Inna vs Heidi Range

BEFORE: Incumbent Romanian flyweight leader Inna has won five out of her last six fights and vows to make another statement by blasting out Merseyside veteran Heidi Range who might be past her prime but still offers a genuine elite challenge! Since Elena Gheorghe knocked the stuffing out of Perrie Edwards just minutes ago the looming Romanian flyweight supremacy clash seems unavoidable at this stage and Heidi hopes Inna looks too far ahead which enables her to spoil the local odds next!

However Inna keeps her eye on the Merseyside trophy: "Don't you worry about Elena, bytch! I'm still here to knock your dumb head off! It's about time I got into some serious title contention! It's now of frickin' never! Once I blow your doors off even Ewelina Lisowska will have to acknowledge I'm good enough to fight her! Let's get this party started!"

Inna wears a yellow bikini set with blue trim & red gloves. Long black hair tied in a custom ponytail. Heidi Range wears a red bikini set & white gloves. Long blonde hair tied in a loose bun at the back of her head. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.

Round 1:
Inna follows in the slugging footsteps of stablemate Elena Gheorghe but she's been handed a tougher opponent so Heidi matches her for the head-hunting efforts in the early exchange before cracking a left hook on the ear that sends the dark-haired singer reeling. Inna tries to swing from the back foot but only grazes the blonde's shoulder and eats a brutal scything follow up on the nose that cripples her into immediate spasms. Heidi picks up the heat and bangs the stunned foe onto the ropes where she adds more hooking juice and rocks Inna's head back & forth until the local favorite clinches her into a much-needed respite. Both girls remain locked in a stalemate for remainder of the round and it's the Lioness corner which celebrates at the bell.

Round 2:
Heidi welcomes another slugging approach from the younger opponent and the red mist attack doesn't work for Inna at all as she cuts thin air and gets picked off in classic counter-punching fashion instead. Heidi settles for a steady overhand attack and lands her shots on target which makes Inna even more frustrated as time goes by. The Romanian lashes out downstairs but gets trapped in a headlock as Range shows some gritty skills and shoves the brunette onto the ropes to inflict more anger from her rival. Inna presses ahead with another head-hunting attack but fails to carry through with her efforts and eats a booming uppercut on the jaw which drops her into loud spasms just before the bell.

Round 3:
Inna finally manages to land a meaningful combo into the blonde's face and belts the Mersey girl on the liver area as well which forces Heidi to seek a quick breather in mid-distance. She still avoids the Romanian's slugging blast but gets backed into the corner where her hitherto superior mobility loses its edge and allows Inna to bash her from both flanks. Heidi tries to respond in similar fashion and matches the brunette in style until Inna lands the best punch of the lot and nails the blonde on the jaw... Heidi bellows out on top of the ropes with a quiet whimper and soaks up more hooks on each temple as Inna keeps raining punches upstairs until the referee pulls her away at the bell.

Round 4:
More phone booth action early in the fourth as both girls dish out punishment from the inside which brings little breakthrough until a clash of heads sends the Mersey tourist reeling. Inna pounces on a sudden opportunity and cracks a left hook on the jaw before catching Range with a swift hook on the ear. Ugh! The blonde singer stumbles back to her heels and eats another hooking combo from point-blank range that drops her onto the ropes where the local favorite gets vocal as she pummels her to the body in superior fashion. Heidi gets shut down into an earmuff cover and she fails to swing back at the charging brunette who laces her with more body shots to clean up the round wholesale.

Round 5:
Inna's aggression finally pays off as she beats Heidi for the overhand swing and begins to stuff leather into her face. The older singer loses her mobile edge and gets glued to the spot in the center of the ring before eating a nasty stinger on the liver area. Inna keeps the high-octane attack and pounds her onto the turnbuckle in crowd-pleasing fashion where turns up the jabbing wick again. Uh-oh! Heidi tries to land one from behind the guard but opens up too much and gets blasted across the mouth before Inna tears a small gash over the left eye as well. She snaps Heidi's head back with more point-blank range venom and signs off a dominant spell with another gut shot that cripples the Mersey lass into loud spasms right at the bell.

Round 6:
Heidi no longer owns the superior mobility and gets banged around the ring as Inna keeps picking her off until she thumps her butt-in-ropes just past the one-minute mark. Heidi's counter-punching response bounces off the top of Inna's forehead or shoulders while the brunette zips a left cross on the nose and makes Range gurgle in visible pain. Another harpoon double finds the navel and bends Heidi sideways which allows Inna to NAIL the aching foe with another cross hook on the eye moments later... AND DOWN GOES RANGE!!! The proud Merseyside tourist slumps on her knees and looks to be aching a lot even when she gets up at seven. She hugs her stomach and is glued to the spot when the ref waves at Inna to get back into action... and the local favorite storms into another slugging blast that knocks Heidi's head back upon impact. Ugh! The blonde singer is unable to fight back anymore and leaks another series on the mouth before Inna plugs her in the exposed solar plexus as well.... AND DOWN GOES RANGE AGAIN!!! She slumps onto all fours and shakes her head amid some loud painful yelps... ref knows it's all over and waves the fight off! KO6 Inna!!!

AFTER: Inna plants her foot on the fallen blonde's back and presses her face against the canvas. She blows several kisses to the camera and makes sure the Lioness corner gets her message loud & clear: "Look here, tell Ewelina I'm coming for her flyweight straps! Right after I whup Elena Gheorghe next month! No more Love Island wannabees here, got that? I'm the real deal and I've earned my title shot! Tee hee!"

Lioness Club coach Mel B. acknowledges the challenge and tells BBU TV's Denise van Outen these international singers are not messing around indeed: "Man, Cher Lloyd had her chance and kinda blew it, Little Mix is just so off and I have no idea what is Mollie King doing. Guess we'll have to accept Inna or count on Elena G. shutting her down first!"
