Intro:
This is basically the fight for third place as whoever loses can't overtake the winner, Romee Strijd and Bo Krsmanovic have both been impressive in this tournament, tonight they keep their run back up the division going.

Both come into this fight with three wins out of five fights, with both losing to the same people in the two tournament leaders right now Karen Gillan and Camille Kostek, a positive record will be guaranteed for one of them when the night is over.

Heading into the camera room to talk to the fans first was Romee, wearing a white blouse with blue denim jeans and matching heels, she is looking in a good mood as she sits on the stool, pushing a few errand hairs behind her ears.

"So we are coming to the end of this tournament and while I'm disappointed it won't end with me winning it, I am so happy with how it has went for me, people doubted if I could compete with the big hitters, with the fighters who are supposed to be going to the top, no one has overawed me yet" says Romee with a proud look.

Changing the subject to her opponent, Romee says "now Bo I know is a top competitor, she was a BBU champion and is my nearest competition in the field, it will cement that I am ready for the big time if I can beat her, you can be sure I am coming into this full guns blazing", Romee raising her clenched right fist with a smile to show she means it.

Bo meanwhile sits in front of the camera after wearing an emerald coloured dress with matching heels, she is her usual bubbly self as she sits down to speak, telling the camera "I knew I could be in the front running for this tournament, I won't pretend I didn't have doubts as I have struggled to really make a run at it here in the FCBA, now I know I belong in the elite here" beaming as she speaks.

"Romee is my next opponent, I think she is a cool person and a good boxer, problem for her is I am simple better, you'll see that when I beat her and take the third spot for myself, she can't outfight me, outfox me or outpower me" Bojana says as she is flexing her arms with a wink, laughing afterward before leaving the room.

Fight night in the MGM Grand, first out is Romee with coach Melanie Brown, both women jog to the ring with smiles, enjoying the crowds love for Romee as she high fives some lucky people in the front row.

As the Dutch model steps into the ring, she is wearing an orange sports bra along with matching trunks, shoes and gloves as she channels national pride, her hair is in a ponytail as she jogs to her corner, shadow boxing as Melanie tells her to make sure she keeps away from the ropes.

Now out comes Bo with her coach Nia Peeples, she also gets a warm reception from the crowd, Bo stands hands on her hips at the top of the aisle before she walks down to the ring, pumping her right fist into the air as she goes.

As the Serbian beauty has done through this tournament she is wearing a bronze coloured sports bra, matching shoes and gloves, now she has added a gladiator style set of trunks to go full Amazoness fighter it seems, her hair is also in a ponytail as she uses Nia's hands as punch pads to warm up.

Coming to the center of the ring, both women look each other over with a smile, neither lacking for confidence tonight as the referee goes through the instructions, when told to touch gloves they do so respectfully before returning to their corners, ready for 10 rounds of welterweight action.

Round 1:
Both women have polar opposite styles, Romee is on her toes throwing a jab on the move, Bo more flat footed as she stalks after her, both women landing crisp jabs in the opening moments, feeling each other out.

Bo tries to bridge the gap with a jab/right cross that doesn't land flush, a double jab instead lands on her right cheek, Strijd moving away from the ropes as Bo nods to her, knowing this isn't going to be an easy task to close her down.

After the opening minute it is Romee starting to land the better punches, throwing two to three punches at a time now she is opening up, Bo only able to land single punches in return as she is getting clipped coming in.

Finally Bo finds her way inside after knocking aside a jab, throwing a jab of her own into the chest of Strijd, that allows her to land a right cross to the cheek of the Dutch model, pressing Strijd onto the ropes to bang away to the body.

Firing in close range till Romee is able to nudge back Krsmanovic to get off the ropes, fighting off the back foot as Bojana comes after her, both landing stiff punches through mitts to faces up till the bell rings, Bojana happier with how things ended but Romee looked great through the first half of the round.

Round 2:
Like the opening minute Romee is off to a strong start, landing more combinations now to keep Bo at arms length, moving to the left side of the brunette as she doesn't want to be in the firing line of those power punches.

There's a more frustrated look to the face of Bo, she is mostly getting in jabs but can't get in tighter to really work the body, Romee marking up her face with that beautiful looking jab.

Towards the half way point Krsmanovic does get in a good one-two combo to the abs of Romee, pushing her back towards the ropes, where she can now unleash more of her power punches, knocking the head of Romee to the side with a right hook.

Pushing back Bo so she can get off the ropes, Romee slips a straight as Bo tries to keep the pressure on, instead it's a left hook that lands on the jaw of the older woman, who finds herself now being driven back behind her guard as Romee throws in a barrage of punches.

At the bell Romee gets a fist bump from Mel before she sits on her stool, Bo shaking her head annoyed with how things have started, she can't seem to get out of first gear to really get at Romee, getting told by Nia to keep relaxed as she is visibly tensing up.

Round 3:
Stepping out her corner more quickly, Bo firing in more punches as the crowd cheer the fiery exchanges, Romee getting caught with a left cross on her jaw, maybe she relaxed too much as Bo begins to take the center of the ring.

Drilling in more punches to the abs of Romee, forcing the more mobile Romee to have to trade in closer, Bo hammering back the head of Romee with a one-two to force her back behind her guard.

Digging in hooks to the body that is making Romee grit her mouthpiece, with Romee pulling Bo into a clinch as she struggles to back her opponent off, the referee steps in to split them apart as the fighters stare hard at each other.

Final minute to go with her freedom to move back, Romee moves side to side around the ring, a mouse forming under the right eye of Bo as Romee slams in several one-two combos, taking hits to her lips in return.

When the bell rings Bo allows herself to smile as she looks relieved, Nia needing to remind her to not get too excited over one good round, Romee meanwhile being told not to worry over one bad round, she nods as she listens to Mel on what she needs to watch out for.

Round 4:
Both landing more punches in volume now as they are in the groove, Bo stepping under a jab from her opponent to land an uppercut that makes Strijd groan out as she retreats back.

Cutting off the ring better, Bojana is starting to give Romee problems now, the punches of Krsmanovic landing more flush now as there's more redness around the cheeks of the beautiful Dutch model, who is trying to work her out way of danger with her work rate.

Nudging back Romee onto the ropes when she gets in closer, Bo hammers in two right hooks to the body before a left lands on the other side to make Romee groan out, not enjoying the body work of the FCBA's "body snatcher" Bo, who gets held by Strijd to get the referee to break them up.

Doubling up her jab to try to keep Bo on the outside, Romee still has a determined look as she isn't getting worried yet by the growing in confidence Bo, keeping the Serbian at range with a one-two landing on the chin of Bo to make her tighten her guard up.

Stepping into the final moments of the round, Bo deflects a straight to step in with one of her own flush on the lips of Romee, a left hook lands under the blondes ribs to make her grunt out as she finds herself be knocked into a neutral corner, the bell rings to maybe save Romee from some real punishment, Bo really starting to show off her power as Romee gets told off Mel to fight smarter.

Round 5:
Fighting around the center of the ring as Romee tries to look for more openings to strike, missing with a straight as Bo sees it coming, A RIGHT LANDS FLUSH ON THE LIVER AREA OF ROMEE BEFORE A LEFT FOLLOWS! DOWN TO ALL FOURS GOES STRIJD!

Bo raises her right fist into the air as she heads to the neutral corner, 1...2...3... The gumshield comes out as Romee is sucking in air, 4...5...6.. Romee isn't moving from the all fours position she is in, 7...8...9...10 that combo took it out of her! It's all over!

After:
What a way to win, Bo raises her fists in the air after splitting her mouthpiece out, showing that winning smile as she looks to the crowd, most standing cheering her as she started rough but finisher strong to guarantee third place for herself in this tournament.

For the defeated fighter it is heartache that she can't get the bronze medal spot, not helped by that horrible feeling from a liver shot as Mel brings in the ice pack to help numb the pain she is in, Romee sitting on her haunches sobbing.

Returning to her corner to be met with a hug from Nia, Bojana is beaming as she is told "you keep looking amazing and you will hold a title again, be sure of that", Nia looking proud of her fighter.

When Romee is finally helped up to her feet, Bojana shows her class by jogging over to her to fist bump Romee to show her respect, both women nod to each other as each saw the great skill set the other has.

Romee is helped to the back as she still looks a little sore judging how she gingerly walks to the back, Romee waving to the fans as she gets cheers, while it is disappointing this defeat, she still has one more fight in the tournament to end on a high note.

In the ring Bo gets her right hand raised by the referee, Bo blows kisses to each side of the ring, the fans chanting that they love her to make Bo giggle to herself, Nia joking that she is jealous, both laughing as they hug.

Leaving the ring together, Bo has third place sewn up but will hope to get a run together to come out this tournament on the right place, she has been undoubtedly one of the success stories of this event.
