BEFORE: Despite three painful defeats in the last four months Lily-Rose Depp is determined to make this celebrity boxing thing happen and she takes another swing at Kear's Kats veteran Roxanne Pallett hoping for better luck this time around: "I checked the records and this vile bytch had even more trouble to get off the mark so excuse me but I know I can beat her up! She's a fookin' tramp that will go down tonight! I'm gonna knock her head off and that's the end of it!".

One might argue that's a very brave approach from someone still searching for a maiden career victory and Roxy seems to share the early laughs as she talks to BBU TV's Denise van Outen: "This is just another overrated slag who has no idea what she's doing. She watched some Kim Kardashian oil wrestling vids and thinks this is easy. Wrong! Jorgie Porter beat her up last time out and I know all about knocking Jorgie around when she was still with the Kats. I'll totally run this kid over! Get ready for 0-for-6, bytch!"

Lily Rose-Depp wears a pink bikini set & silver gloves. Long dark blonde hair tied in a sleek ponytail. Roxanne Pallett wears a crimson red bikini set & white gloves. Long dark brown hair tied in a half-up ponytail. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.

Round 1:
Lily is more desperate than determined for success early on but she lands a couple of good hits into the brunette's face and outworks the otherwise flamboyant actress during the initial tangle. Roxy just didn't lean into her efforts here and she gets spun to the side when Depp whacks her on the temple before a quick left/right combo finds the chin as well. Huh! Lily jumps into a trigger-happy jabbing avalanche and backs the stunned veteran onto the ropes come the second minute. Pallett gurgles in anger when she realizes how bad this opener looks but she fails to outmuscle the charging youngster and eats more quick hits up the middle as Lily-Rose rides the high wave to clean up the pieces and claim a surprising round on the cards! Huh! Kats' coach Gail Kim has every right to be furious...

Round 2:
Roxanne jumps into a high-octane pounce to make up for that slow start but she shoots over the model's head and fails to land that crippling series while Lily-Rose works the overhand response and steps into her efforts to put more pressure on the former 'Emmerdale' starlet. Both women engage in a head-hunting exchange where Pallett seems to find her mojo as she knocks the blonde back but then a wild left hook on the temple wobbles her into a loud whimper and the model smacks another left hook on the nose that DROPS THE BRUNETTE ONTO HER BACKSIDE!!! Uh-oh!! A shocking turn of events as the alleged creampuff scores a knockdown out of nowhere! Gail Kim is fuming in the Kats corner while Roxy tries to convince everyone she's doing just fine and gets up at six to argue with the referee over a wet patch on the boards. Yeah, right... Lily-Rose thinks she's really caught a lightning in the bottle and charges at the Cumbrian babe but she fails to land that final punch and gets clinched into a stalemate as Pallett refuses to come up with a better idea to run out the clock.

Round 3:
Lily-Rose runs it back and sticks more quick shots into the brunette's face trying to knock her down again but Roxanne weathers the early storm and finds the slugging response to trigger another jabbing storm in the center of the ring. Depp gets vocal as she drives her mitts into Pallett's face but then gets caught out by a wild swing across the nose and wobbles to her heels when the older woman cracks a left hook on the mouth. Lily's punching resistance was never any good so Roxy charges into her face and bumps her onto the ropes tearing up the blonde's otherwise wilting guard. Lily tries to hang on in the exchange but has to concede the effort when Roxanne bangs her on each temple in the closing stages of the round.

Round 4:
More back & forth action in the center of the ring as Lily-Rose tries to regain her mojo and she smacks Roxanne's head to the side but she can't find that desired piledriver on the money and has to rely on sheer work rate alone. She's unable to clobber the Cumbrian babe onto the ropes and leaks more overhand shots as Pallett begins to run away with pure numbers. A small cut appear under Depp's left eye half-way through the round which only fuels the brunette's attack so Lily-Rose has to spin out of the zone come the final minute when Roxy chases her down onto the turnbuckle. Both women exchange more head shots and Pallett enjoys the last laugh when she makes the model moain in pain right at the bell.

Round 5:
Both women seek another slugging breakthrough and trade hard leather in the center of the ring until Lily-Rose leaks too many of these quick shots and wobbles to her heels again. Ugh! Roxanne whacks her over the top and rattles from each side before a booming hook on the chin opens the proverbial flood gates. Depp wobbles forward and tries to clinch the former 'Emmerdale' starlet but only finds a rough uppercut on the jaw and goes all shimmy shake upon impact. Roxy lets it rip on the rebound and SLAMS a right hook on the eye tearing a bloody patch in the process... AND DOWN GOES LILY-ROSE!!! The brave youngster gets chopped down to all fours and descends into a sobbing mess when she realizes the wound around her eye begins to swell in ultra-quick fashion. Uh-oh!!! She remains down on her knees here and gets duly counted out moments later. KO5 Roxanne Pallett in come-from-behind fashion!!!

AFTER: Another bitter pill of defeat for the young model who needs a large ice pack to cover her face but she still storms out of the ring before the official verdict is announced anyway. She goes down 0-for-6 while both Roxy & Gail Kim exchange a chest-pumping celebration and dismiss the second round knockdown as "accidental". BBU TV's Denise van Outen doesn't quite buy the excuse as Pallett has tasted the boards several times during her career but she found a more hittable opponent tonight and came back to claim a much-needed victory. The Kats' entourage also calls out Foxfire Atlantic's Sylvie Meis into a beach boxing contest and vows to hammer the Dutch model into a complete submission! Feeling confident, huh?
