Emma Watson vs Freya Allan

Emma:

BEFORE:
Emma’s prospects are far from fortuitous if she wants to end this year well, with recent losses piling up and only recently put to a stop with a win over Camila Cabello. Here tonight, she faces off against rising starlet Freya Allan, the blonde girl having racked up significant wins over the likes of Emma Stone and Kate Mara before Miss Watson came knocking at her doorstep.

“Those girls she’s beat? I’ve proven myself against them before,” Miss Watson says with a confident nod. “In many ways, Freya reminds me of myself when I was younger.”

“If you’d actually beat them ten years ago, Emma,” Freya responds with a curt grunt. “I’m younger, faster, and ready to kick ass, including yours.”

Freya may be all those things, but she’s still three inches shorter than her counterpart when they face off at the podium, with Emma flaunting her bigger size with a cocky side-eyed smirk and Freya doing her best to maintain her fight posture.

Hours later, we’re back in the ring, with both ladies geared up and ready to go. Emma’s dressed in a white sports bra and red boxing trunks, waving black gloves in the air at the sound of her name. In the other corner, Freya’s wearing a yellow sports bra and long black tights, and white gloves. Referee with the wave of the arm and HERE WE GO with ten rounds of Flyweight action!

ROUND 1:
And they're right to action, with Watson fighting exactly like she always does, and Freya stepping in to try and disrupt her defensive offence. They're just winging shots at each other for the first thirty seconds. Freya’s desperately trying to get Hamadouche's respect, willing to throw power shots at her to score an upset early in this fight. But Emma’s counters are looking decent whenever she backs away and leads with a right jab to the face. But it's all pressure from Allan, who has something to prove tonight. Freya with a right cross to the arms, then a solid left hook dings off Emma’s head, which bullies the bigger Brit back. Emma’s leaning in here, giving up her height even more than Freya’s taking it away. Freya ends the round with a couple more shots to the arms and body late to take home the wide result.

ROUND 2:
And it's right back to the fire fight. Emma’s not enjoying this bullying action from the rookie, as Freya will not let off too far away before rushing in to brawl, and her roughhouse tactics are also getting the referee's attention more and more. Freya landing more right and left hooks to the guard and around, battering the taller Brit whenever she doesn’t lean out fast enough. However, some counter-uppercuts from Watson disrupt her game, which nail Freya on the body and chest before she can recover. The look on Allan’s face is not one of any comfort right now. Freya tries to go to the body in return but doesn’t seem to disturb Emma much for the rest of the round. Instead, there's a good body shot from Emma, a really good spike to the tummy that throws Freya backwards and the air from her lungs. Wild back and forth this second round, but we think Emma might take it close.

ROUND 3:
Emma with another sudden uppercut that cuts through the middle, but Allan is now trying to put some good combinations together of her own. The younger fighter is moving and standing her ground a bit more efficiently, blasting Emma back with big right crosses to the arms and crunching into the face! Emma smirking, slightly hurt, but continuing to press in, and circle. A left jump-in hook from Emma and it pays off, as Freya sneaks another shot to the side body. Girls GO AT IT in quick tandem, lefts and rights tossing their arms and heads about before Emma slips back for a moment and BLASTS another uppercut into the base of Freya’s chin, rocking her back! Could this be it?? Emma gives chase, more lefts and rights tossed into the quick guard but Freya manages to survive as her back skirts the ropes till the final bell!

ROUND 4:
Freya’s back with some great hooks to start the round! She's back in fighting shape so fast, skirting inwards and landing some good, clean work to the body and arms of Watson, who was probably expecting an easier round. Another wide body shot from Allan, before she takes a return right hand and an uppercut from Emma, who refuses to back down. Emma’s still putting the pressure on her foe, circling and jabbing, but she’s clearly slowed down a little bit. Freya’s the one landing more good shots: a left jab followed by a right hook slams into Emma’s head, and the newbie’s looking more and more like she's found her own rhythm, and she's starting to boss it around. Emma cuts through the noise with an uppercut thrown towards Freya’s head on occasion, but they’re not landing as often, with Freya growing wiser and quickly locking arms to intercept.

ROUND 5:
Both ladies are fighting their asses off in yet another wild round! Emma’s trying her best to put the rookie away in five rounds, but Freya’s holding her guard well and absorbing the punches as they land. Another hook bangs into the arms to throw Allan off for a bit, but back she comes as the two ladies BANG heads and keep throwing shots down into their undercarriages. Emma’s feeling the hurt all of a sudden, grunting as a double hook gets slammed into her stomach in tandem, making her fall back! AND HERE COMES FREYA, having turned the tables in a flash, now the one out for blood! She hammers and bashes away at Emma’s arms with power, each shot throwing the Vixen back a couple of paces! Emma’s in trouble, her back hitting the ropes before having to weather another minute or two of this sordid abuse! Freya with another hook across the bow, and DOWN EMMA GOES, getting her head rocked to the side with the rest of her frame following! Spectacular action from this pair, as Freya can’t help but jump up and down on her way back to her corner! But Watson’s already propping herself up as the referee hits the mid-count of 5. Emma’s dazed and shaking her head free of those cobwebs as she finally steadies herself against the ropes, her dreams of ending this fight early in complete tatters! This match is over the halfway point, and going all the way, it appears!

ROUND 6:
Immediately, Freya Allan is doing her best to unload on the former Flyweight champion, simply marching in and tossing those big lefts and rights again, but Emma is defending herself well enough, having recovered her senses enough to weave and bob around some of the early shots sent high. Allan continues to do the work but she’s slowed down more significantly due to the rush last round. Suddenly, Freya’s not hitting her mark as often anymore, her fists flying overhead or into the arms, and instead, she’s taking clean shots from Watson in return! Emma is working for every step forward, mouth open and breathing heavily but tossing hooks and uppercuts towards Freya’s head, landing another clean shot to the side to throw Allan backwards. Freya’s in some sort of trouble herself, grunting as she takes a lunging right to the body, before her own hook misses the face by a hair! It’s all Emma’s show all of a sudden, the Vixen sensing her failing faculties as she PUMMELS another hook across the chin, and then another and another! AND DOWN FREYA GOES, absolutely knocked silly and OFF HER FEET by the sudden barrage of punches!! This time, Watson doesn’t have to wait too long for the conclusion of this match, with the referee giving Freya Allan the full count to recover but the maiden blonde is having trouble just getting off her back! He hits the count of 10 and WAVES for the bell! It’s OVER!

Official Decision: Emma Watson defeats Freya Allan via KO6!

AFTER:
Big win for Emma Watson, who needed this victory to prove to herself she still has what it takes to climb another mountain.

“Freya’s good, as I’ve said,” the Brit later speaks to reporters with a smile. “Ten years ago, I was still working out whether I wanted to continue with this celebrity thing. If Allan keeps herself fighting, she’ll definitely find success one day!”

Freya, however, has more to contend with than just a defeat on her resume, with the latest rumours swirling around the shuttering of her stable and her soon-to-be Free Agent status. Later, she manages to speak to reporters by ringside, holding back tears and putting on a brave front.

“It sucks, of course, knowing that you gave it your all but still came up short. Regardless of what Emma says, I’m gonna be back in the gym next week. And the next time we meet, I’m gonna knock her flat on her ass. Mark my words!”
