Jeri Ryan vs Catherine Zeta-Jones (Cougar Bout)

Jeri is wearing a silver bikini with red trim. Red gloves and boots (silver laces). Jeri’s hair is pulled back in a ponytail.

CZJ comes into the ring wearing a black bikini with black gloves and boots. Her hair is in a bun.

Well this bout came together quickly in the view of the fight press. After Jones’ daughter Carys was KO’ed by Merced, here she is about to box Jeri Ryan.

In the dressing room after the Merced-Douglas bout, Catherine saw Jeri go into Merced’s dressing room. These two still have a rivalry even now. Jones claims she heard Ryan in amongst her congratulations say that Douglas was weak just like her mother.
Jones exploded at Jeri when she saw her.
Ryan denied saying any such thing.
Quickly the two had been to be restrained and separated.

The next day, Catherine sent a challenge to Jeri and what heard she told the boxing press. She also offered her daughter’s contract as a prize for the winner. Jeri was asked repeatedly about what she said and accepted the challenge.

The weigh-ins had to be done separately as did the pre-fight interviews.

Fight night finally came and the energy level for this bout could not get any higher.

In the first two rounds, the two battling cougars lit into each other’s face with some terrific punches. Jeri in the first round with her long jabs and straights while Catherine fired back at the blonde’s body. Ryan took the round widely. In the second, Jones’ movements caused some missed punches from her blonde opponent. She landed a couple beautiful crosses to her chin. Soon she had Jeri clinching with her. They were broken apart but Catherine soon was back in Jeri’s body with her gloves. Soon the brunette had the blonde on the near ropes. Catherine took the second round widely.

The third round saw Jeri come out flat footed which was terrific for Catherine. But her face took a couple crosses before she faded and then counter punched the blonde. The cougars soon are trading punches but Jeri is stationary. She seems to be soaking up the brunette’s punches but is not fading or dazed. The round is punch and counter punches the rest of the way. Jones takes a close round.

The fourth round saw Jeri move better which kept Catherine away. The blonde’s long jabs started hitting home which she added a right to Catherine’s body and breasts to move the brunette back. Jones is able to slide low and send some punches into Jeri’s breasts. FIREFIGHT! as both cougars went to work on the other with their gloves. Ryan soon moves to counter Jones’ tactics and forces her back with some gorgeous punches to her face. Jeri won a close round there in the fourth.

The fifth round opened with Jeri coming out behind those stinging jabs of her’s. She doubles them up and moves Catherine back. Ryan seemed to be bouncing on her toes now as she was catching Jones as she was trying to get her timing back. A BIG CRACKING JAB TO JONES’ RIGHT EYE FROM JERI! Ryan now going in hard now as Catherine seems dazed. Soon the blonde has the brunette on the far ropes as is pasting punches to her body. Then back to back shots to Jones’ chin and a BIG RIGHT AND JONES GOES DOWN! Jeri struts to a neutral corner and lifts her mitts. Jones is parallel to the ropes and tries to scoot to her butt when 6 is counted. She can get off it as 10 passes her by. KO R5 – Jeri Ryan.

Jeri comes out of the corner and keeps her mitts up as she walks around the ring. Soon she is called to center of the ring and has her right glove raised in the air. Ryan poses for the cameras before she walks to Jones’ corner. Catherine’s corner crew move aside as the blonde speaks to the brunette. “What about the contract Jones?” Catherine nods to one of her corner crew and they produce a piece of paper from her ring gear bag. Ryan is handed it and looks it over. She motions for the two owners of GBS over and hands them the paper. Quickly nods and agreements are exchanged and the paper is handed back to Jones. “Sign it.” Jeri orders. A pen is given to Catherine and she has to sign. Ryan makes a show of blowing off excess ink once the paper is handed back to her. She hands it to the co owners of GBS and Duchess Katherine is let into the ring and handed the microphone.
“Ladies and gentlemen as per the agreement of this bout, Jeri Ryan has won the contract of Carys Douglas. We would like to now welcome Miss Douglas to the Global Boxing Syndicate.”
Douglas is now close to Catherine and Jeri outside the ropes.
The crowd cheers as Jeri pulls the top 2 ropes open for Carys to enter the ring.
She soon walks shyly over to Katherine. She curtsies before her and Katherine has her rise. The Duchess raises Carys’ right arm and announces her as the new signing to GBS.
