over

Charlize Theron defeats Moon Bloodgood KO4

AFTER Only Charlize appears at the press conference accompanied by Scrubby.

Charlize “I know you want to know why Scrubby is here. Jennifer Lawrence who is usually in my corner had a previous commitment. The first thing I thought about was getting Scrubby. He’s a legend. I always wanted to work with him. I got down on my hands and knees and begged Sceej to let him help me in this fight. Sceej relented. I heard that when he told Scrubby he was going to be in my corner, he said “what, another amateur?” I got to tell you the man’s a genius. I just love this guy. After Moon just about finished me in the third, I got the worst tongue lashing I have ever gotten. Something he said made me angry and I was going to prove him wrong. He knows what buttons to push and when to push them. I wish he could be in my corner all the time. No offense to Jennifer as she is going into a filming schedule and can’t do It anyway.”

When asked a question about Moon, Charlize said “I don’t know that got into her. She always been a friendly woman. She was a delight to be around Hopefully after this fight has settled down, maybe we can talk and get back to old times.

A question to Scrubby about being the cornerman to the GOAT

“She’s a good goil … good little fighter dere! Got a lotta heart … ya can’t teach heart! Whats dat? Is she da greatest of all time? Are ye daft? Look … I go back a long time! Jumped ship in LA … trainin’ ta fight in da Golden Gloves as a lightweight and guy says kid ya wanna make a few bucks? And off ta some mansion … and I carried da bucket da night Monroe knocked out Loren! Is Charlize da greatest of all time? Did ya’s never hoid of Raquel Welch? Rocky was about 115 pounds soakin' wet and she fought ALL comers … no weight classes … and I trained her! Through in da towel da night she fought Linda Carter … goil was a foot taller and fifty pounds heavier and Rocky gave her all she could handle into da tenth when I had to stop it! Now dis FCBA been around since around 1999 … and Charlize is probably da best to fight in dis period … but I cant tell ya she’s da best of all time! She has da reputation, Lets leave it at dat”
