Intro:
We are live here in Miami's famous Hardrock Stadium for a clash of formidable rivals nearer a century of fights each, Scarlett Johansson and Minka Kelly know each other very well, who will emerge the victor in this latest chapter of their rivalry?

This will be the fourth time they have stepped into the ring together, though they did also have a famous Apartment Wrestling Bout several years ago that got hearts racing around the world, the record between them stands at two wins for Minka to Scarlett's one, to think it has been a decade since their first clash that led to the feud beginning.

Before this contest both women gave their thoughts at a press event, first to sit in front of the assembled journalists was Scarlett as she looks stunning in a white dress with matching heels, making sure to pose for the cameras with hands on her hips, then taking her seat with a beaming smile.

She starts off by saying "this has been too long a wait for me, I guess with our schedules it has been hard to find a date for this match but of course maybe Minka knows that the one bragging point she has in her life of holding the advantage over me in bouts is about to punched away" Scarlett looking confident as she speaks.

"We are two different fighters now to then, I am in a wonderful stable now who treats me with the utmost respect, I am in wonderful shape, while Minka seems to be slowing down in my eyes, everyone is talking about her charging for that hall of fame line, Minka doesn't have the stamina to finish the race on top" Scarlett being very dismissive for someone she has struggled to beat in the past, getting a few bemused looks amongst the crowd, others in awe of how she is holding herself.

Standing up as she flexes her left arm after switching the microphone into her right hand, she tells the assembled journalists "I am going to show you who the alpha southpaw in the FCBA" putting the microphone down as she heads off the stage.

Minka is up next in a green dress with black heels, she waves to the journalists with a big smile of her own, deciding to stand as she grabs the microphone, pushing the seat back so she has room to move around the stage.

"God it feels so long since me and Scarlett were nose to nose, trading leather in a ring or tugging tops in an apartment, if any of you thought the let's say competitive edge between us was for show, let me make it clear I'd slap Scarlett if she were on this stage and I would love it" Minka tells the press as she smiles at that thought.

She continues "ever since that first fight Scarlett has tried to play down my accomplishments, say I am a B level fighter, when really I have been the better fighter, I own her ass in that ring because I don't hide at the first sign of trouble, I punch my way out of it, that has always been what has made me better then her (taps her chest where her heart is) this, I have more heart then she ever will, more of a spine to face the best and not hide behind excuses, she beats me then fair enough" pacing a little side to side as she seems to have held these thoughts in for a while.

"I told Scarlett the first time we met I was stronger then her, that I'd out hustle her in the ring, Scarlett nothing has changed about from your hair colour, I am going to knock you out with pleasure" the normally mild mannered Minka showing some fire as she puts the mic on the chair and leaves, on a mission clearly to prove once and for all where Scarlett ranks with her after all these years.

Fight night, out first comes Scarlett with her coach behind her, she is wearing a long black robe as she raises her arms in the air with a grin, enjoying the chants from her supporters in the stadium, walking on the red carpet to the ring as she looks a star.

Kicking off her black heels and getting help with her robe, Scarlett jogs up the ring steps bare foot in a black bikini with red trim, along with red gloves as her hair is tied into a ponytail, shadow boxing after stepping into the ring, Scarlett looks relaxed as she talks to her coach while waiting for Minka.

Who doesn't make her wait long as she heads out the tunnel onto the red carpet, crowd cheering as Minka has Eva Mendes working her corner, waving to the fans as she has on a green robe, proud of her Irish heritage along with her American one.

Eva helps take off the robe as Minka is wearing a green bikini with gold trim, green gloves with gold thumbs as she enters the ring with a beaming smile, fist bumping Eva before she gets down to her warm up routine of punching drills to loosen up.

Once the referee is happy both are warmed up, they are brought to the center of the ring, the tension between these old rivals is clear to see judging by the deathly stares they give each other, referee making sure to tell both they want a good clean fight, which they nod in agreement to.

When it comes to them touching up gloves, they quickly swipe theirs into their opponent's, jogging back to their corner as a loud cheer rings out, referee gets told both are ready, with the bell ringing to start 10 rounds of bantamweight action.

Round 1:
"Ding" at the bell both beautiful actress are up on their toes fencing behind their jabs, it's a funny sight as both women are southpaws, their timing is a little off at first as normally of course they spar and fought orthodox stance fighters.

After the early feeling out to see what their old rival has, Scarlett is the first to press the action, digging in a double jab through the mitts of Minka, then moves back out the way of a counter left hook as Minka's fearsome counter skills nearly caught Johansson out there.

Stepping up a gear after that early success, Scarlett is making it hard for Minka to counter as she is overloading her with quick fire combos, maybe Minka isn't fully warmed up mentally to the task as her counters are not landing as flush as she hopes.

Less then a minute to go as Scarlett feints before ramming in a double jab/straight combo that drives Minka onto the ropes, planting her feet now as the hooks come in, Scarlett is making Minka go toe to toe with her as the crowd roar them on.

The round soon comes to a close with Scarlett whipping her ponytail into Minka's face, showing the lack of respect she has for her rival, Minka staring daggers at the blonde, Eva needing to whistle for her to return to her corner as she looks ready to charge Scarjo.

Round 2:
Early action sees Scarlett trying to repeat her success in the last round, stepping behind a ramrod style jab that mostly is landing on the gloves of the more defensive postured Minka, moving around the ring with no real telling punch in the first thirty seconds.

Then Kelly shows she is starting to get her opponent's timing down, slipping a jab to hammer in a one-two into the breadbasket of Johansson, landing a counter straight next time the Marvel star tries to land a straight of her own.

The counter punching of Minka is making Scarlett a little wary now, giving Minka more freedom to launch her own attacks, catching the stunning blonde with two cross punches to her cheeks before she moves out the way of a right hook.

Taking a breath to relax herself, Scarlett closes up the gap between them, digging more punches into the body of her opponent, both women trading more on the inside as Minka finds herself being powered back towards the ropes by sneaking shoves by Scarlett.

At the bell both jog back to their corner without any incident, Minka did much better there as Eva tells her, Scarlett being told to not worry too much about what happened, clearly they feel like Scarlett is physically too much for Minka to handle.

Round 3:
The early action is back to that fencing style, stepping in with a jab or a straight then moving back, looking for a better angle to strike from as Scarlett looks a little worried about getting caught flush from one of Minka's perfectly timed strikes, maybe flash backs to their prior fights.

But after using a feint with her left, Scarlett then baits Minka into a mistake when she feints again to make Minka move to the left, where a right hook crashes into the side of her head, Minka stumbles to the right two steps!

Scarlett is on her with three punches crashing into the face of Minka, who ends up crowded into a neutral corner, Eva looks shocked as she covers her mouth, watching Minka get hit with two punches across her cheeks, before Minka can finally hang onto Scarlett to stop the assault.

Referee needed to step in as Minka definitely seems like she was buzzed there, now apart it's Scarlett who is definitely on top, pressing the shielding Kelly around the ring, the freedom Johansson is getting now allows her to switch up to the body more.

Once the bell rings Scarlett flexes her right arm as she stares hard into her opponent's eyes, making it clear she has the power to knock her out anytime she wants to, Minka being told by Eva to be more careful as she washes her marked up face, there's a little swelling under the left cheek of the Lioness fighter.

Round 4:
Even after a terrible last round Minka isn't undeterred, in fact she surprises Scarlett with her aggression out the gates, banging in some crisp punches to the lips of the New Yorker, Minka taking the center of the ring to the delight of her fans.

Banging her gloves together almost to psyche herself up, Scarlett comes in herself, leading to a heated exchange at the middle of the ring to the loud cheers of the fans, sweat starts to come off the fighters as neither is holding back.

They end up clinched together after bumping heads, referee warning both to keep their heads up as they look engaged in a power struggle, one the referee has to break up so they can continue fighting on, duelling chants ring out in the stadium as the crowd is loving this war.

Less then half the round to go with Scarlett starting to make some more inroads, crashing her fists into the chest of Minka to drive some air out of her, Minka landing some nasty hooks out her guard to keep Scarlett from getting right into her face.

At the end of this competitive round, Minka gets the nod of many ringside for a quick start, both women stare intensely across the ring at their rival, coaches wiping them down as they give them advice, they look more interested in their rival.

Round 5:
Trading stiff single punches, Scarlett is getting clipped to her jaw by Minka's cross punches, an uppercut nearly catches Scarlett as Minka gets hit with a straight on her nose in reply, both looking for that big shot.

A jab lands on the chin of Minka, with Scarlett ducking under a right hook by the brunette, AN UPPERCUT THEN CATCHES MINKA ON HER CHIN TO SEND HER TO HER BACK!

Eva looks at the ground as she looks worried, 1...2...3.. Minka blinking as she looks at the lights, 4...5...6.. Turning to her front as Scarlett raises her fists, ready to pounce if Minka does make it to her feet, 7...8... Minka pushes up and beats the count as she shakes her head to clear the cobwebs, referee checks her over before giving her the thumbs up to continue.

On comes Scarlett as Minka boxes off the back foot, several punches land off both women square into faces, Minka maybe not as badly hurt as Scarlett hoped as slowly Minka is landing some hard counter punches.

A missed right cross off Scarlett ends up with her taking two rights into her solar plexus, then an overhand left smacks into her ear, Scarlett retreating back as she looked a little wobbly legged there, the bell rings to end the round with both looking a little shaky, coaches needing to work hard to get their fighters ready for more.

Round 6:
While Johansson is ahead on the scorecards, she isn't able to overwhelm Minka as she would hope to, Minka getting in more good counter punches as she leads on the blonde, who can't seem to land as flush as she wants in the early going.

After the opening minute a frustrated Scarlett goes the rough way about it, slamming a left hook across the breasts of Minka, it slows the brunette down enough to land a straight into her face to knock her back a step.

Driving Minka into a corner, Scarlett gets off a few good body shots before being pulled into a clinch, heads grind as Scarlett is trying to make the swelling around Minka's left eye worse, referee warns Scarlett to keep it clean as they are separated.

On comes Scarlett with more headhunting punches, she misses with a straight as Minka sidesteps her to her right, then buries in a right to the solar plexus again, Scarlett is breathing a little harder as that definitely winded her, Minka targeting the body of Johansson more as they fight around the ring.

Till in the final moments of the round a counter straight lands around the liver area of Scarlett, who cries out as she is being beaten back by Minka, onto the ropes goes the Belles Boxer, needing to hang onto Kelly as Scarjo is breathing faster, both digging in kidney shots before the bell rings, referee needing to break them up as neither wants to relinquish the hold they have while throwing those kidney blows.

On her stool now Scarlett is taking in deep breaths, there's an icepack placed onto her body as she looks winded still, Minka meanwhile has her left eye looking more swollen, Eva needing to work hard to make sure it doesn't get worse, it's anyone's ball game judging by the state each fighter is in.

Round 7:
Coming back out to fight, Scarlett isn't in as much a rush to get at Minka, instead she is targeting that left eye with jabs, Minka keeping her own left tight to it as they box around the center of the ring, determined looks on their faces.

Then Minka slips under a jab to pound in a straight to that liver again, Scarlett was too slow to react there, she gasps out as more heavy hits are coming her way, Minka running on adrenaline it seems as she takes some hits but is powering forwards with more hits to the body, AN UPPERCUT AROUND THE LIVER SENDS SCARLETT DOWN TO ALL FOURS!

Looking in real agony as the gumshield comes out, Scarlett's corner now look deeply worried as they beg her to stand, 1...2...3... Scarlett rolls to her left side as she cradles her body, 4...5...6... Cheeks are red as she is sucking in air, 7...8.. Minka has her gloves up but 9...10 she doesn't need to worry, Johansson is down for the count!

Winner Minka Kelly KO Round 7

After:
No doubts about it that Minka has Scarlett's number, after being down and hurt earlier in the fight, Minka comes away with the win as she walks around the ring with her arms in the air, taking in the cheers from her fans as Scarlett can only watch through teary eyes.

In comes the Belles coach as they check on Scarlett, slowly helping her to kneel as they put an ice pack on her stomach to numb the pain she is in, Scarlett mouthing "f**k" as she shakes her head, knowing she had chances to win this but couldn't finish the job off.

While the winner hugs her coach Eva, nodding when told how grateful Eva is that Minka might be the greatest counter puncher in celebrity boxing history as it got her out a jam, Minka grateful to be getting her left eye seen to as she is going to have a hell of a shiner.

Once both fighters are ready they stand at the ring center, dropping their gloves at their feet as they give each other one last nasty glare, the ill feelings between them don't look to have been sorted tonight, especially as Minka gets her right hand raised in victory, making Scarlett shake her head as she doesn't like it one bit.

"Don't think this is the last time we fight, you were lucky!" Yells Scarlett as she points at Minka, who waves her to bring it now as coaches smartly step in to keep them apart, neither is really in shape for a bare knuckle brawl after that hard fought battle they just went through.

Scarlett is calmed down enough to be helped out the ring, hands on her hips as she walks up the aisle to the back looking frustrated, she thought tonight was when she was really going to shut the doubters up on her record against Minka, instead it is another bitter loss for her against arguably her biggest rival.

The victor meanwhile poses for the cameras with arms flexed, showing off a beautiful smile even as her face is marked up, Minka nodding when she is done, ready to go get an ice bath herself to calm the aches in her body.

As she walks to the back with Eva beside her, Minka is another step closer to that Hall of Fame place she is dreaming of, what's next for her journey to those hallowed grounds?
