Round 1:

Yoko looks to enforce her age advantage from the start, hammering into Harumi's rack and reeling her on the heels early. Yoko unloads a series of uppercuts and lifts Nemoto's boobs in a crowd-pleasing style. Harumi closes into range and begins to force Yoko to backpedal to the ropes while soaking up more ruthless chest pounding from Matsugane, who tries to fight off. Harumi finally backs Yoko into the ropes after nearly a minute, but bends forward when Yoko lands a hook on the solar plexus. The midriff pounce is successful and has Nemoto moaning in pain at the bell, but she has been beaten badly herself, and is also groaning in pain.

Round 2:

Matsugane looks to resume the chest punishment, and though Harumi's quick to move into range and strikes her a few times, Yoko gets her wish. Harumi wobbles badly and fumbles in defense, but fails to rally, and her opponent's aggressive jabbing serves the crowd a solid rack pounding, which has Harumi's boobs bouncing off her chin. Yoko continues the onslaught, and a hectic struggle ensues before morphing into a chest drilling uppercut series with Harumi on the wrong end. Harumi is pounded to the ropes, gasping in pain and Yoko whips a late hook on the ear to silence her and continues to smash her boobs.

Round 3:

Yoko's back to scoring those uppercuts into Harumi’s chest, and rips a wild hook that barely catches the rack before thundering into the older woman's chin. Harumi sags and wobbles forward into a follow up to the liver. A flurry of uppercuts bounce off Harumi's swelling boobs and she has to yield ground, but loses her footing and swings wide to prevent Yoko from crashing more shots into her cleavage. Since that doesn't work, the younger brunette has no trouble in digging her uppercuts into Harumi’s rack and pressing her against the ropes in the final minute. More hard pounding has the older girl on her heels and wincing in pain as Yoko furiously works on her mounds and lifts 'em up again before crashing another big hook on the mouth to spin her back to her corner right at the bell.

Round 4:

Harumi turns on the heat here; she beats Yoko with an uppercut barrage in retribution and strikes her soft stomach while soaking up weak shots from the side. She visibly needs to recharge her batteries but nonetheless is able to pierce Yoko’s guard. Yoko wobbles on her feet and bends her head into her rival's chest; Harumi whips her back upright with a brutal hook on the head and sends her to the ropes with a hard jab to the face. She traps the aching girl with successive blows to her ribs. Yoko tries to block, but the tides have turned and Harumi continues to beat her for the remainder of the round.

Round 5:

Yoko is visibly slower now and fails to meet Nemoto's spirited rush early in the fifth. Yoko wobbles forward again, right into Harumi’s fist. A swift uppercut slams Matsugane's boobs against her chin and a loud cry foreshadows calamity, but the end never comes as Yoko finds it in herself to fight back. Yoko bellows out a battlecry and shows more than superior volume as she out-punches Harumi in the round’s second half. Both women are battered and bruised now, their boobs swollen and pained. The end is at hand.

Round 6:

Harumi has dealt enough damage to her opponent to finally close out the match, and Yoko the same. The girls exchange punches to each other’s huge racks, made even larger by their swelling. The moaning rises as gruesome chest mugging happens and soon Yoko collapses when Harumi misses her jugs, hitting her right beneath the ribs. Yoko curls up on the mat; the ref counts her out and raises the winner's arm in the air to a rampant applause from the audience
